    Very bad services, if we book in OYO they are not accepting, simply said there are no empty rooms even booked already in OYO. They allow only couples for enjoyment. Because they're only giving more money. This hotel not allowing single persons . I booked 600Rs through OYO online and when I reached the hotel they asked for additional 1000Rs. And room cleaning is very bad, Full of couples used bedsheets and found condoms.

    Horrible experience before check in itself. Early check in was denied despite confirmation on previous day. There was no water in hotel and rooms were dirty to the core. Hence avoided. Oyo seems to have lost its sheen and there is no control on quality and processes. The ground reality is completely different from what the website shows.

    One of the most pathetic place to be. I have to give a star to proceed. The hotel is no way like they show in the pictures. And the second most important point is even you have a confirmed booking they may deny rooms to you. This happened with me when I was there with my whole family and luggage at their reception at the time of check-in. The staffs are also not only rude and arrogant but careless as well. Finally I had to book another hotel. My advice to anyone, don't visit and trust this place. It's on 1st floor, steep stairs and no lift.

    DONOT GO TO THIS PLACE! SCAM AND FRAUD!! along with OYO 's support. I never give negative reviews but this was nightmare! Hotel receptionist after coming to know that I reserved through app( 500+rs for AC ROOM) he was about to let me check in but once he came to know that I ve paid through app he suddenly started saying that he didn't ve any reservations in my name. I even showed him the app reservation/payment page. He only gave me two options . Either to leave or to pay 1000 rs freshly at the premises that to for NON AC Room.

They did this to other guests as well. Its an ongoing scam! And the rooms . No living conditions in any way. Dirty corridors with last nights garbage, nasty toilet, sticky floor, dirty and fungus filled bed sheets . Nothing like in the photos from oyo app. Worst thing is oyo doesn't even let me post my review in their app. Spoke with customer care executives 4 times at different instances but of no use. They kept repeating the same thing like broken record. They refunded half the money I paid in the app to their wallet as if i asked to cancel booking from my end. Literally cheating! I ve all the proof and I m definitely going to consumer court and will sue them. Not about the money but people will be saved in future from this place. This is right place Only for illegal activities . Like gangsters bunk. Not for kids and wonen. No safety whatso ever. Lone travellers if you value your life then don't go. Hygiene at worst. Had to walk with footwear

    Many drawbacks please donot book this stay. I am writing this out of frustration. 1. These guys don't accept any sort of online bookings. They will charge more when u get there. 2. Rooms were not clean. When asked for bedsheet the guy in reception didnot respond properly 3. The guy in reception always sleeps and doesn't care for your needs. He replies in a unsatisfactory voice tone. 4. No TV, no heater , even there was water problems. Please don't book them ...

    Firstly they wont accept online booking for cheaper price! We booked 6 rooms for my 12 guests for an occasion nearby. They asking for extra charge without any receipt, we argued and end up with fight against property manager, so manager refused to give room for us and the explanation given by then is aadhar card is invalid 🤣, it’s a original government proof which I showed them and they claim it has to be precisely how you received from government ( full page aadhar card) even I showed them the full page aadhar card and then they asking for all the guest Aadhar card , I replied they will show when they arrive so you give rooms to them accordingly! Property owner replied like “ THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, ALL YOUR 12 GUEST SHOULD ASSEMBLE IN FRONT OF ME WITH THE LONG PAGE AADHAR CARD THEN ONLY I WILL GIVE ROOM “ which is the most most funniest part here😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣! I never seen such stupid persons/property in my life, they can’t accept we book rooms for cheaper price, they asking “ who asked you to book online” and speaking rubbish and bad words. These rooms are stinking, un hygiene, not worth the money but still the hotel management behaving very rude and lethargic. Never ever turn to this hotel side at any cost. They have another name also “JEYAM RESIDENCY” so pls be aware. Not only this all the hotels mapped with OYO has same issue! Note to OYO: please remove such brainless properties from OYO!

    Better stay on public road. They lure by offering low in Oyo and when you reach they would say no rooms available and ask you to cancel from Oyo. Oyo has no refund policy and if you ask them to cancel from their end they would refuse. No way you have to pay extra and would be disappointed by the poor quality of the room.. AC and TV don't work. Their main and expected customers are couples looking to make out so they would rent the same room multiple times in a same day for low price. Better avoid only for illegal couples looking to make out...

