memorable
experience.
The
staff
is
amazingly
friendly
and
it
is
clear
the
cooks
are
passionate.
Upon
arriving
we
asked
the
waiter
to
create
a
menu
for
us
as
we
did
not
want
to
choose
ourselves.
It
was
recommended
that
we
get
separate
options
so
we
could
share
plates
and
try
most
of
what
was
on
the
offer,
unusual,
but
in
the
end
definitely
worth
it!
All
of
the
dishes
tasted
great!
A
few
so
good
(ESCABECHE)
I
was
reluctant
to
share
with
my
companion.
However
I
did
wish
a
bolder/more
memorable
experience
with
the
red
meats,
be
it
through
presentation
or
more
"exotically
tasting"
features.
We
had
the
hybrid
wine
and
non-alcoholic
experience;
the
non-alcoholic
drinks
are
a
home
made,
unique
and
wonderfully
tasteful.
I
don't
know
much
about
wines,
but
think
the
ones
we
got
fit
well
with
their
dishes,
I
was
particularly
impressed
by
the
desert
companions.
The
only
thing
I
would
wish
for
on
a
return
visits
is
not
be
seated
beside
the
kitchen/bar,
due
to
the
amount
of
traffic.
It
was
also
right
beside
the
entrance.
I
prefer
a
dining
experience
with
less
distractions.
We
got
to
go
into
the
kitchen
to
thank
everyone
for
our
experience.
In
total
I
payed
3800
SEK
for
2
people
(5
course
menu,
hybrid
drinks
and
aperitif).
