Tried mutton dum biriyani taste was really nice but mutton pieces were less & chicken Ceylon Paratha it's a must try , overall good ambience with small creche to keep kids engaged.

We as a family of 75 pax had a get together at this lovely pleasant place. Had a cool welcome with a fresh juice as a welcome drink. Had a wide varities for both veg and non veg dishes and it's been filled immediately without any delay. Had a play area for kids which is safe and also secured by their staffs. To our surprise they arranged a cake for us. Everyone of us throughly enjoyed with their hospitality and services. They took care of us with each and every moment with their everlasting smiles. Thanks for all the staffs and management and special kudos to the organisers mam & sirs.

Buhari serves good food, no doubt about that.👌 Loved the service .🙏 Even though we went a little late with loud and cranky kids, they were patient and got us what we wanted.😀 Seats were comfortable but there was some problem with the ac the other day.🙂 🌈they even have a small play area for kids inside which may help parents who want to spend time alone together while their kid is safe and engaged

Ordered chicken biryani worth 320rs but no heat biriyani was chill they told me to wait more dhan 20mins because egg was boiling but after I came home there was no egg biryani taste was good but no heat it was around 10.30pm i know it was late night but they need to inform or heat in oven they didn't do that. Dinein customers only not customers Buhari person who take away food and online orders are also customers please keep in mind. It was 10.30 why I came to bhuhari it was a big brand in Chennai they will give hot biriyani But it was totally opposite I didn't expect from you I can return it but time was late I cannot come restaurant back and argue so leaved it please maintain your quality...

Old review: Good ambience... Excellent food... 2022... Quality has come down... Ever had a chunky chicken biriyani and gravy mixed fish biryani at Buhari... Prawn curry was too much of sour taste and it a another flop.. Schezwan fried rice to another extreme... Unable to describe... However... Chicken Lollipop, Chicken 90, Chicken 65 Regular Fried Rice, Wheat Parota was amazing as usual... These gave us a hand before we fall into disappointment... Expecting more from one of our favourite brand...

The gentleman (Anand) and the lady at the parcel counter are extremely inefficient and clueless in managing crowd. A couple of school kids can manage things better than them. It’s shocking that an experienced restaurant like Buhari has such untrained employees at customer facing roles. Need better crowd management personnel at front desk.

Food was very good with adequate quantity for two people. Best part was there is a indoor play area for kids. Service was great. People offered to take care of kids when they are free too. Very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ordering in buhari mogappair... I have ordered prawn briyani and chicken briyani and the rice is full of chilli powder with red colour can't able to eat because its full of salty and wasted around 780 on ordering here. The road side shop is even more tastier and look good.. I strongly recommend to the person whomever reading this don't order here .. it's my honest review.. I have ordered on 4 sep 2023..

Do not go there to eat offline. Worst experience. Visited the mogappair branch today at 1:30pm. Gave order and literally nothing came for half an hour. They didn't even serve the plates to us but they were keeping plates for people who came after us. No order was/is maintained. They couldn't even bring us soup from our order even after half an hour. We just simply got up and left. Maybe the restaurant only prioritizes online orders from swiggy and zomato because there was lot of crowd near reception to pick up orders. What's the point of renovating the restaurant when you can't even cater to the offline crowd on time. I won't recommend ordering from here online either since i heard people complaining about the food being cold when served.

What I ordered in the Buhari menu list maximum items not available. Naan not available, bbq chicken not available etc. Chicken biryani tastes ok , dragon chicken tastes okay . So please revise the menu list what available

Foods good but slides on a quite expensive side but still worth it ....... They have a separate kids play zone which makes it family friendly place where you could eat your food peacefully... Ambience of this place is quite good and friendly service staff ....

Very good food yummy and worth the price must visit this place I am giving it a five star because I was impressed by their service and food. If your planning to visit with your family it is best to visit here.

The biryani is of excellent taste. The ground floor dine-in is closed after the pandemic. Price of the food items is very high when you buy them through the Food delivery apps. Request all to buy food items directly at the restaurant where it is 30% cheaper. Use of plastic containers for packing must be avoided. Not sure whether the food is cooked in a hygienic way.

I had an very worst experience with buhari today. Never had it before in any other reataurants. Its shocking to see the quality of the brand Buhari. I have ordered a BBQ via zomato. See the photos of the chicken its half cooked i guess not even half. when i touched easily feels its a raw meat. See the colour of the chicken the raw pink colour doesnt changed. Simply throw away the entire chicken. DISAPPOINTING 😪😪😪.

Sorry to say that worst experience Wat I had I went at 11.55pm by seeing google timing it shows till 1.00am but they refused to serve me and said to take way I ordered and got my parcel I moved from there I was looking in my parcel I paid 1030 bugs for 2 panner 65 for near 496 but I got 12 small pc in each and I got small 4 pc of tandoori behalf of half chicken tandoori I call them immediately but waste of time

We all got food poisoning the next day after having chicken biriyani there. It was so uncomfortable as we were on travel and particularly for my 6 year old. The cost that they tag is definitely not defining their food quality. We are truly disappointed.

Hotel entrance is very unclean during rain time, very small stairs to reach the dining place but dining area is good and neat separate children's play area. Food is good. Have to check entrance completely

Worst service and response from buhari. Don't order anything from buhari. Chicken biryani is worst in taste. And i ordered fruit falooda. This item was missing in delivery. When i asked buhari they simply said u can complain in zomato.

Very few people employed for the entire floor. Waiters should inform customers prior if Biryani is unavailable. Less experienced staff and are unable to handle crowd during busy hours.

Worst.. No proper customer service. Long wait for more than 30mins in takeaway. We ordered mughlai chicken Briyani and later when we opened it at home we got to see egg fried rice mixed with chicken 65 and they have given it with raita and brinjal gravy to show it like Briyani.

Ordered 3 chicken biriyani as a parcel for 792₹. Food looks hot from outside but cold, wet and moisture driven inside the box. It is some old biriyani just heated. Why such reputed hotels doing these things? To avoid biriyani of such kind only, i am spending this much to ensure good food. Unfortunately you lost a good customer for your life time. Worst maintenance even these idiots are not providing the water in the restrooms, for handwash also I myself took the water from the water jug and I washed my hand, while coming to the food, the motherland taste of Mount road is not seen here
