We
placed
an
order
online
today
for
pick-up.
Paid
their
extra
high
price
for
a
combo.
When
we
got
there
they
told
us
they
had
NO
ICE
and
NO
COLD
DRINKS
to
sell.
Okay.
Things
happen.
Adjust
my
total
or
give
me
the
"option"
of
having
a
drink
w/
no
ice.
Nope.
They
didn't
care.
Got
to
the
car
to
find
they
did
not
put
the
chips
(that
came
with
the
combo)
in
the
bag,
nor
did
they
put
the
extra
"side"
of
chips
we
paid
for
in
the
bag
-
We
had
to
go
back
inside
to
get
them.
How
about
not
taking
orders
for
drinks
if
you
have
no
ice
(at
1pm).
There
is
a
Harris
Teeter
across
the
parking
lot.
They
sell
ice.
Or
better
yet,
TELL
customers
you
have
no
ice
before
you
ring
up
the
drink.
The
person
at
the
register
let
the
person
after
me
order
a
drink
and
never
said
a
word
about
not
having
ice.
The
employees
did
not
care
one
bit.
I
paid
$25
for
2
med
subs,
2
chips
and
1
medium
drink.
Lesson
learned.
There
are
great
subs
all
over
town.
I'm
sorry,
but
customer
service
is
everything.
Again,
I
get
that
things
happen,
no
problem.
But
when
the
staff
doesn't
care
and
does
nothing
to
make
it
right,
that's
just
poor
service.
