Please try to avoid this hospital, I recently went there for a friend of mine, and we had a very bad experience. We had to get discharge forcefully as they werent ready to let us go. Please dont go to this hospital, When you consult them, they say serious words to make us admit in their hospital. Like if we step out we may end up in dead or similar, if they say something like that, please go have a second opinion in another hospital. Their whole agenda is to get money from all the patients as much as they can. The consultation of a normal doctor costs 3000 or more while you are admitted there. And ultimately, the nurses there dont help you, but confuses you and shows such enormous attitude.

Got admitted for my wife's delivery. Yogashalini mam gave good treatment, but from hospital side, we poor service - 1. Fan won't worked properly, all wings are bent, it shakes vigorously while running. 2. AC not cooling at all. I guess they bought some second hand AC, there is no blower in it. 3. There is no canteen, food provided for patient they charge good amount for it. No tea/coffee provided. 4. All rooms are ~10*10 size and bathroom half of it. No heater, no shower. Sometimes hot water comes in bathroom tap, sometimes not at all. 5. They charged me for using monitor and oxygen, when asked they provided 3 different reasons. First they told they provided oxygen and monitor in room, when I rejected, they told they are provided to patient, and when my wife rejected they told it was given to the new born. I guess they didn't used it but billed me. With all these poor service they charge equal to hospitals that provide good service.

All the doctors and nurses are very helpful, hospitality was good. But when it comes to billing they don't know anything. Each person telling different thing about our billing and payments. we were wait more then 3 hour's to get our bills and get out of hospital. It was a tedious process.😤

Well had to take my granddad to the his hospital, we were assisted by a lady doctor who was patient to answer all our questions but then a doctor named Kishan interrupted us and was so rude and sarcastic. Dr Pandian was known for having very helpful and understanding staff but I will never visit this place cause of this dr. Kishan. I will tell everyone family and friends how he was so rude and insulting saying what eve questions you ask you will get only one answer from us. I hope and wish this feedback is given to this doctor that we pay him for the services.

Very money oriented Hospital. Consulted Urology Doctor. Paid the consultation fee. Asked us to take scan and get back. Went back after two days to show the report. Receptionist asked me to pay the consultation fee. I told her that I came to show the report and she said I have to pay if Doctor say so. Surprisingly the Doctor asked to pay the whole consultation fee again.

This is a moey wise fraud hospital. If you tell them that you are opting for insurance, these people will give you a bill of Rs. 45000 for 4 days of which Rs. 18000 is exclusively just for the doctor fees. Does this mean Rs. 4500 for just a 2min patient visit for the doctor everyday? This is ridiculous. Which hospital will charge admin fees and all? We are paying only for the medicines and treatment, not for your administration. Moreover, they are not giving detailed explanation as to why this amount. Very worst experience. Please don't go to this hospital every.

Went for gaenacologist consultation. Doctor was supposed to come at 5:30 PM but came late by an hour and after that took 2 hrs for consultation to 4 people. After all this waiting, consultation was not upto the mark as doctor is not ready to explain about the condition or why scans are required. They want the scan to be done at their other location but not in any nearby facilities (similar to all doctor I guess for commission purpose). Before even the doctor comes, you will be charged consultation fees such that people will not go out after seeing the situation.

MONEY ORIENTED hospital, BAD IN HOSPITALITY I went to hospital mid night due to emergency. Asked to take ECG, and need to buy medicines. So I came to buy medicines, mean while they came with ECG report and BILL and asked me to pay. I straightaway went to nurse stating that, I AM READY TO PAY, BUT WITHOUT KNOWING THE RESULT OF ECG HOW CAN I PAY FOR IT. Nurse who asked me to stay outside during ECG asked didn't the doctor spoke with you?? I am not sure how the trained to be nurse. This is the worst experince I have and asked you people to approch a better hospitals nearby other than this Money oriented hospital.

The worst hospital I have ever seen. Just because we have insurance, they are forcing unnecessary medical tests, including blood tests and other exams, all driven by their money-minded approach. Their ultimate goal is to maximize profits. The doctors are frightening, pushing for ICU admissions and not allowing discharge even when the patient has recovered. There is no improvement in the patient's health; in fact, it's been detrimental to their well-being

Doctors are great. But worst management. They don't know to respect the time of their patients. They don't event book appointments over phone. For doctor consultation, pateints need to wait in the hospital for minimum 2 hours. Useless folks. Management does not even hear the feedback of patients to improve their service

If you agree below terms and condition then you are good to go: 1) No understanding among the hospital staffs themselves which creates chaos among patients. 2) Receptionist / floor supervisors will never give respect to the patients / visitors and don't even have common sense on how to behave with them behaviour is always rude. 3) Billing charges are very high compared to other hospitals and they will surely steal all your money irrespective of good treatment. 4) Worst ever hospitality and you will surely regret the choice of making this hospital as best but it's worst as always until things are changed and staffs behaviours are good.Better you can choose SRM hospitals rather than Deepam which I feel personally good.

