    I ordered online and didnt checked at the store. Upon arriving at home, pizza was burnt and hard. Went back and told me to wait for couple of minutes again. I told them I cant and didnt refund me at all. I just left. Just awful customer service.

    This was my second time ordering from this location the first timeI ordered,I asked for extra seasoning to be put on my Italian cheese bread, and it was done with no problem. This time the person says that they could not do that, and I let them know it was made that way before at that location as well as other locations with no issue. I decided to voice my disappointment in a calm and professional manner and asked to cancel my order. I was not rude in any way and yet this store manager chose to state her stores ratings and then hang up in my face.

    Rode my motorcycle up to this establishment and everyone there commented on it saying it was nice as well as they all were very friendly and got me what I wanted. And what I wanted was crazy bread. Ron made it and it was as if God came down and bless that bread. It is by far the best crazy bread I have ever eaten. 10/10. The employees as well the manager deserve more!

    I'm really giving this zero stars but have to press a star to give a review. The young girl behind the counter with dark brown hair pulled up high in a pony tail, was so rude. After I was notified by email that my online order was ready for pick up, it wasn't ready. In fact not even made yet. So I was understanding thinking ok it's a Friday night, their just busy. So I waited an extra 20 minutes for my pizzas. The scene that shocked me was when afor mentioned girl in ponytail started slamming doors and snapping at PAYING customers. I told her she should get a customer service award for her "great service". I also told her she shouldn't be working around people if she was going to treat them like that. A teen boy then comes out and I ask him to get the manager. The pizza making guy, who I find out is also the owner. He also had dark hair and wore a black hat. I tell him the girl at the counter is extremely rude and needs to either take a break or be asked to leave. He then tells me "why are you doing this, there's no need to be talking out loud like that". He completely defended her and didn't care how she was treating PAYING CUSTOMERS. Isn't that you bread and butter? Don't you want it busy? I've read several other reviews within the last month about rude service and it sounds like the same young girl. This owner just doesn't get it. It's a shame because I work right down the road and it's convenient for me to pick up some pizzas for my family. But I will never spend my hard earned money there again. It's also a shame that nothing will be done about this regarding the general public continuing to go there because it's a cheap place to feed the family. I will be contacting corporate.

    I called in for some pizzas, and then walked in the building to receive my gamer munchies... and there was like two young teen's looking like Number four from kid's next door and young hank hill that just hit puberty and we were just chilling for one whole minute while my order was being purchased... I don't know why there's so many bad reviews on this area... It was just in and out! lol! Also hit up the Buffalo Ranch sauce... that stuff taste's lit.

    Just went and picked up a 3 meat treat pizza and I was completely disgusted and shocked at my horrible experience. I walked in and a lady took my order and before I could pay she left to beg a fellow coworker to make the pizza I had just ordered. She finally came back and handed me my receipt when I hadn't even paid yet. I handed her the money and she laughed it off and apologized. I took a seat to wait for the pizza, and I look into the kitchen from my seat to see the guy fixing my pizza without any gloves on. That's totally a health code violation! It even gets worse, as he's fixing it, another employee walked up beside him and she starts eating right beside my food! I have pictures below to prove. I was getting irritated and disgusted that the manager would ever let all this take place. I started searching in the lobby for the sanitation grade, and to no surprise it was a low grade of 81.5 and it was hiding on the counter not hung for costumers to see. Not to mention the employees were yelling at each other to greet the next customers. As a small business owner myself, I want whats best for the customer, and this is clearly not this staff's mindset. This is health risk! While I'm never going back, I'm gonna make sure this is fixed!

    Pizza was good but service wasn't, the one who took my order was rude and while waiting 20 minutes for a thin crust pizza (on a day where it clearly wasn't busy) I could hear everyone in the back laughing and carrying on. They didn't even realize I was still there because the same person said very clearly "oh sh** there is someone up front! Such a disappointment because I use to like this location...

    I ordered something for the first time, and I wasn't happy with what I got. Firstly, the pizza had very few toppings, and it appeared that canned mushrooms were used, which drastically reduced the pizza's taste. The cheese bread was particularly bad, and it seemed undercooked. I'll give it another go to see if they improve anything in the near future.

