I like this location. Clean, spacious. They have Outside sitting. Parking is not a problem. Employees are friendly helpful and nice.

Kayla is a wonderful employee and deserves a raise she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied I will definitely come back!

Josh, the store manager, provided excellent customer service to my mother and I. He checked in on how our meal was as we ate. We let him know our orders were wrong, so he made an additional sub for us at no extra cost! I really appreciated the extra time he took to check in on our meal. This place deserves 5 stars easy!

Ordered online quarter till 6 Pickup time was 6 Pickup wasn’t ready until 6:10 Nothing special, not sure it’s worth the money- ordered an ‘engineer’ supposed to have mushrooms 🍄 and such - there were like 3 half or quarter slices. As you can see in the pictures at just about $8 per sub - to me doesn’t seem worth it.

bad Staff , I never back again. my wife ordered food on 5/27/2022 about 7 pm and I went pick up it and the girls was laughing on me and I asked them I wanna pick up my order and they whispered and laughing again bad admin

We placed an order online today for pick-up. Paid their extra high price for a combo. When we got there they told us they had NO ICE and NO COLD DRINKS to sell. Okay. Things happen. Adjust my total or give me the "option" of having a drink w/ no ice. Nope. They didn't care. Got to the car to find they did not put the chips (that came with the combo) in the bag, nor did they put the extra "side" of chips we paid for in the bag - We had to go back inside to get them. How about not taking orders for drinks if you have no ice (at 1pm). There is a Harris Teeter across the parking lot. They sell ice. Or better yet, TELL customers you have no ice before you ring up the drink. The person at the register let the person after me order a drink and never said a word about not having ice. The employees did not care one bit. I paid $25 for 2 med subs, 2 chips and 1 medium drink. Lesson learned. There are great subs all over town. I'm sorry, but customer service is everything. Again, I get that things happen, no problem. But when the staff doesn't care and does nothing to make it right, that's just poor service.

I love their sandwiches! I love the fact they grill the sandwiches so it’s nice and warm. Their hot sauce is added bonus.

Excellent location with amazing staff. I had a pick-up order and some of the items on my order were not available, but the team was quick to resolve my questions, gave me completely sufficient substitutes, and even threw in an extra cookie as apology. Everyone behind the counter looked up and acknowledge both when I walked in and when I left. GREAT JOB, guys! Keep up the good work. (Also... delicious!)

I have been to this place twice now and I enjoy the food and the people are really nice. I give it four stars because the app is a little messy little harder to understand what’s included and what’s not in your deal for a first timer and they need to do better at looking at orders and then just making them. I had to have my order remade today but other than that they were fantastic I highly recommend them.

Nice staff... But really cheap on the meat! BLT's were more like LT's. We ordered 2 Larges. One had only 2 strips of bacon on 1/2 the sandwich. The the other we had to take the bacon off one half and put it on the other. These are about $10 sandwiches! I have had great success at Firehouse at crossroadsssroads.

Great staff and great food. I ordered the Jamaican Turkey on wheat minus the tomatoes. This sandwich is so good. I can't wait to order it again. They are also running a special for it. $5.55 for a medium.

I always go to this one instead of Fuquay-Varina, because it always been great. But today not. Got the lg steak and cheese sub. Sandwich was not hot when I got home, was almost cold. Now I have gotten sandwiches there be for and new was this temp when I got home. Also usual the steak n cheese are falling off the sandwich. Tonight barley and steak at all. Not happy at all with the food tonight.

I go here to help out the firefighters. Honestly the food is okay, the portions are (imo) small for the $$ I believe they are some of the most expensive sub places around but the money seems to be going to a good cause. The staff is always friendly, and I only get the hot subs (like the brisket) and it's always acceptable.

Fantastic service everyone was super great. Kyle was amazing and very quick with my order! Will make this a common lunch spot just because the staff was awesome!

Great selection. Love new items added periodically to the menu. Josh is great. He remembers my name and my order. He recommended a different sub and it was good. I still like the hot roast beef the best.

It was OK but definitely not worth the price way too expensive. I would give it five stars if it was about half the price. This was my first time just to try it but I will get more bang for my buck at subway at 2/3 the price

Went in and got a sandwich on my lunch break. They were quite busy but the manager ended making my sub. It was nice to see a manager out on the floor working with his employees. Got exactly what I ordered and it was delicious!

This Firehouse location has been fantastic every time I've placed an order. Friendliness of the staff, attention to detail, cleanliness, everything has been great! Highly recommend!

I’m always up for a hook and ladder sub. The management was very friendly and on top of things going on and seems to care a lot about the customers experience. Rarely find employees that care so much about delivering a perfect product and experience. Can’t recommend enough.