The reception staffs quickly arranged for new admission and staffs well guided us to navigate through the hospital. The hospital is not stretched far and having multiple floors. Decent pharmacy available for all medical purchases at reasonable cost. All major specialisations are there and place was well kept or maintained cleanliness. Recommended place if you are near Urappakkam or Guduvanchery. Few pics from my recent visit. Thank you.

Can't u people provide scan pay option for emergency i was unable to carry card and cash it was late night no TT injection was given took x-ray applied oinment prescribed medicine but very worst service in pharmacy no scan pay option available...

Terrible experience during a general medical test for the insurance purpose. I was asked to come at 8:15 with a confirmed appointment and nobody bothered to attend me till 9:20 am (as I’m writing this review) despite repeatedly checking with them 5 times. Traumatising Experience. Poor management. Zero professionalism. Reception Desk is Pathetic.

Been here for my second delivery. I must say I had a great delivery experience! The Dr whom I visited was Dr.Yoga Shalini, a very dedicated sincere and well experienced Doctor who made sure my entire pregnancy, delivery and post delivery phase was smooth and comfortable. The Pediatric Dr.Vidhya Lakshmi was very professional and sincere in the way she took care of my new born. A special mention to the nurses working there who truly made me feel at home during my 4days stay at the hospital. They were very friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Special mention to the visiting Doctors too, Dr.Ramki and Dr.Samuel. The rates were reasonable and service was excellent. Overall without a second thought I would highly recommend Deepam hospital to people around me. I have Bad Experience with Guduvanchery Deepam Hospital. From Reception, they are not listening, She entered everything is wrong. Doctor also entered the month wrongly.I have missed a Tablet at deepam medical, then I have tried to ask them about the missed tablet details, but still no reply from them.Billing printer also repair.Worst experience.

I went with my wife for her pregnancy in 2019 and the lady doctor was too good. she treated my wife , consultation was too good and gave good advice. I would really thank the doctor from my heart. Last month April 2021, I went with my son. He was suffering from viral fever. The lady paediatric was exceptionally well. She is good doctor and her consultation observation was too good. Overall my experience win deepam is far good. Thank you team

Worst hospital.I went for my mother check up, as i am a mbbs student i actually went to take ultrasound but scan is available in evening they told and 1st to consult so i went with my mom, the pooor history taken by the doctor didn't even asked whether is hypertension or not as my mom is hypertension. And given anti vomit inj. I refused my mom nothing need to take any injection without scan and came. As soon u came out of the consultant all will pack u to paying bill as soon and like. SRM is much better than this hospital. Don't go this hospital.

Worst experience for maternity care.. Nurses tortured to walk on the next day of surgery itself even when I cried with pain.. No proper care.. hate to be there .. admitted because of yogashalini Dr ... she is good gynecologist... I won't recommend this hospital for maternity.. money minded people.. it was a hell.. Very worst treatment from sushama pediatrician. Please do not go for any emergency. My son got seizer attack and she came very late and she did not identify anything... She mentioned this is normal and my son will be back to his feet in few mins. Luckily one of the neuro doctor ,mentioned me looks like critical and we moved to rainbow Guindy. It was a pediatric anureysm. I never recommend this hospital for any serious and emergency cases. Please avoid... This pediatrician (sushama) one of the owner of deepam hospital,should have examined properly at first.

Receptionists always shows worst attitude. They'll tell us to call to know about the doctor's availability. But when we call we'll not get proper response. They'll talk to you in an authoritative manner as if we are getting free treatment there and will not update you properly. While coming to nurses, they are not even professionally groomed and doesn't possess adequate nursing knowledge. Last thing is very long waiting period for doctors. Kindly rectify these issues if you really value your clients.

