Had worst experience ever, went for a hair wash, asked for conditioner, firstly they said they don't have it, after that they got it from somewhere. Asked for hot water, he replied geyser is not working. He applied conditioner without applying shampoo first, like that was a shampoo applied to the scalp, asked for what he has applied, he said conditioner, I was surprised. I asked about shampoo. Then he applied shampoo like conditioner only for hair and again applied conditioner to scalp(OMG) . Instruments are not maintained properly, hair dryer is with full of dust at the back, blasted for 5 minutes, I was feared that what gonna happen to my hair...! Finally he gave a hair brush which was filled with hair which was unable to touch it, so dropped from my hands. Somehow escaped from it, paying the bill, he don't know how much it costs, he made a call and replied Rs150, I was shocked again and gave him a look like "ARE YOU SERIOUS" even a franchise like green trends or naturals won't charge that much, then reconfirmed and said Rs100 I was like thanks for the inconvenience and made a move as fast as possible from there.

Ok. Greedy to profit up than quality and services. Cleanliness and dress are of below std. Tools are less aharp and needs improvement.

Very impatient. Washed hair in less than five minutes and did not use any conditioner. Then claimed that my naturally curly hair is straight, and ripped half my hair out while detangling due to impatience and improper technique. Was not gentle even after I asked the hairdresser for the same. Afterwards blow drying was also done in a hurry. Also tried to get me to do hair treatment by falsely claiming I have dandruff while washing. Hair trim was also improper, did not remove majority of split ends like I asked for. Finally she claimed that my hair is waste and there is no use in saving it. Charged 300 Rs for this inconvenience.

Worst experience today. Went to have a facial. Neither the staff has any experience nor they care to. Eye is the sensitive part of the face. Many creams applied on eye irritated me so much that I'm not able to open them for sometime now. Only after coming to put review,i saw all these negative reviews. Dont risk yourself coming here. Money minded and greedy!
