    New Years Day 5pm. I have often purchased from this location and have been very satisfied with both the service and coffee. This evening I purchased 2 coffees from the drive thru and as I was handed my hot coffee without the stopper the coffee spills on my hand. The worker doesn't even bother to apologize nor offers a napkin. Then upon looking in my cups it appears to be old cream added. Unfortunate that a customer was just lost!

    I'm sharing this after my 4th incorrect drink. I was a barista at Starbucks for a few years, and I'm always surprised at the way things are handled at this particular Starbucks - I'm more likely to drive an extra 5 miles to go to the "better" one. When I worked at Starbucks previously, if we made a drink incorrectly, we would let the person keep their drink, saying "please give it to someone who you think may like it," and would sincerely apologize. At this Starbucks, you are lucky if you get any acknowledgement for the incorrect drink, and they will take your drink back to the bar (even if you've touched it and sipped from it), and correct it by adding syrups or milks. The second thing we would never do is take someone's drink back with us or touch their lid for hygiene reasons. Once the drink left your hands, you did not accept it back behind the bar again. Each time I've gone to this Starbucks, they've either added the wrong milk, forgotten the milk, or forgotten the syrup. When tasting the drink, I'll notice immediately if it's wrong, and say something...or drive all the way back to get it corrected. Usually I'm met with...."Okay give it here please" (no apology), and then the syrup or milk is added separately on top of the existing drink. This is a big no-no when making drinks because each drink is made in a specific way so that the ingredients are incorporated. When things are added as an after thought, you'll get the syrup or milk on top, while the rest of the drink is coffee or coffee/milk. Another note is that you never argue with a customer about their drink (especially if it's on the cup...), and while this place does not argue with you, you can usually tell they do not believe they could have given you the wrong drink, or they will give off a vibe that it's inconvenient to fix it. I sound like an a-hole, but to be honest, the customer service, hygiene practices, and overall training here are lacking.

    This location is convenient and the staff is friendly! However, a Starbucks double shot on ice should NOT be a half cup of milk. I want to taste the expresso. It's supposed to be a SPLASH of 2% on top not 4 ounces and NOT shaken INTO my expresso. PLEASE

    We used to be regulars here on our drive to Clayton, but now feel threatened at this store due to all the transgender/PRIDE flags inside and outside the building. They had the whole building surrounded with them. It is no longer an inclusive "home" to everyone. You have to place yourself physically under the flags to order, like bowing at their altar. We are deeply offended and feel threatened and we no longer feel welcome at this Starbucks.

    12/13/24 This place is hopping between 7 and 8am on weekdays. I slipped in at 8 this morning to pick up my mobile order. Andrew took my personal cup and placed it in the queue. I stepped back and enjoyed watching the customers leave with a smile. I have found Andrew to be great. He makes eye contact and greets each customer he interacts with while staging all the orders for pickup. I plan on returning soon. Keep up the good work! 3/24/24 Made a mobile order with 2 personal cups and a 3rd drink without the personal cup. Order and pickup went as smooth as silk. ... just like when I sipped the drinks. 2/24 Great barista and drink. Returned and found the same: GREAT batista and good mocha. 1/21/24 Packed with customers. It took me 30+ minutes to get my mobile order and get it corrected due to the non-user-friendly bogo offer being unclear on the app. Excellent manager, baristas, and drinks.

    Get home to give my fiancé her coffee and of course it’s wrong. When you have 25 people in the drive through and one person standing out there trying to cater to the rush this is what happens. Waste of my time and waste of my money. I would expect better from this establishment….do not go if it’s busy you will get disappointed.

    I order from here a lot, usually online. The staff is very pleasant, even when busy. I had ordered an iced coffee instead of hot online and they changed it for me with no issues. I love that Starbucks welcomes all people, their pride decorations in June were beautiful. This is one place that everyone can feel welcome.

    Drink is very rarely correct. I have gone from a latte to cappuccino and still no foam on the drink. Just a big cup of milk.

    When I come here I get the distinct impression I'm not really welcome and seen as a bother. Staff are aloof, sometimes rude, don't listen to the order so I have to repeat it, are too busy socializing with friends...so, I've taken my coffee business to 2 of the other local coffee shops - Cultivate & Fuquay Brus. At the FV Starbucks I'm just not welcome.

