We had been on a one week trip to North India (Delhi, Agra, Rajasthan) recently with BagsAndMaps. Vishnu was helpful right from the beginning and was able to curate a customized plan for us taking our ideas also into consideration even though we had reached out to him with a very shorter time for planning. The trip was memorable except for few inconveniences (Rude driver in Jaipur, last minute confusions with hotel accommodations). But Vishnu was always available to sort out these issues and helped us with alternate arrangements. On that note one feedback would be to provide hotel booking confirmations beforehand so that it would be hassle free. I would definitely recommend their services for any kind of customized trip. We had a great experience overall with Vishnu's BagsAndMaps Vagamon trip. From the start pick up to the end Drop at the railway station , the jeep safari , resort stay at Falcon crest all were with great hospitality . We went on an awesome trip to Vagamon with Bags&Maps! It's this stunning hill place—imagine campfires, tents, and one epic day. We were looking for a good 5-day itinerary plan and BagsAndMaps came out of the box and it was our first trip and wanted to make it memorable...and can say finally there are zero regrets trusting and moving ahead with BagsAndMaps.. From the start we were guided right from choosing places and providing information about them by Vishnu... we have made changes, negotiations on the stay(hotel/villa/tent stay/Jeep Safari Rides etc...) and vishnu was very patient in listening and taking our needs into consideration and planned everything accordingly at affordable cost. The guy who escorted us and took us all around was also so polite and made sure we had a great fun. Also Vishnu kept on contacting us during every place's visit and made sure that everything was going as planned to our comfort which many planners don't once planned which makes BagsAndMaps even more special. Finally I would say it was a great and comfortable experience in Munnar and Vagamon, be it hotel stay/tent stay/villa stay, exploring places, Rides etc...
