Firstly the clinic is highly not hygiene. They asked me to take the urine sample in their washroom and it was worst. kindly understand the word WORST. Such a bad toilet to use for their patients and we can be infected by it so easily. And then the Doctor she is not ready to answer our questions. if we have any questions she gives a sarcastic comment n very rude. I almost cried after my first checkup with her. she didn’t give me any positive or happy vibes about being pregnant. Seriously not sure why she has so much attitude. Kindly work on ur bathroom first n keep it clean for ur patients sake.

Bad experience and I definitely want to post this so that it helps other innocent patients in future. My sister moved to Chennai and started visiting this doctor from 8th month of her pregnancy and continued in SRM hospital for her delivery as this doctor is associated with them. She had beautiful baby boy with normal delivery (we requested though). Story is perfect until this and I wish things could go back to this time. Doctor Saswati suggested (convinced and brainwashed I must say) for an open family planning surgery with good intentions that she does not have to go through hospitalisation again. This unnecessary surgery was done by students of SRM college or junior doctors or so but not this doctor just under her supervision which was not communicated to us. After a month and half, there was some puss formed around the surgery area and we were unsure why this was not healing though it’s almost 2 months where as it was supposed to heal in a week as per doctor. We immediately had to get my sister admitted and go through multiple scans and antibiotics. We were constantly asking the reason for infection but they were not open about it saying we are not sure. They did another surgery in the same place and just drained puss. They were saying there is lot of infection around ovary due to PID but there is no connection to family planning surgery and ovary. Obviously we believe what they say assuming it’s our fate that everything is complicating at wrong time. After a month from second unnecessary open surgery, issue still persists on healing. When we visited for third time begging her to clearly tell us what is happening, she suggested that we have to cut of skin, also do another major surgery as infection spread to ovaries, tubes and also appendix. Till end they never told the reason for infection but kept saying it’s because of pelvic inflammatory disease which didn’t exist in first place and not even complicating it. We went to another doctor for the treatment as we couldn’t get a proper explanation from Saswati. My sister had to undergo another laparoscopic surgery to clear whole messed up areas in the body (right ovary, appendix, some part of fallopian are tube removed) because of INFECTION DUE TO IMPROPERLY CARRIED OUT FAMILY PLANNING SURGERY AND LEAVING THE INFECTION UNADDRESSED FOR LONGER TIME. This could be fatal if we would’ve jumbled around this doctor’s storied by just not accepting their fault. It could’ve been easier if they just said the truth. I am writing this with tears in my eyes, with my sister in hospital bed and her two small children of 4 yrs old kid and 4 months old baby. This is totally unacceptable to spoil a young lady’s body and peace.

Such a bitter experience at the first time she would not listen to your problems. More over she doesn't know tamil for a clear communication. Sorry that she doesn't make a doctor attitude. Poor hospitality. Women had to stand for long hours at her clinic. Pathetic.. Consultation. 😔

Very Rude towords the patient from introduction itself. Did not listen to patient plea. Even government doctor hear what patient says... She had asked few question and priscribed medication. Never bothered about history or never bothered about patient saying. Shouting on patients from the instance we entered. Horrible. She might be good in knowledge but my wife felt the trauma of her shoutings. The place is pathetic and after the meeting her we decided to pay and leave. And want to meet a better doctor who can treat us with humanity. Humiliation garunteed.

Worst doctor in Maraimalai Nagar and won’t suggest her. An complaint need to be raised to the medical council of india to cancel her medical license for panicking the patients and providing negative counselling.
