My experience with SRM hospital was excellent,very clean ward, hygienic toilet ,good food, end of the day the service i received is more than the cost that I spent , i really thanks to the hospital and the team😊

Very very worst hospital...... you can into this hospital but you can't come out alive.....my father was admitted in ICU only junior and training doctor are treating the patient...they never told us the actual problem, everyday and every hour they asked us to buy loads of medicine which I don't know whether taken by patient or not...they took lots of scans and tests which they never show to us.........room charge is also very high as compared to the care they are providing.the patient visiting time is 4-6pm but the securities in ICU will ask money to let you in........they said that they will shift my dad to normal ward.....but after 2 days there was a call said it's an emergency and my father passed away.... it's been 2 years but still we don't know what my father has he is not too old he walked to the hospital there are no any previous medical condition......the only thing we have is the bag full of hospital bills..........they are playing with patient's most valuable life.....never ever take your loved ones there......this is the hospital where my father was killed for the sake of money

SRM Hospital Management need to bring change in below area's 1. Nurses in ward are not patient / attender friendly. They are making the attender to run between pillar & post. and, make them as future patients. Every half an hour they writing something and asking attender to go & buy this medicine. why can't they write all required things in single proper scheduled manner and reduce the burden to attender???? 2. The pharmacy in ground floor is very slow. and making the people wait for long time to get a medicine. 3. For bill payment hospital management need to arrange facility in each floor considering the big size of hospital. currently for each small bill payment you have come to ground floor from whichever the floor you are. 4. Training doctors in ICU needs to understand the patient condition and enquire them. when we went to casualty for an urgent issue, almost 5 training doctors came (one by one) and ask us what is the problem for you and went away. didn't do anything. we got frustrated and said them that we will record about our issue and re play it whenever you people are coming & asking again & again.

Frankly, the amenities were pretty well and the expenses were reasonable. The Doctors were consulted and gave treatment in a great manner and the ward is really neat and tidy. So far so good.

Till yesterday I believed that, this hospital is doing good service for the people around... Now I realised that, they are only using us to learn and teach the students... If you're not clear with diagnosis or problem said by the doctors ... Please do go for another hospital atleast for a second opinion...

Little crowded as the treatment costs are very affordable. Can utilise our mediclaim for major treatment. One time charge Rs 10 for registration. No doctor consultation fees. Most of the medicines available in their pharmacy. Ofcourse we need to pay for medicines. Billing for scans/x-rays are far cheaper than other hospital. We should thank their owner for this public service.

Good sisters care and excellent doctors treatment. Some Free investigations. Free diet food. Procedure are free in general ward.gynecology Ward Secretaries coordinating is superb. Overall satisfied.

Apart from car parking everything inside the hospital department working Good. Where in car parking we patients facing issue on parking after taking treatment we can’t move out side as quickly, the parking in charge is not good pleas follow as possible. Apart from parking : From the hospital entrance and the staffs working Awesome and taking care of everything till we go out 🥰🤗

very worst service, last week i admitted in covid icu ward. there is no special in that ward. AC only running. ac remote also not working. no other facilities in that area. in one room they occupied 3 beds, bathroom is not in clean, no screen between one bed to another, no drinking water facilities in that ward, no response in communication between patient to attender, more than 2 days they will do what our request. 100 times we send the request. if any issues to go scan means no nurses is there, always manpower shortage, etc....... room charges are so high, normal people can't spent this much of amount. room charges are higher than pharmacy amount. some doctors are try to delay the treatment because of they increase the room charges........

Srm hospital is very super. Especially special ward is super care from staff nurses and doctors. Tariff also very low compare to other hospitals. All are good. Ward secretaries are very helpful to clear the issues immediately.

Hospital service of SRM is very good. Thanks to Doctors, staff Nurse and incharge for the treatment they gave to my son. They give good treatment routine follow up on health and patience in health status updating to attender. Note: If any one choose SRM HOSPITAL it is a perfect decision 👍

Hospital service of SRM is Good. Doctors and Nurse: my thanks to Doctors and nurse for the treatment they gave to my son . They gave good treatment routine follow up on health and patience in updating heath status to attender. General adminstration: In common general administration is good but waiting time in registration, Billing, pharmacy etc are very high. Reports : medical reports are open and i appreciate the time taking on patient for report on considering patient time cost: There no word to say it is perfect. it is affordable for all people.

Very poor sanitizing protocols by management, no hand sanitizer or surface spray by disinfectant. Security people are not well mannered and treat patient attenders the same.Only PG residents attend the covid cases.Nurses in covid special ward are not technically sound, and spending their time taking selfies,rather attending covid patients. Patients are not taken care of in covid special ward, food is not being fed. Few nurses in SICU are doing their work well and hats off to them.

Treatment was good... Hospital was always clean and good. Sister are very caretaker.. Wardsecaretery was good.. Worst experience... I visited the gastroenterology department doctor. Most of the time he is not available. The hospital staff are worst behaviour I strongly advise the working people not to visit here.

Doctors and sisters are so good at taking care of patients . Very friendly and supportive. Hospital management is so helpful in claiming insurance. Atmosphere of special ward is so clean and silent.

Hospital ambience is good but service wasn't upto the mark. Cost wise, it's affordable for everyone. Need to improve the service level of the hospital and also improve the quality of the service provided. Food need to be provided based on the patient's health condition. Cardiology ward,toilets are clean.
