Speaking
of
the
existing
Malls
in
2023
in
a
capital
city
like
Warsaw,
one
has
to
keep
in
consideration
the
vast
exposure
the
present
consumers
have.Warsaw
has
a
global
crowd,
and
in
order
to
keep
up
pace
with
this
crowd,
and
in
order
to
attract
global
consumers,
a
big
scale
mall
like
Westfield
Mokotow
needs
to
focus
on:
*Keeping
security
personnel
who
have
knowledge
of
basic
English,
so
that
they
can
be
of
help
to
non
Polish
people
who
approach
them
for
assistance.
*Have
the
Entry
/Exit
clearly
marked
in
English
.Just
in
case
there
is
an
emergency,
a
person
feels
sick
or
claustrophobic,it
is
difficult
to
figure
out
the
way
to
the
exit,
especially
if
you
are
new
visitor.There
isn't
any
indication
in
English,
about
which
way
is
the
Exit.
*
The
entry
/
exit
gates
to
the
mall
for
people
are
also
very
small
.
Management
could
think
of
expanding
them.
Shops
are
the
usual
brands
that
are
popular
in
Poland.The
names
are
all
displayed
on
the
exposed
outer
walls
of
the
mall.Location
wise
good
and
central
Seating
areas
are
limited
for
elderly
people.