    They are trapping the customers by fooling them and offering a lower price online at MMT and OYO and after reaching they don’t give rooms at that tarif. At the last moment we don’t have option to go elsewhere. Finally we pay more and get into their trap. Room are so dirty that it looks like it was not cleansed since months. They are not cleansing the room. Not changing the towels, bed sheet, pillow covers. Bathroom is looking like a public toilet and never cleaned since years. All the tiles, commodes and wash basin are smelling like anything and become pale yellow. It seems like no body cleansed it since years. It’s a not a business… it’s a scam going here. They will take whole money in advance because they know once customer will go in they will not pay later. Tried calling the general manager also but he disconnected the call simply. Unprofessional behaviour. Reception guy will not talk nicely. Talking very rudely and showing his aggression every time. If you will argue they will beat you also.

    I booked like 5 days ago from oyo app, when i reached the hotel the manager told me that he can’t give me room and no AC because it’s fully booked .the receptionist manager everyone are careless and not responsible

    Nice location, but reception guy day time took one hour to check in. Not understand properly English or Hindi. But another guy at night duty is good in cooperation. AC and door lock not working for 2 days. Even they make sure of security still I feel insecure. But overall is good stay

    Blackmailer, Third Class Service. I booked 4 rooms from Oyo at that time the rate was nearly Rs.450 per day per room. On the time of checking the reception guy says that room was not booked with your name and all the irrelevant stuff. And if you want the room then you have to pay more money, even after that service was third class, all water tabs are corroded one, there are too many stains on the bedsheet, at 12:30 midnight he says if you want to stay then this is the condition we dont have rooms and there is no solution for the same. Such pathetic persons are still in such business is horrible and shocking.

    I had bad experience. After confirmation of booking through OYO and reached residency they r asking double charge even we show booking. Even i observed the people who styed already, fighting for water. Oyo also not responded

    Worst in cleanliness and no water in the toilet a whole day... Attenders simply say 15 minutes to fix the water problem and they keep on saying the same until you vacate... Not worthy for money at all... Don't waste your money on this hotel... Worst experience ever...

    This is the worst ever hotel i have seen in my life. Not able to stay here for even a minute. They just showcase their rooms in OYO. Actual twist : OYO show 70% offer on this hotel and they charge 550rs /room/day. But after you book the same and visits the hotel , they treat you very badly like they ask 1200rs/room/day. And also told they don't have any relationship with OYO. But whenever you ask why did you list your hotel on OYO?? They don't give the proper reason. So kindly never book this hotel with OYO and never approach theirs directly. Otherwise you loose your entire money. For me , im requesting OYO to refund and they refused initially. Then i fought with OYO managers for 30 min to get 100% refund almost 2300rs.

    Horrible experience, can't explain it in words. Management is blackmailing to get the rooms, not trust worthy at all. The receptionist didn't understand English properly, and Hindi was not in a position to understand so can't speak. The room conditions are more than worst so never ever prefer to anyone.

    If u book ur room in oyo means its shows the amount 599 or around 1000 and later u check in time the receptionist will won't allow you for 599 cost...they will say that need to pay extra 1000 otherwise they will cancel the booking .. receptionist was tooo lazy on his works. ..work service by the residency

    If I could have had 0 star definitely I would have started it .0% worth money , the worst place that I’ve stayed till now . Cockroaches everywhere, no Air Conditioning remote , the staff is drunken they don’t have respect towards their guests . I have to pay 800 but they made me to pay 1500 when I ask them they are saying me some random reasons ! The bathrooms we not at all clean and hygiene. Some scam is goin on for the money please guys be careful before entering into some hotel . I will not recommend you to choose this as your stay destination.

    Cleanliness of Bathroom, Room, Bedsheet, Blanket were pathetic. The price for the room shown online is all misleading. The property themselves cancel the booking by mentioning they cannot afford to provide the rooms at online price and hike the price on the day of check-in. Thus putting you in trouble at the last minute with no option to choose from such short notice. It seems to be a good scam. I will never recommend this hotel for stay. And no amenities shown online are provided. Even water needs to be purchased. Overall a very bad experience.

