Check
in
and
the
staff
was
very
professional
and
attentive.
Every
need
was
taken
care
of,
all
questions
answered
promptly
and
courteously.
Our
room
was
amazing,
with
a
balcony
overlooking
the
gardens
and
was
very
large
and
comfortable.
I
couldn't
have
asked
for
more.
The
facilities
were
top
notch!
The
bar
was
comfortable,
cozy
and
the
wait
staff
was
very
prompt
and
helpful.
You
could
sit
outside
in
the
garden
or
inside,
and
it
was
great
both
ways.
The
breakfast
buffet
was
absolutely
first
rate,
with
an
amazing
selection
of
hot
and
cold
foods.
If
you
get
the
chance,
ask
for
the
vanilla
creme
filled
pancakes.
They
were
truly
delicious.
The
decor
was
comfortably
elegant
and
refined,
but
not
unbearably
stuffy.
A
great
atmosphere.
We
also
had
dinner
here,
and
the
food
was
well
prepared
and
generous,
with
good
flavors
and
selection.
But
the
best
part
was
the
Makaresh
spa.
It
was
truly
a
sight
to
behold.
The
pool
was
spectacular,
with
accent
lights
reflecting
off
of
the
ceiling.
The
jacuzzi
was
just
the
right
size
and
almost
too
relaxing
after
a
day
of
seeing
the
sights.
The
treatments
were
first
class,
with
many
different
options
to
choose
from.
The
spa
is
themed
on
Makaresh,
Morocco,
with
intricate
mosaic
tiles
providing
an
authentic
ambiance.
You
really
don't
want
to
miss
the
sauna
and
unique
salt
cave.
This
place
is
highly
recommended.
Robert
was
the
best!
He
took
special
care
of
us,
and
it
was
truly
appreciated.
What
a
wonderful
experience.
