With total honesty, this place is extraordinary. Excellent service and superb food. I cannot think of any other way they can genuinely improve the customer experience. Taking into consideration local conditions in this country, people may feel it is an expensive place. However, I feel it is worth each penny paid. Definitely I will come back and I am already recommending it to my contacts

Excellent restaurant with typical German food and some meat dishes with American cuts. Great atmosphere, careful attention, good size of the portions and very good desserts. Moderately high prices.

This is one of my favourites place to be when I visit Colonia Tovar. The food is so delicious and all staff are very kind and lovely.

The restaurant was just ok, because they didn't serve me what I ordered JAJAJA And I prefer not to give back what I ordered because you never know... The price/value was too high I think this place is overvalued/overrated But the location was nice

Decided to visit this place after reading so many good reviews. Service is good and they had some Home-made pretzels at the hotel counter. We started with the Ensalada Real. The manchego cheese was "real", made out of sheep milk, dressing was good but lettuces were wilted and strawberries were not enough. Still was an enjoyable salad. Next was a French onion soup. Terrible. Little taste and parmesan cheese tasted terrible. Last was turkey breast in orange-port sauce. The sauce was tasty but the turkey breast was so dry that it was hardly edible. I forgot to mention that before they brought the meal I asked one of the waitresses if they could toast the pretzel a little bit in an oven. She said yes and 5 minutes later she came with steaming hot pretzels from the microwave. Completely ruined. I don't think I'll visit this place again. Is not too expensive but the quality of food it's not worth it.
