I've been passed through Knee ACL surgery in last 15day. After surgery I have stay for a week in hospital From the addmission to discharge I didn't feel any problem for IDP section. After my feedback i got a call from hospital and they get full info about my problem and done what I say. After that day when I went to the hospital I always saw a person at priority desk. Very first time 8 had experience with this hospital is when my manager faced heart attack in the branch premises.... After first aid from local hospital we directly went there and the pace with which they acted was amazing , he went through angioplast where I could remeber one Dr named Dr vishnu Jadhav who was really cooperative. Now he is fine and we are thankful to vishwaraj for this. 2nd time when we went there for 2nd dose vaccination of mom during initial checkup they found that she has very high blood pressure and suggested to meet Dr khartode sir for that. Considering the extreme hypertension he suggested hospitalisation to keep her under observation. She was in ICU for a day and in two days she recovered really well and was discharged from the hospital after being told all the good motivating words from dr khartode sir dat she is all well when she was getting doubtful. I am beyond furious with the appalling service at Vishwaraj Hospital! My father-in-law's egoplasti was a nightmare from start to finish. The medical claim approval delay left us waiting for a staggering 6 to 7 hours before treatment began, and the admission process stretched over two agonizing days. The management's lethargy and lack of urgency are utterly infuriating. As if that wasn't enough, the discharge bill skyrocketed, and despite having medical claim coverage, they had the audacity to demand extra cash. Are you kidding me? This hospital's reviews must be a joke because this experience was nothing short of a disaster. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Vishwaraj Hospital. Very pathetic response regarding diet in Vishwaraj Hospital. My mother is admitted in hospital and admitted in room no 604. Canteen is not following the diets regarding the patients condition. Tea is serving with sugar. Lunch and dinner is serving with high species. I want to meet senior management of hospital regarding this. Very negative feedback regarding the diets. Although treatment and doctors behaviour is fabulous. But diet is pathetic.

The service hospital gives right from picking and shifting patient to the hospital by ambulance to the discharge makes you feel the patient is one of the family member of hospital management too. Everyone right from the security personal, sweepers, doctors and nurses and even from billing is supportive and caring. The daily counseling is something every hospital should follow.

Experience word of advice - stay away from this lavish hospital(hotel) 4days treatment only mri n physiotherapy bill - 49000. Andno improvement in the issue additionally started facing stomach problems. Nursing and doctor staff have lay back attitude. They are not cared about the treatment and related procedure. @hospital asking me to contact - I already spoke to cc manager (phad), floor manager, hospital manager (pathan) but they had no answers and they apologized for miss management. If you hv any resolution u can contact me, my no is on your record. I took discharge today only.

Before admission I confirmed about neurosurgeon by calling hospital that time they told me neurosurgeon is available. But Neurosurgeon not available here, so we shifted patient in another hospital. How casual they are, playing with life. Also not major but ETHIQUALSecurity persons are rude. Need proper training, they always busy in mobile.

Still Its too Delay services in hospital delay treatment doctor should have to attend pationt in morning but its to late came if some emergency case than first preffernce should be patient but there is usaully not happens thier meeting are important so they have not coming to touch with admitted patient . My kid had addmitted last night due to hand facture specialist will be come in morning at 9am they told in evening . Good for OPD, not recommended for hospitalization. Triple sharing semi pvt room is not worth it, as washrooms are not maintained clean and if ask to clean, staff claims they will do it only in there prescribed timings.

I was a wonderful delivery experience at vishwaraj hospital. I am greatful towards Dr. Sushama Surve Kunjir ( my gynec doctor) and team to make the process of motherhood special. I was able to do all my routine activities n walk around after 12 hours of cesarean delivery with no much pain. My recovery was smooth and baby n me got discharged after 72 hours of cesarean delivery in healthy condition. Thanks to the nursing and pediatric staff too.

Dear Dr Aditi Madam, I, Kalyani Godbole, would like to Thank You and Vishwaraj Hospital Drs and Staff for the excellent treatment provided to my Father in Law Mr Charudatta Godbole for Covid 19. Actually Mr Godbole (83 yrs) had a fall in the bathroom and fractured his Hip Joint. He was admitted at a hospital in Kothrud which is where we stay. However, on the day of operation he was diagnosed for Covid 19. We were in turmoil as to where to admit him in such a situation (Covid + Immobility + Old Age). We were suggested about Vishwaraj Hospital by one of our relatives. We were in a dilemma as the hospital was far from our residence, however, we were assured that we will get good treatment here and anyways we would not be allowed to visit the patient during his stay. The idea was to get the patient Covid Negative at Vishwaraj and also operate him there under Dr Umesh Nagare. So, we got the patient to the hospital. Right from the point of entry to the discharge, I must say what we received was World class Medical Treatment, proper guidance, Heartfelt Care and Genuine Concern for our patient. We admitted the patient on Sept 13, 2020 and he was discharged on Sept 28, 2020. In these 16 days we did not see the patient and his only family in person to look after him during the stay was the Vishwaraj Hospital family. And I must say the Family really took good care of the patient. We were updated about his health status and certain of our concerns were very well taken care of. I and entire Godbole Family would like to express our Heartfelt Thanks to the following · Dr Sushant Shinde for providing his expert medical treatment and making our patient well enough to come home. · Dr Aditya Gosawi, Dr Tabrej Pathan (he even made a Video Call showing our Patient), Dr Siddhesh and all Drs for their Medical Assistance. He even did not accept the ‘Bakshish’ we offered. We were admitted in Vishwaraj hospital. I wann to say something about hospital. I got very radiculos experience in this hospital. They don't have care of patient. They are looking for only money. Hospital charges was very high. Canteen service and foods was very bad . Peoples were not behaving as manerly. Guys don't go for this hospital.

My daughter was recently admitted into vishwaraj hospital for a laser surgery. We are well satisfied and happy with the treatment and services provided by all the doctors, nurses and staff of the hospital.
