    Submitted online appointment for open 7am appointment. Dropped off my truck the night before, and spoke with Service Advisor about morning appointment and service request - was told the morning appointment was good and they'd get to work on my service requests. Next day of the service appointment, no call from Firestone. So I call at 3pm, and they have no idea about my truck or who I am. It takes a few minutes, then the guy says It will be another hour or so to do the oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment check. Two hours go by, nothing. I call back at 5pm. Again, they have no idea who I am or what truck I'm talking about. So I go over there to get my truck. They are still confused, and then provide a bizarre explanation that they did the tire rotation and wheel alignment check, but forgot the oil change. I have no way to verify the tire services, but I could check my dirty oil - so they confessed to that. An angry overworked tech changes my oil as I stand there and watch - to make sure the service is actually done. I leave Firestone after 6pm, from a 7am appointment for oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. DO NOT go to Firestone Apex. You may or may not get the services you pay for. And it takes a lot of time to get a simple oil change, 11 hours to get an oil change to be exact. DO NOT waste your time with Firestone Apex.

    They're having a special on lifetime alignments right now, where you'll never have to pay to have your alignment done again. I used mine to have an appointment today, and they got to my car as scheduled and got me out in a timely manner.

    It’s regarding the worst customer service by the store manager Mark Hamel at 1401 E Williams Street, Apex. I dropped my car at 10:00 AM EST in the morning for brake repair service and estimate was around $1300, applied for the Firestone credit card also and the 2:30 PM EST time to pick up was given but when I reached, I saw my car was parked and it wasn’t scheduled even for repair while we agreed that it was done by that time. I understand that sometimes it takes time and can go beyond but if you haven’t started service by 2:30 PM EST then how can it be delivered even in next 1 hour and he excused that other cars are here so wasn’t he aware before committing time to me..no one will accept this type of services and he was not ready to accept his mistake and asked me not to come to store again and I am sure I won’t come and recommend to anyone Firestone for any car services. If a store manager does false commitments then who will come to service…now it seems I unnecessarily applied for Firestone credit card which hits my credit history also..very bad experience with Firestone..completely wasted my time.

    don’t go here i paid 25$ for an inaccurate diagnostic, when I first came in, I stated to the lady that I don’t have a fuse puller, so I need them to check the fuse box. she mentioned a scan they can do that was 25$ (it was a package) they said they would check the fuse box for me if i got the package. 20 minutes later she came out after talking to someone saying that it would be better for me to get the upgraded diagnostic because my issue seemed more severe. trying to charge me an extra $100 I JUST NEEDED THE FUSE BOX CHECKED so i said no. They finished the job not even 10 minutes later told me everything was okay with the fuse box saying that it’s most likely a deep electrical issue. I also told the lady that I would most likely sell the car if the issue was deeper than the fuse box so i didn’t need anything else they also tried telling me my struts were bad even though I just replaced them so I thought that was weird. I was upset and I went home about to sell the car until I decided to check the fuse box myself and just rip them out with pliers. I kid you not the first fuse I checked was severed I was pissed because they didn’t even check any of the fuses like they said they did. I went back after and said that the job wasn’t done correctly and then she started telling me that the guy must have (glanced) at the fuse box and that she told me that i should have gotten the $120 package ARE YOU KIDDING ME she said they CHECKED the fuses. you can’t just look at a fuse box and say everything ok. no, you need to test the fuses or at least look at the individual fuses to see if they’re blown. Extremely unprofessional technician. I’m 18 years old and feel like i got taken advantage of trying to tell me that I need a bunch of other stuff when I really don’t, trying to upsize me on packages when I really don’t need them it’s absurd and extremely unprofessional. do not come to this location unless you’re trying to get taken advantage of. spend your money somewhere else with technicians who know what they’re doing.

    Literally anyplace is better than these worthless people. You want to get hung up on? It’s a regular occurrence. What to get put on a brief hold and get hung up on again? Be my guest. Want to get a phone call saying that your vehicle is finished, show up and told it will be another hour? Then two hours later close with your vehicle? Not one person at this location is worth minimum wage. Frankly they should fire everyone and hire a high school staff as I’m positive they would run circles around these people that do not care one little bit about their job. I will take this to corporate and I’m positive these employees could care less.

    I have been going to this Firestone for 12 years now. Book an online appointment for 8 am to bring two cars in for inspections. Show up for them to tell me that they don't do inspections that early and we would have to wait a couple hours before their inspector got in and finished. They really don't appreciate your time and effort and getting the things done and I went down the street to the State Inspection place and go it done in 10 minutes. If you want my high dollar tire and repair business you have to be willing to do the small things like a state inspection and when your location confirms an appointment someone should have enough snap to call me before I drag me +1 and two cars down there when you never had the intention of performing the service as scheduled.

