The staff has been polite and amazing. The check in procedure was smooth. The room service is commendable. There is hot water in the washroom, the rooms are clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. The aesthetics of the hotel are mesmerizing. The food is tasty. The staff has done an amazing job by providing comfort to the guests. One of the best hotels I have stayed in a long time. I highly recommend people to stay at Hotel Downtown during their trip.

A good property with very good and well mannered staff. They know how to pleased their guests. They made our stay very very memorable and we feel like a pampered kid. The staff ensured that we enjoyed our stay by arranging everything that needed and catered to all our demands. The rooms were super clean and the food was yumm. Highly recommended!

Good rooms but linen needs improvement. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Bathroom slippers a necessity and external hangers in the room should be provided. Reception area very cosy. Roof top restaurant was best with fresh food and very tasty. Restaurant staff fed us very well.

We stayed here during our trip to srinagar, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean, the staff was very polite and cooperative for everything, and the food was delicious. The best part about our trip was our stay at Hotel Downtown. Would plan to visit again soon and would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Kashmir.