Very money minded. We came here for a minor infection for my mom (cancer patient) but they said it need a minor procedure that could cost 32k.. We proceeded and asked to apply with insurance. When I checked the claim status they have charged 75k. When we asked for the reason they said that for insurance the amount will be usually high. Later it took long to process cashless so we asked for cash payment and finally they charged as 55k. We were very frustrated!!! Better avoid this hospital. In the bill the charges were very unreasonable and unrelated like oxygen they charged extra 7k, 3 decentry sheet, masks, etc., which we didn’t used.

Friendly and he has thorough knowledge under Dermatology , I have been under his treatment for about 2 years from now, he has helped me to come out of my skin issue completely from the worst to 95% of healing at present. Thanks to him once again, am really so happy with his treatment. I strongly recommend him.

Iam went to this hospital in emergency. Stayed in icu for observation for 24 hours. Right just one day. One monitor in the room fto check ecg spo2and blood pressure. Doctor checked my report and consulted once. Other than that no major treatment was done. Guess how much I paid for 24 hours. 25000 rupees only room doctor consultant and nursing charge. I don't recommend this hospital. Prices are exorbitant. Don't admit without asking how much it take.

No specific appointment confirmation available in the hospital. Staff wanted me to visit around 11 AM to have covid vaccination. Now, it is 1:20 PM but no one turned back when can they provide the vaccination

Doctors are very kind and help you out in every way to get you treated. I came for booster dose and the way they treated me is amazing, people work here are great. I had visited the hospital recently for general checkup that I do ever year. I was referred this hospital by a friend. Right from the ambience to the service the whole experience was exceptional. Usually in hospitals I'd have the issue of spending huge money and a torturous day to get through the procedure, but in Deepam Hospital the infrastructure is set up in a way that anyone can receive best quality treatment without the hassle. The staffs were lively and the environment was reassuring. If anyone has a need for any medical assistance I would highly recommend Deepam Hospital.

Very worst service that I never and ever had in the hospitals....I was visited urapakkam deepam hospitals no body is there and not even nurse for check up.....for cough and cold check up they are asking to go Guduvanchery hospital...I just asked tablets for cough and cold even for cough cold asking doctor prescription....doctor itself is not there thn from where can I get the prescription.....don't know why the use of hospital in Urapakkam.....better you can shutdown in urapakkam and you can have only Guduvanchery branch......for small first aid also you are redirecting to Guduvanchery Deepam.....worst service.....

Worst Lab service and staffs response. No response for any mode of communication. Collecting 4 the time charges for lab tests. If questioned on the same, they says that they know it's very high, but it's management decision to charge like this 😠😠

Worst hospital for pregnancy check up they are keen in making money with their inhouse lab and scan center where you can get same at low cost from near by lab , I only recommended Dr.Yogashalini ma'am if she is available very good for gayanacolgy and obstetrics other wise dont go to deepam unless you don't have any other choice

Been here multiple times for multiple things. Recommended as a good hospital for pediatrics and gynaecology ( but gynac is not that good) . Doctor's here sometimes prescribe medicine that are only available in their pharmacy. Dental here is very average. Doctors are mostly visiting and are NEVER EVER on time. They make sure they are atleast 15 minutes late. The reception is a complete joke. No one cares about appointment here. They note down stuff multiple times but no one remembers anything. Usually under staffed in reception. Even if you come early for an appointment you will be most likely waiting. The hospital and pharmacy is open 24/7 so a good place for visiting for emergencies. This place is usually very busy, as it is one of the biggest hospital next to SRM. they have xray here. There is a lab nearby. There is no parking here. Just need to park outside the hospital. Would recommend coming in two wheelers if required.

Hospital Doctors are too busy to see the cases but we need to wait patiently. Apart from that Billing, Infrastructure, rooms are good. Nurse & team are helping but in my case they aren't aware of when doctor will see the patients report and provide feedback if any accident cases occured a night before. Kindly note that scanning centre is not available in this hospital we have to go to tied up scanning centres nearby.

May not be a right place for emergency and critical Healthcare needs. In other words, this hospital is not a multi speciality hospital and they would tell that only on a critical patient condition. If you are looking for multispeciality hospital or want to do a detailed health analaysis or disease investigarion, it is advisable to visit a Multi Speciality hospital.

I could not get a pain killer from this pharmacy. Since they need their hospital prescription. I am being a post graduate in general surgery with valid registration, couldn't get. I even showed my id card.Y do they need to loot money even from fellow practioners.

The emergency department provided more attention to all patients at night. The sisters and doctors are very dedicated and friendly. They respect parents' feelings. They maintained the rooms very well and clean.
