Had lunch with friends. It's really nice place to spend time with family members. It's really good experience after longtime in Chennai at Barbeque Nation. Food Taste and Quality of the food awesome. The service was amazing and extrodinary. Special mention to a staff named raju.(amazing service and best waiter) We started with Pani puri and dahi puri.both were good. Secondly we got a blue mojito as complementary drink. Thirdly we got starters like chilly chicken,chicken sheekh,chicken leg piece, cheesy potato, crispy corn etc.... Honey chicken was not in the menu, but since we asked for it, they (Raju) specially made it for us which was by the way excellent. Nextly we ate some barbeque starters like chicken, fish, corn, mushroom, paneer, soya chaap etc... In table top barbeque. Next we ate main dishes like hyderabadi dum biriyani, egg gravy, mutton gravy, chicken butter masala, naan , chicken soup , veg noodles , Gobi manchurian, panner butter masala, dal makini, veg biriyani etc.... The dum biriyani was a bit dry we mentioned it to them and they prepared it again in 10 minutes and served it to us again, which was juicy and superb. ( They serve as per our spice and taste requirements) Lastly we finished with deserts, there were more than 25+ types of deserts. I didn't even know all their names. there were around six types of gulfis, And badam flavour was the best. The bill was around 2296 for 3 persons on weekdays. This is one of the best unlimited buffet with reasonable price. I will visit it again for their friendly service and quality food. If you visit there ask for Raju who will bring food as per your requirements.

Very small space, at important busy road. Limited parking space in front. Limited seating capacity. Not suitable for large team get to gather. Menu is same across the franchises. Taste is ok. Variety is ok. Hygiene need to improve. Overall it’s okay. Recommended, booking a table is must before visiting.

Visited Chromepet BBQ Nation for Dinner. The ambience is clean and hygienic. Staffs clean the table often. Excellent customer service and service delivery including branch manager. Dinner was awesome could have added more items for NV Buffets. Best part is varieties Kulfi. Planning to visit again.

I and my family visited barbeque nation on Wednesday. We were welcomed by coke which I didn't like as earlier there used to be a welcome drink which they converted into payable drinks. I took vegetarian food and my family took non-vegetarian food. I was served American corn, grilled pineapple, mushroom, and paneer. My family had American corn, grilled prawn, chicken, fish, and meat with tandoori chicken. You can eat as much as you want. Then it was time for the main course where I had banana fry curry, paneer butter masala, rice, fry rice, noodles, soup, dal fry, dal, and nonveg had biryani, fish curry, egg curry, chicken curry, mutton curry. With both the main courses the salad was cucumbers, sprouts, onions, curd rice, raita, and pickles. We also had chili chicken, chili fish, and for veg Pani puri, Dahi puri, chili gobi, chili paneer. Then at last dessert was common two types of ice cream( vanilla and strawberry flavor), cake, angori gulab jamun, halwa, flavored kulfi with your wish toppings, jalebi, three types of cake, two types of jellies, watermelons, musk melon, and papaya.

Worst experience. Cockroach running around in tables and very poor service. Tables are not clean. We were denied the regular welcome drink and were not provided with the cutlery and water glass. We had to ask the staff repeatedly to provide us each and everything. The service was terribly slow. We were patient enough to go through the poor service but were appalled at the sight of a cockroach running in our table. Not to mention tat the entrance was cramped with sewage water flowing on either side of the entrance. This made us wonder about the quality of the food provided to us. In the end we refused to continue with our dinner despite the manager providing us an alternate table.

The food taste and quality was below average. None of us liked the taste of the food. There was less varieties of food too. The service of the attendants were not quite up to the mark too. So I would definitely gives this restaurant a miss next time.

Good experience. Staff are very polite, the warm treat is commendable. Particularly Mr. Raju, who is giving extra care and attention to everybody. Decent varieties of veg and non-veg Indian dishes spread in the buffet. Quality of food was good.

Good service and a variety of foods at your table. There were not many options for the deserts but the space was very nice and hassle free.

starter tast is not upto the level. Main courses are ok. Service is very very poor. Spoun, plates, soup cup, ice cream cup is not available. Asked spoun and given only one instead of 6. Need to roam to find out the plates to take main courses. If we ask they use raise their voice and said wait for 5 mins.. This is the standard dialogue for the times. Tissue paper not filled, glass and water not served after served the foods. I have visited sunday.. I am not sure due to sunday those issues happend?.. Dessert items are goods.

Worst experience among all the BBQ Nation's I have had. 1. Too loud music. Felt I was in a local third rated bar. 2. Absolutely tasteless food. Except Crispy corn and Pineapple. Nonveg BBQs were like without any taste. No masala, no taste. 3. Service was extremely slow. Had to wait for 30 mins to get Butter roti. Now I understand it's a busy Saturday, but 30 mins?? Unacceptable. 4. In general, found the food varieties to be less. 5. Very noisy. Now I understand that it's expected and the management cannot do much about it, but I thought to mention. I'm not even interested to add photos properly. Still attaching just a few so that the management will believe that I was here and it's not a fake comment. Overall, bad experience. Won't visit again.

