It's Very good have a visit to this place.. Which is famous out of Kanchana Movie.. I wish one day to stay here.. There is very big garden to spend a quality time with friends/family/colleagues..

For small functions with guest house

Booked the whole resort for a function. Had to wait over an hour for someone to clean the washrooms after check in. Really poor functioning washrooms which were full of ants and quite dirty. Also, I saw a frog in the washroom of room 101 on the ground floor. Pool was nice but have to be extra careful with kids as the kiddie pool has very sharp edges from broken tiles inside. Lovely lawn outside. Caretakers were kind and considerate.

Well maintained bungalow. Pool and shuttle court is very good. We visited with our office colleagues. Enjoyed lot. But the rent is too high for a day. Also there is no beach access with in the property. It's almost 600 -700 meters away from beach.

Small guest house converted as a resort.Not good but not bad

Decently maintained villa, Total 6 rooms, only drawback is parking the vehicle is only problem,It can accommodate only 3 to 4 cars at a time.

It's an old gust house and decently maintained. The photos shown on Google are not the ones but compared it's good. Charges are responsible based on the headcount, we went around 80 members. 1st floor is more species and the bedrooms are decent. The swimming pool is not maintained properly but it's unlimited access.

The best place to party weekend and weekday... The ambience is out of the park and the beach is just an added value compared to the amneties. Lit AF.

At night in kitchen room more cockroaches

Firstly the place is off the main road with no street lighting. The room we were asked to go in smelt bad, the pillow cover and bed sheet was dirty, mouldy bathroom. Overall short experience in this place was.. this place is for men to get drunk and party and be filthy, away from their own homes. The living room had disco lights.. you can imagine the rest.

We had our farewell there . It was ablsotuley nice . But there were no proper service . But was a pretty place .

Affordable and well maintained place for large group of people. Would recommend.
