I will never eat here again. Place is very unsanitary someone will be getting food poisoning soon. I ate here 5/25/22 around 11am the waiter Elizabeth was very nice and pleasant. My ice water had something floating in it so I ask for another. The coffee taste like water so I didn’t drink it. Only one cook had on gloves. One of the waiters/cook spilled drinks on another customer she apologized and went to get the mop and broom and clean up the mess. Then the same staff member went to hug another customer that walk in. Then she went to the back made drinks and assisted with the meal. She did NOT wash her hands not one time. I was so grossed out. When my meal got to the table my eggs were under cook and so was the flat waffle. The toast was stale as well. Also sitting at the booth the windows was very dirty and dust was floating around. I only ate my bacon and so did my mother. I paid for our food that we didn’t eat and I NEVER will return.

I have been a regular to this location for many years but sad to say I won’t be coming back for a while. Today (2/26/23) my family and I were served very poorly. The waitress with the rainbow wig was un attentive. We had been sitting down for nearly an hour and she barely got our drinks never gave us a refill or asked how we were doing after walking by many times. We heard comments from the table behind us that they were unhappy with her as well. She happens to be the manager’s mother which is probably why she feels like she can walk around and do as she pleases. What kept us coming back was the excellent customer service from Violet, Patricia, and Melissa. Ever since they have gotten new personnel it hasn’t been the same. Our visit today was horrible, do better!

Its a diner, not exactly high expectations. I got the waffle with peanut butter chips with side of eggs and bacon. Eggs and bacon were cooked well. Waffle was soft and would ask for it to be crisp/well done next time. PB chips were horrible, skip. The servers were all very nice and attentive.

The young white male on the grill tonight was not who you want to cook your food we asked that our hash browns not be cooked hard and that’s exactly what we got hard hash browns we asked for them to have sautéed onions and cheese looks like half a slice of cheese with raw onions the burgers are burnt the lettuce looks disgusting why would you put that on someone’s plate I was totally turned off and we completely wasted money this is the second time he has cooked our food and absolutely the last time I did not want to have to cook as I usually do not on a Friday night. wish we had chosen somewhere else as soon as we saw who was cooking 😩🤢

Not the best choice of places to eat. I try not to go out to eat as sadly 9 times out of 10 it is not a good experience at most places. I normally avoid dining out but this visit was unplanned. Sadly very under staffed to the point that I felt sorry for the employees who were trying their best. I packed my patience and made the best of a very unpleasant dining experience. The meals (only 2 of us dining) came in pieces with a long wait between receiving the complete meal. Food was slopped on the plate. Luke warm grits had run all over the toast making it very soggy and not edible. Grits should be served separately in a bowl. Eggs were under cooked with runny whites. Bacon delivered for only one meal several minutes after meal was delivered and the other bacon order at the end of the meal. Runny undercooked egg meal unable to eat so requested another order to be properly cooked. After several minutes new order delivered and the eggs were once again undercooked with runny whites. Again not edible. A very unpleasant dining experience. The server was a young man trying his best to do many jobs and being a server was obviously not his hired position. We tipped him VERY generously as he did try very hard to do a job that he was not trained to do. We paid the bill even though most of the food we couldn't eat and left thinking that we were blessed that we didn't have to work there. Needless to say we will not choose to go back to this restaurant.

Great classic all American breakfast place. Service is always fast and courteous. Thumbs up for Trish and Violet for that, both of them rock. The food is always prepared to order from scratch and exactly the way you want it. My favorite is the bacon, egg and cheese hash-brown bowl. Good coffee too. Be prepared to wait a while on early mornings, weekends and holidays.

It took a little while to get the food but it was great when we got it. Kiya is a special talent you need to keep. She is Awesome!!! Waited on the whole restaurant by herself with a smile!!!!!

Ordered fully loaded hash browns online when I got to the store they said they were out of chili and gravy literally the only thing that makes the hash browns edible for me. Waste of my money 👎🏽

Food was great. Waitress was extremely nice - I don't remember her name but she had a northern accent and was religious, she was extremely sweet. Nowwwww I get Waffle House is loud but stlll... for roughly an hour people were yelling about "I'm not cooking anymore where is 2nd shift" and "Eff that eff this I'm effing leaving its 230 I have to effing get out of here my effing shift is OVEEEERRRR!!!!" Right into our ears. Thanks for the extra EFFING headache yalls ghetto a°° staff added to the EFFING headache I already had.

