Friendly team. Spacious showroom maintained well. Adequately staffed. Nice environment. There are reading glasses readily available for immediate purchase. Many choices for frames. Delivery time for powered glasses approximately one week. Only two cars can be parked in front of showroom. May be a struggle to find parking. Disabled friendly entrance is provided. Prices are bit high end but product and prices are far better than lenscart.

Good collections are there. Ray ban, Oakley, Vogue, Fastrack, Emporio Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, Silhouette etc. Recommended. Less crowded. They are doing eye testing before purchasing any lenses. Both sunglasses and regular glasses are available. Cash / Card / UPI payments are available.

I’ve been getting glasses for me & fmly here for past decade & more. Good showroom & staff are helpful. Cautionary note - this time they mixed up my orders & gave me near vision glasses against my requirements/order for distance vision glasses. I had to order again at additional cost to rectify their mistake - since they maintained that the order was for near vision glasses. Titan may like to train their staff to be attentive while taking orders to avoid such mistakes.

Surprisingly no UPI payment, the link they send by SMS For payment does not work. They are still 3 years behind wrt their POS systems.Products are value for money. 2 star for customer purchase experience.

Excellent team. Purnima was simply brilliant in handling my son and getting his eye checked. Dominic was focused on understanding and solving problem than just selling. Both of them reinforce why face to face retail experience is essential.

I really suggest this wonderful place for purchasing specs because they have so many types of specs frame and etc.. And especially service, I would love it, with full of patience they caring out the process, we have visited more than 2 times for vivid problems ,everytime we approach them ,the way they handling is so lovable and friendly and they solved our problems superbly and neatly, perfectly .

Got myself a new pair of glasses. They've got amazing designs at reasonable prices. Got my eyes tested in the process too. If you're checking this place out ask for Akash. Definitely a 10/10 customer service.

Very worst experience I had. Completely inefficient staffs. Very irrespective and un qualified staffs. Just a show off. When I came to purchase glasses for my kid, they did not bother to check if the glasses fit well. I had to ask them to check n guide everything. Very poor staffs.
