I
almost
hate
to
knock
this
place
down
a
star.
The
rooms
are
nicely
done,
spacious,
with
sizable
bathroom.
The
resort
has
everything
for
a
restful
holiday,
although
jacuzzi
should
be
warmer.
The
sauna
was
awesome,
hot
and
spacious.
The
service
was
great
in
the
hotel
and
restaurant.
What
surprised
me,
is
the
limited
vegetarian
faire
and
what
spoiled
my
dinner
was
the
focaccia,
if
one
can
call
it
that.
I
wouldn't
dwell
on
it,
but
after
wonderful
soup
and
well
prepared
salad,
it
was
a
great
disappointment
to
see
something
that
looked
like
a
store
bought
frozen
pizza
dough,
reheated
till
it
was
tough
to
chew,
washed
over
with
spicy
oil
and
covered
with
handful
of
cocktail
tomatoes,
with
few
leafs
of
basil.
As
expected,
it
was
a
heartburn
ready
to
happen.
I
do
hope
this
was
a
one
off
for
the
chef,
as
it
diminished
the
Aspen's
value.
The
redeeming
thing
was
the
breakfast,
which
was
very
nice
and
rich.
The
staff
was
very
helpful
and
I
hope
to
visit
again
if
just
to
give
the
restaurant
another
chance.