This is the worst waffle house that we both my wife and I have ever dinn in our whole life. No hands were being washed. I could not get the rest of my order because the cook kept f ing it up. "Dry Toast," that set in a saucer on the counter for the entire time. People off duty going behind the counter. The waitress was doing her best to keep things going smoothly. But at one time, there was nobody else out helping her because everyone had left and went out back, I guess, on break. The tables were sticky, and the floor was too. Oh! Our beacon was burned, and the eggs looked like a 3 year old tired to cook them. Hash brown's was very geasy too.

Best waffle house ever!! Very friendly staff My girls melissa , violet and patricia always treats us like family. Hands down best waffle house ive been too we are loyal customers for the past 2 years since we moved in to fuquay

Came July 3,2024! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ran Waffle House in the state! We had a waitress in training but we're also greeted by her trainer. Every one stayed busy constantly working or cleaning. The cooks were GREAT, even the other waitress walked past and saw that I needed coffee and poured me some fresh. These co workers are completely in sink and it showed. Made the whole experience wonderful. So to ALL of the employees present on July 3, 2024 at 11: 30a.m. yall are THE DREAM TEAM!!

Do eat here. Food was cold and waiter was horrible. Didn't even get everything i ordered but was told it was ready whenever we got up to pay! Don't waste your time!

I have been a customer at this location for many’s years and the waitresses are always nice and sweet but I’ve never been in there where my order has came out right there has been egg shells found in my and my family food the hash browns get over cooked and when you ask for your food order to be fixed either the cooks that work on weekends refuse or the manager refuses for the order to be fixed that’s why I only go in this location when ms Mary is working because I know then my order will be right but when Darren or the others are working on the grill that’s when the food orders are being messed up and management is refusing for the orders to be fixed ms mary is the only person I trust cooking my food so the service I receive today was horrible

I been coming to this Waffle House for years, had many great expiriances with nice employees who were kind but tonight it was different, the employee that took my order tonight couldn’t even talk to me straight, when he was taking our orders he just stood there staring, he wasn’t even capable of simply asking “what would yall like”, the entire time he would be rolling his eyes, moaning and groaning, he was training and it’s clear he won’t be there long, the second bad experience was with another employee who I think it’s called Jay, she kept spaying us when she was doing the dishes and she was aware of it and continue to do it and didn’t apologize, I understand mistakes happen but it happens more than once it’s unacceptable. This is waffle house the expectation is LOW, yet they still managed to do a bad job.

It’s Waffle House so I don’t expect anything much and it still was worse than I expected. From the gnat in my water to no menu, no greeting and silverware shoved in the corner of the table instead of out where we were actually gonna eat, from an already low expectation y’all surpassed that low.

Depending on the cook, you will have a delicious 🤤 meal. Figure out who cooks the best. Ordered to go which can be hit or miss depending on the cook. 😂🤣but always a favorite 😍

One of the worst experiences at a waffle house, I have ever had. Was never greeted. Took 5 mins to be addressed ( only 2 other customers in store. Once food was brought to table. Male server never came back to ask how things were or if we needed anything had to go to register to get my bill. The cook hits her vape as she comes out of backroom area. Was given a butter knife to cut steak.

Had a great experience here this evening with the WH Mom (name tag) for our server! We had no wait, wonderful service and hot, yummy food cooked as ordered. Would definitely return for another meal.

I was there with my family recently, we were welcomed, and assisted by a very lovely, attentive server. The food was great as always, the atmosphere was great as always. We are so fortunate to have such a great affordable family restaurant as the Waffle House!

It was nice and cozy and it had that real Waffle House feel like it's too small but enough room for everybody to get their food...and the food was exactly how I asked for it...Thank You Waffle House employees...

I never caught the server's name, but she brought us all such Joy. She made this waffle House experience top-notch. Super standard waffle House food. Tasted exactly like you are imagining right now.

