Ostatnio byliśmy o 14 na miejscu, dostaliśmy klucze ale na górze zastaliśmy nie posprzątany pokój po poprzednikach. Po zgłoszeniu tego na recepcji usłyszeliśmy byle jakie, że trzeba poczekać. Tak obsługa klienta nie wygląda.

This hotel is located in such a beautiful and quite place that if you want a peaceful sleep then look for your bed in this hotel. Breakfast is amazing and you get everything fresh in the morning. i took couple of friends with me and they are big time fan of this hotel. I am sure anyone wants to stay in Glucholazy this hotel will be the best choice.

Roststellen an der Seifenablage in der Dusche lassen mich befürchten, dass "Nachinvestitionen" ausbleiben. Die Kundenorientierung des Personals ist ausbaufähig. Bei der abendlichen Anreise wurde ich nebenbei bei einem Gespräch der Anmeldedame und den an der Bar Sitzenden Bekannten abgefertigt. Beim Frühstück gab es kein "Guten Morgen", dafür aber ein kurzes, auf Effizienz bedachtes und ohne die Umstände eines Lächelns hervorgebrachtes "Zimmer?". Auch sonst schien die Dame primär um ihr eigenes Frühstück denn um die Gäste besorgt. Zu Fremdsprachenkenntnissen kann ich keine Aussage treffen. Ich würde hier ggf. wieder übernachten.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Der Park und Spielplatz dahinter ist echt sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Weiterhin ist ein kostenfreier Parkplatz rings um das Hotel.

Ich gebe 2 Sterne für die Service, die Dame die dort gearbeitet hat war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Essen hat uns leider nicht wirklich geschmeckt,vielleicht hat der Koch schlechte Tag gehabt. Wirklich schade weil das Restaurant auf jedenfall Potenzial hat schon wegen die Lage die einfach wunderschön ist.

Wir waren schon mehrere mal dort was essen. Die Lage vom Hotel / Restaurant ist natürlich super. Das Essen ist ok aber es gibt bessere alternativen vor Ort. Service und Bedienung ist leider nicht so doll... daher auch nur die 3 Sterne.