    Ordered 3 pizzas. 1 came fresh out of the oven, 1 sat in the holding case for approx 40 mins, and the 3rd pizza was in the holding case for over 2 hours! Not sure how long they hold pizzas, but I'm sure 2+ hours is not the acceptable standard. The pizza looked old, dried out, and was not enjoyable at all. The new stuffed crust was good, really enjoyed that. This type of consistency is pretty much every visit - 1 pizza great, and 1 bad. If I remember correctly, the deep dish is almost always the messed up one.

    Walked into Little Caesars today in was immediately greeted by the new general manager. He was super respectful and super attentive. Witnessed the other young man also greet customers and take their order. He was eager to learn and treated customers really well. They paid attention to lobby while they we're busy cooking in the back. Their customer service was exceptional even though they were busy. Received superfresh hot pizzas. Great job guys, can't wait to visit again. Big difference from going in the past!

    Both of these puffs are soft and not crunchy as other reviews have said. Pepperoni puffs need an additional dipping sauce because they are dry and the 3 cheese puff I could actually taste the buttery garlic flavor topping and it really made it taste awesome. Great price for both appetizers for an ok product.

    The pepperoni pizza I received looked and tasted like it was in the warmer for way too long. The next time I go there I will check my order before I accept it or walk out the door and I advise you to do the same. I've never had a Bad/old pizza from this location before hence I hadn't thought about checking the appearance of pizza when I received it, I will from now on.

    So, I’m from Detroit…where LC is from. I ordered a Detroit style pizza and I have to say, Mike Ilitch would be rolling over in his grave right now if he saw how you guys make a pizza. That was most disgusting, uncooked doughiest pizza I have ever had. I had to throw it in the oven to actually cook the rest of it. Unbelievable

    Husband and granddaughter went in to order. My husband told the employee his order and she said is that all but he couldn't hear her so he asked her to repeat it. After that she yelled in his face and was very rude to him. My granddaughter witnessed this and was visibly upset at the abuse toward her grandfather. We will never go back and feel the woman should be written up or fired.

    I usually come to this little Caesar’s because it’s the closest one to my place of residence. The person who took my order was nice and confirmed my order I paid and sat and waited . My mother came in and asked for me to order 2 drinks . So saw a young lady go to the register and I asked her nicely for 2 drinks . The lady had the nastiest attitude and the nastiest tone . 🙄 like homie chill

    Last night was the third time I tried this place and it was the third time I was sold seriously undercooked pizzas. The crust was almost raw. I wasn't expecting gourmet, I've eaten Little Caesars my whole life, but this one is far and away the worst store I've ever been to.

    Two things bring a person to Little Caesar's. Either you are looking to save money or you want something that is ready to go when you walk in the door. Well, don't expect this location to live up to the ready part of their hot and ready slogan. Last three visits there has been a wait of five minutes or more. So if you have the money to spend and would rather eat quality pizza just go somewhere else because you'll likely have to wait for your pizza anyway. Might as well wait for better pizza. Update: They stille haven't figured out the ready section of their hot and ready slogan.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience with Little Caesars! We placed an order and waited for two hours only to find out it had been canceled. When we called to find out what happened, they claimed it was a mix-up with the drivers. Instead of remaking our order, they just decided to cancel it altogether. No communication, no apologies, just a complete disregard for our time and patience. Extremely upset and disappointed with their service. Will not be ordering from here again!

    Food is the standard good. Service was poor. The guy at the counter seemed like he didn’t want to be there. 2/3 of my order sat for 15 minutes before my cheese bread was ready. Over all piss poor service, food was cold. I would have had them re-cook everything but I didn’t want to wait anymore. Once again piss poor service.

    If I could give Zero stars I would, the “manager” on duty who was like 12 has horrible customer service and was wearing AirPods. We have been to several little Caesar’s that will do all sticks instead of the sticks and slices bc our picky eaters will only eat sticks. Every other location will accommodate bc it isn’t like we are adding anything we are saving them cheese, sauce and pepperoni. My children were crying in the store bc she wouldn’t do this little request and we had to leave. My kids are hungry and now have to settle for nuggets that they don’t want. They want their pizza “sticks”. Thank you little Caesar for ruining my kids day. Do better. Good Customer service is so rare these days and you are losing business.