Shane was our server and got multiple items incorrect when he relayed them to Marcus the cook. Marcus handled the situation professionally and Shane would not admit that he got the order wrong and was not doing his job very well.

The place wasnt busy. The coffee was cold and the eggs cooked for me didnt taste right. The waitress was excellent every thing else didnt even deserve a star. When I complimented the cook he just smirked. I try to give everyone a cheerful smile or compliment but today's breakfast was ridiculous. I give 5 stars to the waitress.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today was a great breakfast at the FV Waffle House. Our waitress was amazing and we were especially impressed by the cook. He was a true Grill Master. A blur of activity!

The service was slow. The waiter was too busy talking to his friend who was sitting there than working. When we walked in, every table was dirty. The table we sat at had food on it and was very sticky. There was food on the floors under the tables. We had to keep asking for coffee and tea. He never checked to see if we needed anything. The food was good, and the pork chops were cooked perfectly along with my eggs.

It's Waffle House so, yeah. Nothing to write home about. I know people in the south love them some Waffle House but to be honest, I thought it was better 20 years ago when I lived in the south but maybe my palette has just matured lol At least prices are decent all considering. It's still got that great southern diner feel. Service was that great southern hospitality, that's for sure. Our server was so nice and sweet and I just don't ever get tired our a southern accent lol Food came out pretty didn't too although it wasn't much crowded during our visit. I was pretty boring this morning and got scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns and a coffee. I will say that I did enjoy the coffee. It wasn't bitter and was just the right temperature. Hash browns were nice and crispy, just how I personally like them.

Honestly, it's the best Waffle House I have ever been in. The food quality is still pretty much average Waffle House quality, but if you want to have an extremely pleasant early breakfast experience like I did, go to this location.

We wanted quick service and waffle house on a Thursday night was fairly deserted - therefore service was amazing.

Really enjoy this Waffle House location. Was out delivering packages and then stopped here for breakfast. It was busy, but they kept up the demand of the customer's. I was able to sit down right away. Ordered our food and received it within 10 minutes. The location had the music going, and it gave the environment a positive feeling. Will definitely try to come back here.

Awesome crew that works here! Super friendly even when they're crazy busy! All of them were so helpful and so nice. Especially Violet!! I wish I got everyone else's names but they're seriously amazing!

Waffle House is a southeast staple and something you can’t miss if you’ve never tried it before. Best time is anytime because it’s always open, but going late at night into the early morning is always fun. Good food for the money and is always a memorable experience.

We went to this Waffle House the evening of Christmas. My oven caught fire so we were without dinner. My teenage son wanted to stay home while we picked up food to eat dinner together at home. I started placing my to go order with a nice young waiter and one of the managers walked over and exclaimed rudely “We aren’t taking to go orders! They can eat inside”. The waiter and the other manager on duty were not aware they were not taking to go orders. I told them my situation and they had nothing to say. Clearly I’m not entitled to order food to go but I just wanted to give my kid some dinner on Christmas. It seemed kind of over-dramatic to not take to go orders considering some people have no one to eat with on Christmas and are embarrassed to eat by themselves smh. It’s one of the only places open on Christmas.

Went here for dinner tonight while here for the holiday. We have been in many Waffle Houses on the east coast and this location has been the worst we have been in. We walked in, there was 3 people working, one table of guests. All other tables and the counter were empty. None of the empty tables were cleaned and the counter was filthy. Just inside the door as you enter was a pile of trash that someone left after sweeping the floor. Behind the counter was full of trash on the floor not to mention a pile of coffee grounds dumped by the trash can. The female of the workers was apparently the manager in charge, she started playing music and as a song came on, she was dancing and moving very in appropriately towards the 3 male workers. I approached the lady worker and told her what I thought, no apology, just a We’ve been busy all day! Well so is every other Waffle House and they seem to keep their places clean and give excellent service! Think twice about going to this location next time! At best I give it a low 2 stars!

There was trash all over the floor. Charged me double for my order, no answers on either local or customer service number, I went in person and said I would need to come in the next day.

Our server sam was very helpful until he threw our check at us??? I’m a sever myself and it was very unprofessional and terrible costumer service. I get it’s Waffle House but FAWK
