👍👍 I always have a great time here. Usually it's for work related events but it's very spacious, accommodating and the staff are very friendly and professional. People often mention convention, center, great, nice, Raleigh, large, events, staff, parking, Convention,

We have attended the Raleigh Convention Center in 2019 and 2022 for the Animazement Convention (a Japanese animation and culture convention that lasts a full weekend). This large convention center is full of natural lighting, as there are many large windows throughout the building. The center interior is clean and the carpeted flooring is well-maintained. The women’s restroom was well-stocked and clean. Escalators are available from floor to floor. There is a parking deck across the street from the convention center. Although it’s not free to park there, it’s not expensive either. Because of its size, this center is perfect for large events and conventions. When we attended the Animazement conventions, there were staff members walking around throughout the center that were friendly and helpful with answering questions or directing people where certain events were taking place.

Great convention. We attended the Yu-Gi-Oh! National Championship July 2023. Brilliantly cold air-conditioning when it was so hot outside. Rentable electronic scooters all around to travel quickly worked great. Free parking for our Sunday was a big bonus. Concessions were also great with no waits.

I’ve visited the Raleigh Convention Center a handful of times over the past 5 years. Graduations, festivals, professional conferences and most recently, a Wakanda fashion show. The spaces are well-maintained & the staff is friendly/helpful. Overall the Raleigh Convention Center is a fantastic public space for all sorts of events. There’s a large variety of areas within and around the building. If you need to step out on the terrace for some fresh air or move to a small table for a quick work call, both of those are available and more. Tips: If you have to park in a parking deck I recommend the Wake County Parking deck by the All Are Welcome Raleigh Mural. It’s a bit easier to navigate and has an elevator if you prefer a more accessible way down. That deck also has free EV charging stations.

We take our kids to BrickUniverse Lego Expo at Raleigh Convention Center. This place is easy to find. You can park in the building right behind it or you can park outdoor which is right across the convention center. We parked outdoor (less walk😀). We paid $10.50 for all day parking. Download the app Parkmobile. You will need to pay online.

It’s a great place for an event such as the international auto show. I did miss seeing the new Subarus. And new Nissans. The place is great though. Plenty of room. A good area for snacks and drinks. Parking is not bad, just a block long walk. Staff was attentive if you asked them.

Went there with the wife to the Raleigh Home and Garden show. The show was quite smaller than I expected. As far as the convention center, its nice. The front looks a little dated. The inside is nice. Restrooms are nice. What I saw of the interior was nice. Its a standard convention center.

Always love the Raleigh Convention center. Clean, easy to find your way around and friendly staff. This time we came for a Lego convention. It was one large space in the basement. Layed out nice for covid precautions and some great Lego displays.

Fantastic venue and we had a great time interacting with almost 3000 FFA members at the State convention.

It's always a good feeling to get out of the house and see something new! The Chevrolet booth had the friendliest representatives working there that weekend. While not the biggest show this year compared to years past there's new circumstances impacting the car market for 2021 (chip shortage). Looking forward to next year's show!

I went to the East Coast Game Conference here yesterday. This is where I saw Unseen, a virtual reality experience created by Do Good Artist out of Winston Salem. They use this to train people to recognize and help prevent human trafficking. This is a growing problem all around. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Bright clean atmosphere. Spacious. A nice place to hold an event also convenient to lunch spots. Close parking too. 🧜‍♀️

Went for the Call Of Duty League championships most recently (see pictures). Had a great time seeing professional gamers go hard and smash each other. The center its self is pretty great. Nearby parking, lots of restaurants and it's always clean. Lots of floor space in the main area and many additional rooms available for multiple ongoing activities.

Nicely laid out area. I went for a high school cheer competition and people were coming and going so it wasn’t really crowded feeling. Plenty of restrooms and the staff tried their best to keep clean. The staff were nice and very helpful.

I hosted an event here and the experience was amazing. They have a loading dock that is able to accommodate a large box truck and freight elevators that open up to the convention rooms. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely book this venue again.

I have always been told graduation weekend was awful. But honestly it was very organized and the location is perfect. Parking was easy and I can't believe everything went so smoothly. The venue accommodating with so many big screens.

Great venue. Attended the 2023 GalaxyCon. The only recommendation is that I didn't see any directions or map that assisted with getting to the exhibitions floor. Found all other areas easily.

Great place to hold large events. Fully functional escalators are a nice touch when buying lots of things. I have been to this convention center for over 7 years for sever different kinds of events. Graduation, animes, conferences. Over all very nice large flexibly space with nice bathrooms.

One if the best convention centers in the Triangle, lots of corporate events take place here and my kid enjoyed the Lego brick universe. Parking can be tricky, have to use parking decks around the center.

Overall I think this is a great location for large events. The downside was a few lacking amenities. An escalator was broken during our entire stay and there was only one water refill station that I could fairly easily locate within the conference floor. Additionally for a volleyball tournament the divider nets were simply aweful.