    Worst worst worst. I have never seen such a worst hotels. Very very very poor quality rooms. They mentioned online just 790 rs, but they charged 1500 rs. 100 rs are more than enough for the rooms. I had worst experience in my entire life 😡😡😡

    I never had experience such a pathetic service. They are making us to cancel the Oyo booking and asking to pay the amount directly to them which is almost triple the time of amount what is show in Oyo.There are lot of cockroaches underneath the cot. The white bed spreads are in brown in colour and it seems it never been washed for an year. The picture shown in Oyo rooms might have taken a decade ago. They are not providing remote for TV and AC . If we want to change the temperature then we need to ask the room boy and he will bring the AC remote and when its done he will take back the same . I think for the entire hotel they are having only one remote for AC and TV. Nothing is good there except the location which is easily accessible.

    Terrible Experience with Rude Receptionist and Overpriced Charges I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a place that left a sour taste in my mouth. The receptionist's behavior at this establishment was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. I was bombarded with unnecessary personal questions from the moment I walked in, such as asking why I came, where I was coming from, and where I was going. These questions seemed intrusive and irrelevant to the purpose of my visit. To make matters worse, when I mentioned that I had booked the room through the OYO app, the receptionist completely denied any knowledge of the service and insisted on charging me an exorbitant price. It was frustrating to encounter such dishonesty, as I had specifically chosen to book through OYO to take advantage of their competitive rates. Overall, this place was a nightmare to stay in. The receptionist's impolite behavior and disregard for online booking platforms made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your accommodation needs, as there are certainly better options available that offer a more pleasant and professional experience.

    Am unable to give a 0 otherwise I will. Am thinking is it even worth a review as there is no potential for improvement.but for the sake of the broader community. This hotel is a nightmare. Cleanliness - the boys do hardwork but historical lack of upkeep can't be fixed by 5 min washy wash Hygiene- toilets look like those out of old Indian railways. The rest can be left for your imagination A/c is non existent. OYO did a daylight con job of charging ac room charges. Besides Oyo reps will sell as if it's their own business They sold the room at lower price only for the property to demand more money when i check in Staff- They have a very prominent, prevalent, non chalant attitude as if they have already given up on the cause. Accessibility -It's not elder friendly. Lift does nt work. There are 3 flights of staircase

    Horrible place and really horrible experience. Dont book this hotel guys. And dont even go there to stay as offline too. These are scammers!!! They wont sell you the room you have booked online. I had to pay extra 500rs above the payment i have done online which is 736rs. In total i paid 1200rs. I knew the moment they told me they sold out the kind of rooms i booked for, that they are fraud. As i am new to the place and dont know the language quite well, i couldn't argue with them. And they also know that i cant find another hotel in a short notice. So they said they will give me an upgraded room which is a deluxe room for 500rs extra. I haven't seen a deluxe room without a tv and cable connection. And the Bathroom wasn't so clean. The taps are really rusty. Water is so bad that it makes the bathroom so smelly. And the water feels itchy. And they have this weird policy that online booking gets only 23 hours of stay. They charged 300rs for late checkout for 2 hrs. Looting people is all they do. Overall it was a horrible place to stay. Better find a nice hotel someplace else even if you are going to that location.

    I Coudn't find minus rating for this hotel.. HUMBLE REQUEST PLS DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. 1> My Parents have been charged excess amount beyond quoted in booking. They charged excess of 700 rs towards Non AC rooms. I booked for AC room. 2> The so called Manager (Salam) had the audacity to say if interested take room otherwise talk to booking partner. 3> My parents who are elder people was given an unhygenic room as well. 4> Bathrooms were stinking and full of bleaching powder and not completely not maintained properly. 5> The beds were smelling like a rotten food and beds were very bad. 6> No Water, no electricity and no toiletries. PLS DONT.. PLS DONT

    Wouldn't want to start a day by dealing with these sort of ppl , the guy in the reception was casually saying that the room is full , the hidden motive of wanting more money than the booking was clearly seen . And there is a clear discrimination for guests who booked through OYO , they are literally using oyo to grab the guests and once you reach there they charge you extra and in some cases they give your room to someone else for a better price and deny room for you , luring many guests into this of a trap seeing the other review , I had to cancel my booking and avail refund, really puts someone in a tough situation who comes in for any important work . Not even worth for a single star review

    Please 🙏🙏🙏 avoid this place at any cost. Its a scam and fraud the ratings in oyo are all fake and the staff and reciptionalists were tooo rude. The place was disturbing please avoid this place at any cost otherwise you will regret your decision.
