The resort facilities are not as shown on the website gallery. The trampoline is not usable as its condition is unsafe( metal springs on the corner not closed for safety) for the kids. The swimming pool didn't even had a tubing or floating material for kids. Some facilities like water zorbing and few other, management said it is available only in Coimbatore or not here. This information was very unpleasant to hear after reaching the location. The day on booking i asked many time is all facilities on website functional and I was told yes and the reality seems different. The kudil is deserted place where we hardly find anyone to place and order. We waited for long and finally called someone to help us feed some snacks. Didn't see anyone sitting there throughout my stay. The banquet counter was a messy place as the garbage put in was not cleared and it created a nasty smell which is so frustrating. Many places from entrace to rooms there are uncut grasses that has grown long which does not crete good ambience. POSITIVES : - The site incharge Baskar is an amazing guy who has understood our concern and tried to satisfy us with some good food and service. His later attention to give some other facilities that is if interest to kids is appreciated. Overall the maintenance of the resort if maintained as mentioned on the gallery will really attract guests. Until these are compromised I wouldn't recommend as PPL plan to come for spending good time and at the end of the day if total satisfaction is not there then it is not only waste of money and time but also disappointing. I hope the management looks to see how best they can change this that worth the customer money. otherwise there are many other resorts that offer this is what PPL mind will be. Thanks

Cost wise bit high and rooms are looking good and inside everything costly even single tea they charging 40rs not even worthy... They offered breakfast complimentary but there was no food at 9A.M I don't know how worst they are maintaining... Everyone spend some money and they looking for worthy for that but here we need to spend only money but no satisfaction... My frend suggested here but definitely i won't suggest to anyone....

Dear All we had a team outing with 65 members one night stay with resort Celebrity Padappai, Room are very spacious and very good ambiance to stay, Lawn area is excellent and we had a nice time with team building activities, swimming pool is wonderful but more maintenance and cleaning required, Required more Housekeeping manpower for arranging all the setups on time, coming to the food is very good thanks to Kitchen Chef team members, very polite and cooperative staffs, excellent coordination by Mr. Rajkumar , Mr. Baskar and team, I would like to Specially thank for all Housekeeping , Maintenance & Security Staff for there service and care. over all we can give 5 star , and its very much suitable and comfortable for all corporate events, Marriages, and Family Outing.

Around 60 employees visited in 2 batch such a nice-green place for Team Day out and enjoyed it ! Amenities, sports, swimming, food, management, staffs, etc. was good ! Price Moderate ! I Prefer and Apt for bulk-team visit !

Large and green oasis away from the main road and noise of traffic. Lawns earlier used for weddings and functions pre covid are now large playgrounds for playing cricket and badminton. The triple luxury rooms were large and well maintained though the double occupancy rooms could do with better upkeep. Beds were comfortable and sleep quality was top notch. This is a pet friendly resort and our dogs had ample space. Baskar and his team were ever willing to provide service. Food was good though south Indian options were limited to breakfast alone. On rainy days however u will be confined to the rooms we had our dogs for playtime but for others indoor activities & games can be added by the management.

Nice place but membership required and no bar

Time consuming check-in and check-out. Rooms are uber spacious but Bathrooms having foul smell all the time maybe due to recycled water. Pool is open only till 6pm. Though the food was good, was served to us in the room during our 2 day stay.

HIGHLY RECOMENDED, Had an absolutely fabulous stay. The rooms are massive for the price, absolutely comfortable. The food was quite delicious - we wish we could stay longer.

Superb resort at oragadam area. Very close to busy area but within short radius it is excellent. Concept oriented spot , very spacious atmosphere, ambience playing spots excellent. Statutes are awesome. Food is also very nice. No wifi . Reasonable service

Beautiful sprawling property! And the Garden and Lawn is lovely too. Food taste in multi cuisine restaurant was good, considering the price the taste was ok. Car parking was huge. Staffs where polite, understanding and safety measures was good & were taking precautions like wearing masks and sanitizing their hands. Hospitality is very good. Garden front Villas, gorgeous pool areas, beautiful restaurant, excellent service and very well appointed rooms. Our stay at Celebrity Resort was an excellent break from hectic work schedule. Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the Restaurant. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. There is lot of fun filled activities at the resort as well. A wonderful mini-vacation!