    I was greeted friendly and respectfully. I made appt online. They took me no questions asked and I asked them to check out a problem I was having with something else. They did it with no problem, the charge was extremely reasonable. Oil change $29.99 minus a discount. They couldn't give me a quote on other items yet because they don't know if their gonna have to go thru dealer for the part. I read some negative reviews on my way in so I was a little nervous,however I'm so happy to report that I had only positive experience!

    This is the second time I can say that these guys are AWESOME! The team here is very professional and knowledgeable, it reflects the great management at this location particularly Dennis Jones, I could of had a very serious situation on the road if it weren't for his, we will definitely take care of YOU MENTALITY! every time I talk to Dennis I feel comfortable, no pressure just great professional service, I wouldn't consider any other tire place! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Update: As usual the service at the Apex Firestone location is phenomenal, needing another set of tires I called and spoke to Carlos the new manager at this location, and was impressed with his can do attitude, bring it in and we will take care of it! I felt as if he knew me personally, very professional and friendly, I have been a repeat customer for years and it is a great feeling to be treated with respect and to receive great service, this has always been the case at the Apex location, never have I’ve been disappointed! Highly recommended again! Great job Carlos!!!

    Hello my name is Eugene Anderson I recently went in to Firestone due to a EVAP engine light . Phillp sale tech manager was there and state it was the gas cap . I was afraid it was serious due to i drive a bmw. I got the gas cap serviced due to my car having to have a inspection. Phillp was correct he saved me lots of money. I always go to this location for service everybody at this location are positive and want to help. If u want positive people who care who respect their customers go to this location. I have 3 cars i take here and i will not go no where else. I feel u will feel the same. Thank u for your time on this site. when u go ask for phillp. I once again went to firestone under direction of philip to service my nissian which had AC problems and once again philip not only told me about everything that was going on with my car but told me that the tech that service my car was experience in ac problems. I feel that he really cares about everyone who comes in firestone i spend average of 1400 each time i come to firestone but the service and customer service is alway beyond and exceeds everytime i come. I will always come to firestone long as philip is there. I have 3 cars i bring to this location

    Great place to have car service. PHILIP IS GREAT PEOPLE PERSON AND KNOWS ABOUT CARS. I HAVE THREE CARS I SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF PHILIP. I AM HAVING ALL MY CO WORKERS TAKE THÊRE CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I FEEL PHILIP SHOULD BE A MANAGER CAUSE OF HIS KNOWLEGE AND WILL TO MAKE EVERYONE THAT COME TO FIRESTONE FEEL IMPORTANT.

    Update: Firestone contacted me and made the situation correct. They credited my account and really went above and beyond on my second appointment !! I upgraded my stats to reflect my current review feeling. 1 star original review: at first I was very happy with the customer service and how quickly and detailed they were. I made an appointment on the app for noon. Showed up and was taken without a wait. They asked when I needed my car back by and I said 3. Figured that’s plenty of time. 250 rolled around and I called to see the update on time so I could know when to come back. They said because I was a walk in they haven’t had time yet. But I wasn’t a walk in I was a confirmed appointment..... my car was done by 6pm...6 hours later for just an oil change and an air filter change. They left my car a mess with the air filter change ..... the compartment was popped off with pieces missing and laying around and now I’m taking it elsewhere to make sure the oil change was properly done. I will never go back to this location

    Really great experience at this Firestone. Soto and Phillip were attentive, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of. They gave regular updates while my car was being repaired and provided excellent customer service. Master technician was also professional and courtesy.

    I recently had an issue with a Rental Van. On Friday October 20, 2023 I called and requested a battery and tire inflation pressure check. I was told to come right over. I was greeted by Brianna Corbbrey who went right to work getting me the assistance I needed. She offered me a courtesy check. I gladly accepted and she found a technician that tested my battery and inflated my tires. My battery tested "above standards" and my tires were somewhat low. The technician was polite, informative and professional. I was visiting the area from four states away. Brianna eased my tension(s) about the rental van and I left a very satisfied Long Time Firestone Customer. Oh and there was no high pressure UP-SELLING!!!! Thanks again, Brianna and Firestone Complete Auto Care.

    Worth the drive! I drive from North Cary even though there are 4-5 Firestones closer to me. These guys at Apex know their stuff! These techs are on another level. They *always* get the alignment on my DINAN M3 perfect— and on time. Don’t waste your time at other Firestones in the area. This is the best one by far!

    After being informed by a local dealership I needed a new alternator I decided to get a second opinion from Firestone since I had a good experience with them previously. Low and behold they discovered right away the battery connections were loose and needed a shim. After properly connecting the battery the electrical system tested fine. Don’t get fooled into thinking the dealerships are experts - not true. Hats off to the honesty, integrity and professionalism displayed by the Apex Firestone team.

    After my second time coming here I decided this place deserves an excellent rating. The staff are extremely honest and helping. Both times they brought me out to the garage and visually explained my car problems. Even though they had to break the bad news to me about my lemon car, they went about it in a professional manner and explained every main concern.

