Most of the things required for expectant mothers, nursing mothers and newborn babies are available here at affordable prices and good quality. A mustbl know place for new parents.

Its a Shop for baby clothing. But I felt the cost was too high. Do not look for baby bathing items, as I did not find much options. We could also find cradles, moses and play kits.

Only baby shop exists in Chromepet main and GST... Located in second floor next to reliance trend... Costly place as like other baby stores... Sad thing is only common baby products available here and not many products available for sales. It is the only disappointed with this baby stores.. quality guarantee..

If possible I'll give negative stars. The employee here does not want any customer to enter inside. Better close this shop

My alltime Favorite shop for my kid's needs. Especially their sales person very polite and friendly approaching with kids. They too have more patience to handle our kids plays while we are looking for purchase.

I'm vinoth. I'm first step customer in last 3 year. I am going 26/10/22 at 8.45pm the cash counter lady told cash counter is closed only cash payment available. I'm really disappointed. Not purchase and go to home. But shop closing time 9.30pm😡😡😡

Very disappointed with the staffs there.. They don't want to show around. Not willing to explain Amit products and not even bothered to things related to what we want.. We need to go n see and buy it ourselves.. I'll never recommend this to anyone

Purchased for 25k here .. They have very good collection Major drawback is the staffs that dont give attention to customers needs In my case they didnt want to come for installation of cradle we purchased despite our home being less than a km from the store and they did not send any installation video which they promised to send

We recently shifted to Chrompet into our new home. Had real difficulties while trying to choose a place to get accessories and clothes for my newborn. Thank God for 1st step baby shop. The products purchased there are of such good quality. As it’s also right on the GST Road, it’s a viable option for people living in that entire stretch. A 10/10 recommendation!

As the name suggests, parents should take the 1st step for their babies here. Their baby care products are extremely good, super soft, and tender-skin friendly! My baby has zero rashes to date! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was extremely disappointed.i wanted to buy a sweater for my new born. They had only one sweater. Everything seems to be out of stock here. Not only sweater.... In every section their collections are below average. Not so good. Waste of time. Better go for a good baby Shop rather than wasting ur time here. ..... Sir it took 4 yrs for u to reply to my comment. My new born is no more a baby. Why would I want to contact u for a feedback now.