    The best Starbucks you'll hate going to. The location is painful, there's really no seating, and avoiding an accident in the parking lot is a challenge. Coffees here are consistently made exactly to order, and well-crafted. Staff is friendly!

    Didn't manage to catch the drive-thru worker's name, but she was rude and outright lied to us. We asked for two hot drinks and one cold drink. We got two cold drinks and one hot, and the cold one wasn't even close to what we ordered. When we asked for the correct one, she got argumentative and said we should have asked for it if that's what we wanted... We did ask for it... She made us pay for a whole other drink because she couldn't be bothered to listen. We even repeated our order at the speaker. Won't be going here again.

    My last 2 mobile orders have been very disappointing. Ordered a blonde red-eye at around 650, show up at 705 and the drink isn't ready. After a few minutes I get asked what I'm waiting on and the staff first says they don't see it and then say it's already been made and gone. Not in my hands..... First time, staff remade it and apologized. That was 3 Sundays ago. Yesterday, was first told they didn't get the order, then when I showed the receipt, they said it was already made, then they said they never got the ticket. Staff told someone about the ticket not printing and made my drink. Put it on the counter in the back to tell the manager about the ticket and first staff took the drink and gave it to someone in the drive thru. Its now 15 minutes later and I asked can I get my drink. Staff made it again and this time handed it to me. 725 I finally drive away. No apology, no concern or recognizing by the manager, just a who cares attitude by everyone involved. 2 times in a row! And manager completely ignored me and a response. I like to keep my business in Fuquay-Varina but this will drive me to Holly Springs or stop going to Starbucks all together.

    Very accommodating, willing to add ingredients to specialize drink. Like to order ham and swiss croissant not warmed, left in pkg to freeze for later use. Same process for brownie and lemon pound cake. Love the refresher and frappacino drinks.Outdoor seating.

    I have been a loyal customer for many years and thought I had found the best there was while living in Virginia until I moved to Fuquay Varina two years ago. This is clearly the most outstanding Starbucks anywhere in the world. I have never met a more caring and professional staff and leadership team. I start my day off on a positive note every morning at Starbucks and it takes me through the rest of the day. I share this with all my neighbors only to find that they also enjoy the experience.

    Some of the most friendliest people I have seen in a long time. They didn't have what I wanted but wasn't rude when they let me know. Great place for my family to hang as we said hello and goodbye.

    Trying not to be a Karen cause today was half off day but I placed a mobile order waited for ever inside like 15 mins earlier than my pick up time so I would have heard if my name was called right. After waiting for over 15 mins I went up to the counter and was told since drinks were half off my ticket probably had not printed fast forward they finish all the mobile orders and my latte still wasn’t made I appreciate what you guys do but I was gas lit to wait longer without my name even being checked until everyone else’s order was given to them. That wasn’t fair I know you’re under a lot of stress but I could have at least got a larger drink for the wait I will never do a inside pick up mobile order again and you’re always out of stuff like food items 0/10

    It's okay. We got the range of apple crisp drinks to try on special, but all were pretty flavorless? The apple crisp macchiato tastes mostly like frothy milk? Perhaps that just what a macchiato is supposed to taste like...I don't have them often, so I don't have a great frame of reference :( The apple oatmilk shaken espresso is just plain espresso coffee with no apple or caramel flavoring lol? The staff did still make our drinks in a swift fashion, so that was nice.

    Why this town only has one Starbucks location is beyond me, the way the drive line wraps around not only the Starbucks building but two OTHER businesses as well is baffling to me! So the service is super slow and to add that the parking situation and drive thru combo is a total nightmare. There is a only a few parking spots if you are going inside and good luck on getting out bc the drive thru line is brutal which we went thru the drive thru due to my epilepsy had been active so didn’t want to chance being inside. After waiting so long I ordered a iced white mocha w/an extra shot, extra caramel drizzy, and vanilla sweet cream cold foam & my fiancé got one of the seasonal lattes iced however my drink was wrong & his was made into a frappe. So after that huge wait, it was a let down and I wish we had just found a local coffee shop somewhere as we were just passing through. This is a for sure skip recommendation from me on this one!