BBQ nation- Unlimited food fun and deserts and whatnot!!! Am I right or what??? I know this place a lot of people have said about food but If you wanna feel like you are a customer an actual customer and that everything around you revolves for you, then definitely the right place. I have experienced it firsthand. Also, I would say this place has a different atmosphere. Food wise, food taste is okay, even good maybe. But it does offer good service. All waiter or manager or people working there are really really amazing and friendly and super helpful. I would suggest or recommend to go at least once if not twice. Do give it a try and let me know how was it for you!!!!

We went on a Saturday night, service was faster. As usual the veg starters were good, Watermelon and Jamun barbecue was top notch. Main course was regular, tomato soup was very ordinary, noodles was very tangy. Rest all good 👍

Overall a nice place to indulge in a buffet. Few things stood out during the visit. Excellent service 👍 during non peak times. Special mention to Raju who took care of customisation and on time delivery of curated items. The choice and variety of food items are decent. One can feel the fullness in the starters and taste was good. Main course and dessert are decent too. In addition there are few Over The Counter items like Pani puri and few unique items were tasted excellent. Pretty much most of the items were good. Only thing could be improved is during peak times, the service were not manageable due to less helpers I believe.

We started little late because my friends came to the venue little late. But by the time my friends came, we asked the waiters to get started, but everyone was busy serving others. For few minutes the waiters did not bother about us. Then we informed a manager and then he told he will take care of us and served all the starters from beginning. Sweets and icecream are good. Biriyani served in main course was horrible. At the end the manager insist us to give review as excellent, if their owner calls the next day and ask for a review, which is really bad.

We celebrated our friend's birthday there. Thy provide a good service and hospitality. More live kitchen counters. And I loved the buffet also. Main dish doesn't have more varieties since they r specialized doe starters. Deserts also so good. Its better to reserve table and go.

Wow starters, wonderful main course and delightful deserts...very courteous waiters and caption. They give complimentary cakes in case of birthday celebration. Had a wonderful time with family and enjoyed the meal there. Good options for veg and non veg. Non alcoholic beverages are available too.

An averge barbeque nation experience. Not upto the mark. Very less number of dish to choose from. Bar below was closed. The food was blant and the live counter had an very unenthusiastic chef with very limited dishes. Everything mentioned was on a Saturday with packed crowd.

Had a great time at Barbeque Nation, Chrompet. Not sure why so many people have given negative reviews. Went there on a Sunday evening. There was no overcrowding and no lack of social distancing, as pointed out in few of the previous reviews. Raju, who waited on our table deserves a special mention here. He took care of our requirements and brought less sipcy starters and also starters without spice for our kids. He went out of the way to ensure we were comfortable and had a great time. Kudos to Mr. Raju. Great staff with great service. Food was also great, just like any other BBQ nation restaurant.

Drink was not complimentary in our city Barbecue natuon and they had lot of live counters like chats,12 varieties of kulfis ND live counter on request for breads etc... A one time sumptuous meal you can have on a lazy sunday

Need to increase the taste of food and mayonnaise is very watery and service is very good 👍 refill the foods in buffet frequently i found most of the plates was empty thankyou but its a very nice place to enjoy with your family&frnds...

Went for some munching on the occasion of New year Way crowded! Delayed by almost 50 mins after which we got a seat Great service followed by good food and poor atmosphere There was a lot of rush! Varieties have also been thinned down drastically Anyways we liked all their starters including crispy corn, Cajun potato, soya chaap, mushroom, paneer and a fried tikki They were kind enough to serve us all our personal favourites including watermelon, pineapple, corn on the cob and capsicum and gulab jamun also as barbeque. The malai broccoli tikka is a pass. Neither there was malai in it nor was it cooked properly. It was a disaster We tried few of their salads to have a light maincourse. Not much options in veg anyways, try the maincourse incase you are non vegetarian Desserts were all good. Loved the Shahi tukda, pastries, moong dal halwa and the signature paan kulfi. The prices are quite high and jumped to almost 1000INR per person, so be thoughtful before going out

Ambience - was same as other outlets which was decent and crowded. Service - was good but at sometime we need to wait to get what we want. Food - taste of the food was average.

Located in Gst main road near tambaram Sanatorium. Good service,but less options/live counter food options.

They have a wide range of food varieties.. The BBQ set on the table could have been more hotter because due to the AC, it loses it's heat quickly. Prawns were very fresh and tasty. The live counter white sause pasta was sweeter than the dessert and the chef claims that white sauce pasta is supposed to be sweet and red sauce pasta will be spicy. I really didnt wanna argue with the chef as I felt it was complete stupidity to say that the white sauce pasta is supposed to be sweet. None of us like it.. Wish they change it.. The karela fry was too good, literally home made.. I was served hot karela and with the curs rice it tasted heavenly and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The dessert spread was also good, the carrot pudding wasn't good or even tasty. The pan kulfi with gulkand and pan was also very good. The brownie was very rich and i enjoyed it's taste!!! Overall its worth the money provided you have a huge appetite. They give complimentary cake for ppl celebrating bday and anniversary.