    Normally don’t have an issue. Order from them regularly. Today it was doughy and undercooked. Both pizza and cheese bread. Called to ask about it and was told nothing could be done because I wasn’t willing to drive 20 minutes to take it back to them. Absolutely nothing could be done. So I won’t be back!!! Also it was the manager of the shift that told me this… Maria!

    I was hesitant to order from this business as I read the negative comments. Regardless, I gave it a try and it was a great experience. I pulled up and went inside to order. The associate greeted me friendly, took my order and gave me an estimate when my order is ready. Although it was in rush hour and the business was very busy, my order was ready earlier than expected and it looked very good. I will come back, pizza was delicious. Thanks guys 😊

    This location is usually pretty good. This time not so much, first they wouldn't take a large bill for payment which they have done before. Then the counter person short changed me and would not correct it. Lastly 2 of the 4 pizzas were undercooked as the dough was still raw in the middle.

    Rude!!! The workers were getting upset and cussing out loud because everyone was coming in picking up their orders but the orders were not ready. I stood there waiting for my online order for 20 minutes. Took them that long to complete my order and did not even bother to cut my pizza into slices… Glad I had a pizza cutter at home. I will not be going back to that location…. Nothing was hot nor fresh about my food.

    3 pizzas ordered and only 1 was correct when delivered to our home. Just got off the phone with CS and I'm being compensated 25% of my order! By my calculations each pizza is 33% of my order and yet you're only giving me back 25%? You got 66% of my order wrong and im supposed to accept this negligence? Looking forward to speaking to the next CS rep in 1-3 business days! I will get my money back and it will be more than 25%! You act like we're not going through the worst economy in over 40 years! Do better!

    Let's start with the fact that I made an order through the app picked up. My pizzas was told nothing went to go to my car. Checked them at my car realized both pretzel pizzas had no salt on it went back in requesteinsult the girl behind the counter. Said no problem As you can see into the kitchen as she's telling the cook that there's no salt on it. He decides to take table salt and pour it all over the crust of the pizza. When I call him out for what he's doing they act like i'm the a******. I was then told that they would remake My pizza after waiting 15 minutes for the pizzas, only 1 was remade as You could plainly the table salt on the one pizza still and in the box . After being told that both my pieces were gonna be remade? I'm wondering why they were lying to my face saying that they remade the pizza. When they didn't we're asking about this another customer who was letting her? Child. Play in? The. Drink? Cooler? Decided it would be her time to step up and say something about me being p***** off that I was being lied to. All in all terrible customer service terrible work ethic avoid the store at any chance

    Needed to pick up later and they were going to remake the pizzas, but they handed me the pizzas that were made earlier and waited for me to check them in order to remake them after I was actually supposed to pick them up. They didn’t remake the pizzas until after I got there and checked and the woman at the register was snotty about it. I should’ve gotten some free pizza out of it. I don’t think they remade these. I think they took them out of the boxes they were in put them back through a light oven for a minute and then handed them right back to me in new boxes without the old information on them. There was no sticker on the new boxes.

    The pizza is very tasty, but the cuts and thickness of the pizza can vary. You get what you pay for tho. They're a pretty good option for a party or a movie night, but if you're just getting one or two I'd pay the price of something better.

    I walked in there mind you old enough my mom gave me her credit card I walk in there and asked for cheesy bread and she said no when I could clearly see cheesy bread in the hot in ready the lady at the register she said no and refused service im am mature enough to buy pizza if you can accept that’s a u problem then my mom had to come in there in bam we have cheesy bread that fact my mom has to come in there is stupid

    In response to Wendy Roach. Please tell the truth. Yes she was unhappy with the Hawian Pizza. I understand you can’t please everyone all the time. There was no mention of a problem with the cheese bread. Customer was asked if she wanted to return for a remake, she said she didn’t want to return. While on the phone with the Customer Maria then issued a full refund for the order. So she kept the food and paid nothing for it. As I’m very sorry weren’t happy. I’ll just finish this with what Maria said. There is nothing more I can do.

    Grubhub delivery was wrong. When I contacted the business to let them know, the attitude was, “Too bad.” They’re clearly not requiring much beyond a pulse and maybe one brain cell to get a job at this place. Reading the reviews about their cleanliness (dirtiness) rating is making me regret the whole purchase. Thanks for nothing Little Caesars.
