Worst location. Construction work going on so location is very dirty. Room is ok. Staff behaviour is ok Unless there is no other option don't book room here.

My experience here is good they have clean toilets which is most important in rooms, their bed covers could be better cos they are washed and clean but stains remain in some area which is not good to see, their service is one thing i could give 5 star they were very kind and polite also done their job perfectly, they could change the lift as it is very small and very bad in condition and the cost is some what high for solo travellers, they charged 1.5k can reduce to 1.1 so it will be easy for solo travellers

The place can at best be called a lodge. It is located on the 3rd floor of a 6 story building. A dirty , uncovered nullah flows across the entrance. One has to cross the nullah by walking across steel sheets. There is a lift but during my 5 days stay , it never worked.They don't have a kitchen, so everything including tea, coffee and mineral water has to be bought from outside. I didn't have any other option,so I stayed here. Better be avoided. The only good part is that the staff is polite, courteous and helpful.

Decent room but bathroom is kinda dirty . That's why 3 stars

Booked 3 rooms for family stay. But very bad experience because of following reasons: 1. Hotel under construction (not mentioned during booking) 2. AC working but remote not working in any room 3. No TV remote available 4. Bathroom was very dirty and unhygienic 5. Bedsheets and the floor were very dirty 6. Room feels like unused for a long time with dusty odour 7. Smoking smells around corridor not palatable for family stay 8. Hotel in second floor but very small lift and that too not working properly many of the times 9. Restaurant not available in the hotel 10. Complimentary breakfast as mentioned during booking was not provided 11. Parking space unavailable but mentioned during booking 12. One attender was there for whom the local language is not known and for getting a water bottle itself we had to struggle to make him understand I won't recommend this hotel for anyone and very bad experience

overall, the experience was good. 1. location - near Padappai bus stand about 3mins walk with our many luggage 2. hotel staff, try their best to communicate in English, answering queries on places of interest 3. hotel room - clean. greatly surprise to note that Mobile charger is provided. 4. Wifi connection good

Is located near paddapai bus stop there are AC and non AC room available and room rent 6000 rupees and deposit 12000 rupees

One of the best residency at Padappai with reasonable price. The rooms are well maintained and room service (24/7) is excellent. Andhra Mess available below the residency. Residency is well designed with free wifi, 24hrs water supply, UPS. At reception hospitality is good. Rooms available with A/C and non A/C. Overall Good residency for a night stay ....

This place only for bachelor..need cleanliness..When u enter inside can feel bad odour,toilet bad condition and smelly..lift not working...lodge is at 2nd floor..not for old people..

Neat and tidy rooms.Easy to find located in main road only.No food provided. otherwise good for one day stay.

Everything was perfect. Starting at the reception, with pleasant receptionists, very friendly and always willing to help, room service, large clean room and the fantastic breakfast! The hotel itself is really beautiful. You can feel that everybody works to make your holiday a great one!

Royal was in 2nd floor senthil tower..Hotel interior and look was good..But the entrance of the tower and ground floor was very dirty..While crossing that area Bad smell are there
