Customer service is really great ..explained everything perfectly .store timing need to be adjusted as it shows as closed. Accessories are available too. Service and maintenance cost is reasonable

I bought a Hercules cycle here.most of the parts are defective..i have been adjusting my brake system for both tires from the day I bought it till now..my back tyre tube got weak within 1 month and I got to change it.apart from buying a new one, i have been spending and spending till now to keep my cycle intact and workable.such a waste of time and money.

I called Customer Support of TI Cycle, they gave their shop Ref at Guduvanchery. Following that I had an Opportunity to visit that Store to review the Potential purchase. I was given Demo option where we could ride the bicycle and get an idea. We saw few Models, We came with a Mindset to buy a particular Model, but found one more Better Superior Model namely Montra Down Town . We had chosen that. Branch Staff at Track Trial was very polite, Gentle and accommodative and Patient. We are very satisfied with the Quality of Service and Customer experience. Please visit that store since It is on the Main road and can cater to GST Road From Vandalur till Chengalpattu and beyond. Regards
