Worst butter scotch cake I ever had before. Poor presentation of cake n taste. 🤮🤮 now they're concentrate in tea shop. Not like before, promoting themselves bad to worst...

I bought a cake recently for my sister's birthday, I'm not at all satisfied with their service, the cake seems very dry and not at all creamy. I bought 1/2 kg... The design was not good, they just doing for name sake... Even though its a half kg cake, it's also a gift for someone... It must look good na.

Today I bought a cake for my daughter's birthday. The taste of the cake is ok this time ( sometimes they prepare excellently). Everytime the draw back I see in their cake is quality and color of their cream . Either it tastes very bad or they use a very poor coloring additive.

I really loved the way they decorate the cakes, i have seen boss baby cake it was too good. Also viewed their few of their decorative cakes are all good. Taste wise the cake is also good. Apart from they do sell sandwich, fried chicken, nuggets, Pizza and puffs. The quantity is very less just provided 4 piece of nuggets.

Karupatti coffee was excellent. Good ambience, but tables could have been maintained little more neat.

Very very worst purchase i made. Just charging too much for birthday cakes. Cake 980 + Design 600....just daytime robbery. Even no courtesy speech. Not recommended for middle class family.

The place looks great after renovation... Been thr twice..when compared to other mikshake chains..their thick shakes are awesome.. . Had relvet once.. it was not up to the mark.. Pancotta was okish... Waffles are utter flop... They started to have new waiters.. should start training them....bcz few orders took quite long time...

Today I bought donut and choco creamy cake pieces to home. Donut is very very hard. I went to shop to return donut. They told if we heat in oven, then it will be soft. After that also it is not soft. I also bought number candles. Candle MRP price is 15 rs. Same I bought outside for 10 Rs. At least if could have sold for 15 rs, I accept. It is too bad. Cake taste is not good. It seems cake is very old.
