[May 2023] This place is right by the college, under the Vandalur flyover, so it's super easy to get to. The highlight of their menu is the Dindigul Thalapakatti biriyani. They don't seem to care much about anything else, though. They didn't even have dosa, even though it was listed on the menu. I ended up trying their fried rice, and honestly, it wasn't that great either. The dining area is on the first floor and has plenty of seating. When I went on a Wednesday evening, it was practically empty. Probably they get crowded only on weekends.

I have been a fan of this hotel for many years without tasting their food. My first connection was in bangalore when i tried their authentic biryani. After that they started one set up on my native and i got a chance to diversify their menu. My fav of every time is their biriyani along with gun fire chicken. After a long time i tried their Chennai Ambattur outlet and to be frank i got the similar reception and taste which i have in my first attempt. A huge shout for their service and cleanliness, you guys are rocking in this area.

Biriyani is fully black.taste is average. I am contact but no responce.

Great food, loved the taste of all dishes.their chicken briyani was way good with the flavour, smell and the very well cooked meet. Moru moru chicken was really morumoru n tasty. Always a great fan of their pepper bbq n their unique mayonise. Service was great as usual !!! Except for hot and sour chicken soup, where the smell/ odour of raw chicken was very high and was not able to drink it.

This is my most favorite non-veg restaurant in the neighborhood. The quality and quantity are always good. The taste is good too. Mutton boneless biriyani and chicken 65 biriyani are my usual choices. My most favorite dish is Peri Peri Chicken. And that's served with three types of sauces. The packaging is fantastic. Recently I tasted Chicken Lollipop and Chicken Varutha Curry. Both were tasty. Peri Peri Chicken is must try.

Very very very worst experience please don't order chicken fried rice, that is not chicken fried rice,it's egg fried rice with just boiled chicken pieces. When we asked about it they said it was Chinese style. except this the service is good.not worth for money.but good looking place

The main course, however, had some hits and misses. The dosas were exceptional, but the sambar lacked the authentic taste I was expecting. On the downside, the service was a bit inconsistent. While some staff members were attentive and prompt, others seemed disinterested.

On 07 Jul 2022 group of 6 people had dinner on our way to airport.We were dropping our cousins for USA flight.Had ample time befor the check in hence they wanted to dine our authentic non veg before departing.Not sure if people have noticed if you miss hotels at Tindivanam then you will hardly get good hotels with parking before entering the city.We were seeing all hotels on right side while we were on the left side.Finally we surfed and got this hotel.Hotel was on the main road hence thought it would be difficult to park our vehicle.Luckily there was car parking but it was lonely that was one risk as there was no one to safeguard.Order was taken quickly but the delivery was late.Meat was really good but quality of rice was not so good.Ambience inside the hotel was fantastic but people didn’t maintain the decorum as they were playing their mobiles loudly which they didn’t it will disturb others. People think as if they are sitting in their home and eating it.What to do our culture is like that as people don’t behave according to the situation.

We had mutton biriyani with dragon chicken. Loved the biriyani though mutton pieces could have been more soft. Salan and raita given with the biriyani are excellent. Loved the chicken dragon also. Price is on the higher side but the service is good.

This is cool and we get first choice as best choice.Here all the dishes are good and delicious,more than that mutton kola and mutton chops are excellent taste. By starting with starter and ending with juice or ice cream all are tasty and satisfied good.All veg and non-veg dishes are available even fish and prawn also. They serve in good manner.

I was so impressed with my dinner ! I tried the chicken biryani, I finished my whole plate and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Our waitress was sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back!

I am veryupset .. taste wise it's not gud. So spicy. This my 2nd trial with other branch. Still they maintain spicy in briyani...

Best option to dine in when you visit Anna Zoological Park as this restaurant is very close by. Food was very tasty though we were bit disappointed with the Mutton Briyani. Friendly staff and quick service. It is always bit crowded during weekend however we were seated almost immediately.

Hopeless chicken soup. Fish finger, chicken fried rice. Mutton curry and ice cream were of good quality.

It was a great experience to have a quiet lunch here. The restaurant is very clean, quiet and have a good ambience. The staff are well versed with dishes and good service too.

Few months when I have visited this restaurant and it was very good, but now they are keeping the same cost reducing the quality. Example here I attached the picture of lemon mint cooler wherein it was offered in bigger size rectangular glass but not the shape is changed to reverse cone, quantity is very less now.

The overall experience is okay. The service is very slow. Chicken biryani is very average. BBQ and Moru Moru fish is very good. But the price is too much.

Thalapakatti has lost its flavour and quality. Food was extremely bad. Saw a cockroach/bug on the wall. Not worth the money spent. (This is for the vandaloor branch, not sure aout others)

Food is served in banana leaves. Much better than expected. I have fried rice, noodles and spicy chicken. It don't disappoint me. Must note that this is not fancy restaurant.
