As a Greek American visiting Athens for two weeks I began walking down Ermou when a young girl influenced me to come upstairs to the 2nd floor to receive a free consultation. That employee was standing on Ermou Street giving out free samples of a face cream trying to draw in customers. When I arrived I saw several women getting various treatments. I was then escorted to a dermatologists office; her last name was Giannopoulou. Ignorantly I should have asked her for her license because now I believe she was not a doctor!!! She consulted with me that Dr. Prinou could do wonders with my jaw lines, neck and my left eyelid. I told her that I was staying for another twelve days; she did not tell me I would need more treatments to correct these flaws. She also told me as the treatments were being done that same day, that the entire treatment would cost $700.00 dollars. The charge on my card was $889.51 to be exact! I returned about 12 days to make a complaint. She thought I returned for more treatments; telling me then I would need more treatments to see a difference; plus I had to purchase three creams to use for one week! I will do my best to either improve how they work or put them out of business. My husband is a lawyer and he will definitely assist me..

No respectfull clinic will use such tactics That alone is warning sign not to pull out your credit card check really good for others opinions and doctors reputation before letting some one play with your face on body It's tempting to believe but think twice Once I've showen doubt and didn't want to pay. The lady advisor was rude and acted like a little girl.

Long story short, I do not recommend this place at all, after all a beauty center lives by its products, its results and last but not least its customer service. This beauty center constantly bombards me with emails asking me to apply for free treatments, and when I apply I get an email that I won a gift. On the day I applied, I wanted to be sure the gift was real, so, I called the offices and spoke with the manager and she confirmed 100% that the appointment was real. When I got there I had to fill out forms for 45 minutes and then was sent to an office to another lady who was trying to sell me 400€ packages for facial therapies, when I told her I just came for the gift she told me the gift was accepted at another store and that I had to go there to get the gift which was a total lie as the email stated the location. No trust and poor customer service!

There are very many excellent places for Aesthetic Medicine in Athens. The so-called "Dr Prinou center" is only for uneducated people who can be cheated easily by non-experts. Do not even try to visit this place: you will lose money and valuable time.

Terrible they don't give money to workers

Not gently at all, sometimes the way they treat their clients is offensive. I can’t express my opinion regarding their other clinics, but the one in Piraeus doesn’t have the mentality and marketing behavior in order to attract and keep their clients.

Beware! These people have no idea what they’re doing! They’re unprofessional and thieves! They lure you in with people on the street with special prices. Then they try to pressure you to buy more by telling you how much better you’ll look with more treatments. None of their treatments work! Walk right past them and ignore them! These people need to be reported and investigated.

Very pushy, awkward customer service. They offer a gift then they try to force you into an expensive treatment, the more you hesitate, the better the offer gets. I would never trust their service. When you say a firm NO to their forceful offer they loudly laugh behind your back. Very rude and unprofessional.

Αφού σε συναντούν στο δρόμο σε προσβάλλουν για σπυρακια, περιττά κιλά κλπ και άμα τους ακολουθήσεις σε ξαναπροσβαλλουν μέσα στο κατάστημα. Μετά σε παίρνουν ότι έχεις κερδίσει εντελώς δωρεάν και καλά κάποια θεραπεία αρκετά επίμονα και σε κανει να ανησυχεις. Ευτυχώς εγώ θα μείνω εδώ διότι διάβασα τις κριτικές και δεν θα πέσω στην παγίδα. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ! Είναι απατεώνες και απορώ πως δεν βρέθηκε κανείς από αυτούς που πέταξαν τα λεφτά τους να τους κάνει μήνυση. Και το ένα αστεράκι πολύ τους είναι.

Απαραδεκτη η τεχνικη ψαρεματος πελατων στο δρομο απο αγενεστατες,επιμονες και πολυ ενοχλητικες κοπελες που σου κανουν ερωτησεις οπως φοιτητρια ή εργαζομενη,ποσα χρηματα βγαζετε περιπου,δε θελετε να σας βοηθησουμε να φτιαξετε κατι πανω σας και αλλα,ζητωντας σου επιτακτικα να τις ακολουθησεις σ'ενα αγνωστο μερος και ενω τους λες δεν ενδιαφερομαι συνεχιζουν να ενοχλουν κλεινοντας σου το δρομο και πλησιαζοντας σε αποσταση αναπνοης χωρις μασκα εν μεσω πανδημιας. 2 λεπτα περιμενα στο φαναρι; Ε 2 λεπτα κολλημενη πανω μου επειδη αφηρημενη εκανα κινηση να παρω το μαντηλακι που εδινε. Μολις αρχισε να μιλαει δε το πηρα καν και ενω ειπα οχι,ευχαριστω συνεχισε να με ενοχλει. Και να ειχα την προθεση να αγορασω ποτε καποια υπηρεσια (γιατι τα δωρα που λενε προφανως δεν ισχυουν και ειναι κραχτης για να αγορασεις πανακριβα αχρηστα "πακετα περιποιησης") δεν υπηρχε περιπτωση και μονο εξαιτιας αυτης της πιεστικοτατης συμπεριφορας