    I always look forward to having my Caffé misto w/ oatmilk and tomato/mozzarella sandwich or vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso here, at least 3-4x a week. It's become a ritual for me, excellent service. They get long lines at the drive-through, so it's better to order ahead and pick it up from the mobile order counter.

    Well the place has been remodeled, parking is a hassle, and the coffee taste a bit bitter. Also when you ask for cream in your venti coffee, you possibly have to send it back a second time to actually get more than a teaspoon of cream in your coffee.

    I ordered three drinks through the app and got there when the app said they would be ready. I waited 10 minutes past when it said they would be ready for two of my drinks, and another 10 minutes for the third. The two dinks ready first were not for me, and I was told the ice had melted so much while waiting for my third drink that they were watered down and tasteless.

    Great store. Very busy staff is fast but lookout for peak hours cause they get super busy. Regulars get remembered and full attention is staff so tip well.

    Good but very ssllooww! 17-minutes in drive-thru. About 12 vehicles. They need help to speed things up, because once you're in line, you are stuck waiting because there is no way to get out.

    I pre order through the app and of they are a bit behind, the batista that us usually there in the mornings will ask my name and get my order more promptly. She ensures I have my order out so that I can get to work in the morning

    Ordered a drink medium ice coffee with 10 sugar and 4 cream they gave me one no sugar they suppose to add sugar she took the cup back through the window and supposedly added sugar got it back no sugar smh this never happens

    I had to desert a drink because they are SO slow! I know they're super busy but they can't handle the volume A LOT of the time. They are better than than they used to be but still not great. I placed an order in my car because the line was ridiculously long outside and I was trying to just get a tea & get my 4 year old to class. We drove around and parked and be boped inside and then waited & waited. People that came in after me that ordered at the counter got their orders and still I stood sad & empty handed 😢😄. I think the main lesson is DO NOT order online unless you tack a good 20+ minutes on (my sister waited 45 min once for an online order) At the very least the app should reflect the actual timeline of the online orders because they get thrown way back there in the queue apparently! The drinks & food I've gotten there have otherwise been quite delicious 😋 Primary warning ⚠️ is be prepared to wait if you order online

    I went a few months ago and bought my usual drink and it tasted like straight up milk and then they charged me for another drink. I called the store and had to drive all the way back. As if the drinks aren't expensive enough so I went back and the girl who prepared my drink was rude. I spoke to the manager and they re-made my drink and reimbursed me for the other one. I was fine with everything. I went again today and same thing, the drink taste like straight up milk. I spent $14 and don't plan on going there again. I beleive in 2nd chances but they're not fooling me again.

    They work so hard at this place constantly but they always do a great job. I’m here at least twice a week for my early afternoon caffeine kick by either drive-thru or walk-in via mobile order. Mobile ordering is a life saver!

    Very inclusive environment, I got served my triple pumpkin cinnamon latte only in 5 minutes. In this place your liberal self feels comfortable that people around you are like family. The barista did though feel kind of conservative….. she refused to wear a pride pin but that will be managed very fastly I hope. Overall this experience was very similar to my home in Seattle! 5/5

    I have always loved this Starbucks location and what happened to me last night proved that they deserve all the stars. I had coffee there with friends and left my purse. The next morning I called and asked about my purse and was told it was in a safe. Later I picked it up with all my belongings in it. Thank you to all the friendly and nice Starbucks staff🤗

    Most of the time really really good! But when I ordered from here today, May 26 And my food arrived at my home, my grilled cheese was not cooked at all, one of my other sandwiches was supper cold, and they put no ice and added cold foam in my drink.

    Been going here for a solid 4 years. The first 2 I had almost no issues. Idk if they got new management or just new employees but damn y’all need to get it together. Wait times are always insane. I rarely get the correct order and getting it remade without attitude is impossible. This morning specifically I placed a mobile order around 5:30 and got here at 5:40. It’s now 6:30 and the employees just got here to open the store. If I lived in a different area I’d never step foot in this place again but it’s the closest coffee to my house.

    I’m a regular at this Starbucks, and my go-to drink is a matcha latte, which is usually shaken in a shaker before being poured into the cup. Today, however, the matcha was just dumped into the cup, and milk was poured on top and this is not the first time this happened. I paid $7 for this undrinkable drink. Experiences like this are really killing my enthusiasm for coming to Starbucks.
