I miss the Lakeside Storage off 55. Before it was Public Storage, it was always clean and well kept. Today they are losing a yearly customer. I run a Christmas lighting company, storing our seasonal inventory at the aforementioned Public Storage. We’ve seen this establishment degrade over time with broken doors and non-functioning elevators. The tipping point: last night we pulled all our inventory to begin setting up for the year, cleaned out our unit, and left. This morning we are accused of leaving a mattress near a dumpster where there are no cameras and no proof of us doing so. The only deduction made by Public storage was that we are the only ones to move out and therefore we put the mattress there. Sherlock, put in some effort before pointing fingers. Attached is a photo of our unit that we just to happened to take for a fun social media post about gearing up for the holiday season. You tell me do you see a mattress?

This is a great place. Nice amenities, good ac. No bugs or rodents. Catherine has been super helpful. I have used this place now multiple times and have never had an issue. The app is no silver bullet but I am pleased to provide a high review because of how easy and useful it is. The staff are great!

This place is simply outstanding! The effort that went into keeping this place secure is well worth it. You can download an app to access the gates and doors. Or use the pin that comes in text. I applied for a unit online payed online. The process is simple. The manager kathrine was a joy to work with. Knowledgeable, understanding and helped me resolve my issues. Also, they put the stickers on the locks for security. They know that it’s your lock and you can ask the manager specifically, but do not pull the stickers off. It actually makes sense why they put the stickers on your locks. The cleanliness of the building and attention to detail is noticed good management and team. I love the place first time there and it was a great experience A+.

Very happy with my decision to store my items at the Public Storage facility in Fuquay Varina. The rental process was a breeze considering I rented the unit while living out of state. Kathy provides exceptional service. She is very accommodating and works to resolve any issue that arises.

Had an appointment to meet and sign up to rent a unit and sat and waited for more than an hour and attempted to get somebody on the phone. Finally was guided to complete process online and was sent entrance code information via text message. Once process was started it was all fairly straightforward. I want to clarify that my aunt is the one who actually rented the unit, I was accompanying her to assist unloading boxes. The location popped up on my google reviews and I wanted to review our experience. The location is extremely clean and appears to be safe and top notch secure. The miscommunication with whomever my aunt originally spoke with is the only issue we had. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends and family without a doubt.

Excellent service. Buildings always clean, temperature good in all seasons, staff helpful. I appreciated the lighting system - conserving energy for lights that are motion activated. The platform carts were invaluable. I recommend them highly. I've used other storage places before, but will always use Public Storage in the future.

Booked on line last week for a move from out of state next month. In town for a quick visit this weekend and stopped by to visit facility. Very clean and Katherine ( and other gentleman on duty) were nice, polite, and helpful. Katherine was also very friendly and provided helpful answers to my questions to help me decide what i needed when I was shopping around for a storage facility and called. So far so good. Trust they will remain 5 star over the coming months. Stay tuned.

Love the elevators and the carts provided for hauling items makes my unloading or loading much easier And I just love that you can access the gates and the doors by the touch of a phone or from your phone I should say
