Visited at 10.30 p.m. Food was served hot and fresh! Ordered the Zinger meal (No.5) and Hot & Crispy bucket (No. 8). Both were really good! Do try the Virgin Mojito. Swift order queue. Food was basically served within 10 minutes! Awesome experience. Do visit when you can!

Unfortunately, my recent swiggy order from KFC Urapakkam branch left much to be desired. I ordered the chicken classic zinger burger with cheese, chicken wings, and french fries via Swiggy, and while the delivery was prompt, the quality of the food was severely lacking. Upon receiving the order in just 25 minutes, I was dismayed to find that everything was cold. The burger bun was particularly disappointing - it was tough and hard to eat, almost like cardboard. The lettuce inside the burger had turned brown, clearly indicating it was far from fresh. It was a disheartening experience to bite into what felt like stale and spoiled ingredients. Even the chicken wings and fries were cold, further adding to the disappointment. This subpar quality is not what I expected from KFC, a brand known for its delicious and satisfying offerings. Overall, I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at the KFC Urapakkam branch. The lack of freshness and the coldness of the food significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable meal. I hope the management takes note of these issues and takes steps to improve the quality of their food and service.

Worst branch. Waited in the queue to order then they are saying it will take one hour for making food ready. No responsible staff. The tables are dirty not cleaning immediately once somebody had food and left.

Went to recently opened KFC in Urapakkam near to new opened Kilambakkam Bus Terminal along with my kids. Ordered 4 pieces of hot and crispy chicken and one cheesy chicken burger. Crispy is good and hot, tasty too. But they have to improve in burger by serving little hot. Overall we had a very good time and my kids enjoyed a lot and ambience also good.

Worst service

Very poor service by Staff Aaron dos. I had ordered Zinger burger around 7:41 pm. I had to wait till 8:23pm but still no response. When I went and asked the staff he told me he ll give me a refund because the burger is not ready. How long would it take to assemble the burgers and give it to customers? Such a poor response. I request to take strict actions.

Worst KFC Experience ever. Staffs are just looking into taking orders only. They are not worrying about customer’s satisfaction. Separate staff’s are not available to clean the table, only the counter staff’s have to manage all these things. Once the orders are placed, they are least worried about the waiting time of customers. Highly not recommended branch.
