My stay at Hotel Anandam was outstanding. The staff, especially Rohit at the reception, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and their commitment to the best customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable experience.

A good hotel on the highway between Hoshangabad and Itarsi. Went to their restaurant for a guick lunch, however their service made it a long lunch 😀. After a much Wait it came and the taste was good. It's a pure veg restaurant, very clean and a great ambiance. It's got a huge lawns as well which can hose weddings as well.

We hosted a family gathering there and stayed for a day. The place is roomy and clean. It has enough activities for kids to remain entertained. The staff is helpful, courteous and polite especially Ms. Lipsa and her team. The food during the stay and main event was amazing. Mr. Deepak helped us plan and arrange the event and it turned out much better than we had anticipated with his suggestions.

Great place to stay if any one is stuck due to breakdown of sukhtava bridge🙂.. Excellent services provided by the staff. Reasonable.. value for money deal..

I can't thank enough all the staff at the Aanandam who in the three weeks we spent there became like family. Everyone is so welcoming and does their best to help you in every way. The resort is always spotless clean. Everyone is friendly and efficient and most importantly helpful. The food at the saathvik restaurant is to die for... it's that good! We found help wherever we turned, considering we don't know any Hindi. The facilities for young children made the stay easier. Our children loved the swings and bouncy castle and spent every possible moment there. We will surely visit again (hopefully soon) . Thank you Mr Deepak and everyone at the Aanandam. We stayed here for 1night, what a lovely experience. 5he staff is so polite and genuinely interested in your well-being. The place has a nice pool, for morning and evening swims. We had to leave early morning, and on our request, the staff packed our breakfast time for us to take. The place has great potential to expand and be an all inclusive experience. Little outer but a very comfortable place to stay with an amazing view of fields. A very hospitable staff. And a very spacious hotel with good quality rooms. Spacious washrooms. Woth a small recreational activity room with table tennis and carom playing facility. They have a very good food in their restaurant woth reasonable prices in food menu.

The whole place was too good. The staff was very supportive when it comes to hospitality. They always maintained hygiene and cleanness. We could barely see anything messed up around there. Everything was great from the staff to whole Resort, but for the people who live in town it's quite far to reach there. It takes to much time to reach there from the main market to the hotel. I'm thankful to the whole staff for having us.

The hotel is just on the outer side of the town. The entire staff is very polite and courteous. The rooms are nice. The food is also very tasty. Excellent and comfortable stay.

Aanandam is a good resort. Its has all the facilities like lounge, meeting rooms, restaurant , garden , rooms, suit rooms. Food is good 3/5 for test. Ambience is good. Its almost 3 km from city.

This hotel is the go to place for corporates, travellers, family in Itarsi..I stayed here for over a mont..Nothing was lacking . Rooms were very clean, food is hygienic , staffs are very courteous and polite . Special mention to nikunj yadav, prerna at front desk and teena and puja at the restaurants who made us feel at home. Special thanks to all the housekeeping staff as well. As this hotel is located on the bhopal nagpur highway would 100% recommend to travellers who would like a night's rest on their long journey..Corporates could also send their staff here without a worry. However I would suggest for long stay guests, if there could be some customisation on food twice or thrice a week as the menu starts feeling limited after a point of time. If opportunity exists would love to come back here again.

One of the most unprofessional management team I have ever came across. So, me and my family contacted the guy named Deepak for the booking of two days for my marriage. After multiple follow ups agreeing to all their requirements they were ducking us for more than a week...delaying providing us the quotation after repetative requests for the same. If you guys don't want to give the property - be upfront about it. Don't roam around making weird excuses and waste time of other people. You people are stuck with prejudice. Never gonna recommend to anyone

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The food served at the hotel restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. However, as a corporate employee, I was disappointed with the tariff offered to me. I would suggest that the hotel management should consider offering MAP tariffs to their regular corporate customers. This would not only help in retaining their loyal customers but also attract new ones. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. However, I do hope that the management takes my suggestion into consideration and offers better tariffs for their corporate clients in the future.

The Aanandam, very time; It’s a great experience. The ambiance is great, very welcoming and charming. Amazing starters, food, desserts and services. Staff are extremely humble, knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Really such an amazing resort never seen before in mp the lawn was too big, fountain was awesome building was also huge and well maintained but the main point which attracted was the cleanliness of the place such experience was amazing in the resort actually I go there to attend a wedding party... This is about 5 km away from Itarsi Railway station. It's a nice and comfortable place to stay and to move around. It has large outside lawn for marriage and other functions. Only veg food is allowed here.

I loved the food and decoration and theme of the restaurant and would really suggest to check out the food as well it was too amezing and lovely 😍 it was like home made food but in restaurant settings

If you are looking for a dine out on weekends here,please stay away from this restaurant. No proper management ,pathetic service waiters, no table ettiqueuetes. They don't know how to treat their guests,they don't keep cutlery on the table,they don't put tissue papers on the table,even they don't believe in cleaning the table in between courses. So overall don't waste your precious time and money coming far away from the city. Worst place to plan a dine out in Itarsi. P.s. Food taste is okayish