    Ordered tires from simple tire. Through them I setup my appointment date and time with Firestone. Got confirmation email that appointment was for 8am. When I arrived at store the service writer confirmed I had an appointment for 8am then asked when I would be back to pick it up and I advised that I would be waiting. He stated that larger trucks take longer so it would take some time. I understood it might take a little longer but shouldn’t take much longer then any other car as my truck is only a 2500 so it only has 2 more lug nuts then 1/2 ton trucks. My truck stayed in parking lot until just before 11am before they even took it into a bay. During this time I received no updates or any communication. A lady service advisor who arrived to work after 8am asked me about 2pm what I was waiting on since I had been waiting before she even came in. I advised her the truck I was waiting on and she said she would check on it. When asking service advisor who checked me in, I overheard him state that with a truck he should expect to wait and he was the one that decided to wait one it. Also note that I watched 3 walk in have there cars addressed before mine and a lady getting tires with an appointment at 10am had already left with her car. At 3pm my truck was finished and only communication I received was he is bring your truck around. No sorry for wait or anything. What good is an appointment if it doesn’t even go back until 3 hrs after the appointment and takes them 4hrs to install a set of tires. Lastly to top it all off the truck was missing one of the valve stem caps on the tires. Not wanting to deal with shop any longer I will replace that myself. I have never had a shop that didn’t try to honor appointment times or fail to give me updates on the service.

    I know a little about cars but not a whole lot. This Firestone is extremely helpful as does not make me pay for things I do not need. They always show me the documents and even help with discounts they have. You are doing a amazing job and thank you to the technician Who helped me out over multiple appointments and still remembering me personally 😊

    Best experience I’ve ever had at a car shop! Holly was the most attentive and friendly service advisor. She provided regular updates and worked better than expected within the confines of my schedule. The best part was the price out the door was surprisingly lower that I thought it would be. I will definitely be back!

    I made an appointment last minute around 5, the man on the phone Cisco (store manager) told me he can get me in. I got there late right around 6, store manager (Mark) said it’s a bit late but none the less these men did an extraordinary job. I trust these guys ( Cisco, Mark, Carter and Carlos) not only did they do a last minute job, they also educated me on other products and did not pressure me to buy or hassle. They got the job done and I was extremely satisfied. I don’t leave reviews but they’ve earned my business as well as my family. I recommend this auto service to anyone who’s looking for great work with very reasonable pricing. Thank you Firestone Team

    Very bad customer service. Despite of going in with confirmed appointment email, the store manager refused to check in and said he doesnt see any appointment. Looks like he did not make any effort to search for appointment and simply was in denying mode to save him some time. Wont be coming back again!

    Blown away by the service I got today. Unfortunately, Firestone had to be the bearers of bad news and inform me my engine had seized up. Chris expressed empathy in delivering the news and had excellent customer service when we came into the store. Dennis is a class act and offered great advice on next steps. He also offered me 50% off my diagnostics test because he felt it was the right thing to do. Good, honest and kind mechanics are hard to find and I would recommend these guys a thousand times over. Thank you Dennis, Chris and Firestone!

    Every time I call this shop, they always quote me very high prices. More higher than the dealership prices. Imagine $1200 for a Brake job which is $750 in Mopar Center. $100 for Synthetic Oil Change where it is only $80 in Valvoline quick lube.

    They completely do not respect appointments. I called and made an appointment two days in advance. I made arrangements to get there on time only to be told “I only have 1 technician and 7 cars waiting - I do not see your appointment in the system”. Steer clear of this place.

    While the location can be tricky to get into due to a somewhat wonky intersection, the service here was both high quality and fast (I got a tire rotation and oil change). I did have to schedule my maintenance 2 days out, but other locations were much worse (up to 6 days). I would highly recommend the Apex Firestone for car maintenance!

    Very dissatisfied. I purchased the lifetime alignment plan from them a couple years ago. I brought my vehicle up there and was told they weren't going to align it because my tire rods were worn and they would change those out for me for$800 in order for me get my warranty alignment from them. I went bought the parts for $150 and changed them myself. A week later I bring it back to get my warranty alignment and they still won't do it because my boot isn't properly covering the tire rod. So it seems like I purchased a lifetime alignment warranty only if I replace whatever part they decide needs to be changed out. I could understand if I came up there every week for a alignment but it's twice a year I use it. I paid for a lifetime alignment and I've been denied twice. Only at this location.

    I came to this Firestone to check on my alternator. I do not typically come to this location, but mine was busy. I was told I needed to go to "Johnny's Electric" as soon as possible to fix the broken wire that was overcharging the alternator. I went to another electrician after looking into reviews and was told nothing was necessary and the problem they reported to me did not exist. Just keep an eye if going here.

    I bought new Mickey Thompson tires for my truck. Had them put on here and from day one they shook like they weren’t balanced. I immediately brought the truck back. They said the tech took the truck up to 85mph on the highway and could not feel the shake . They said the tires need to be broke in to the truck. Truck has aftermarket control arms and was recently aligned with no issues in the past with shaking. I had to take it to another shop and pay again for what should have been done there .
