Experienced the most pleasant haircut. My stylist Mr. Vijay styled my hair to perfection, he was very kind and patient. I absolutely loved the service. Whatever style I had pictured for myself, he was able to understand n execute it even better than I had imagined. If there would have been a 0 star I would give them that. Worst experience ever. They see your appearance and then give rate for their service accordingly. I went in for pedicure and manicure, first person who attend me said their card rates are old and for each type of pedicure she added 1000 rupees extra. When i asked another person she told me the rates in the card itself. When i escalated the issue everyone started to panic and was saying different rates.the manager also seems to be involved in this. Kindly be-aware that you are charged according to their mood and wish. I ended up wasting my time and peace of mind. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Opted for a haircut from Essensuals By Toni & Guy mudichur road ,,,the service was awesome If anyone is planning for a haircut at this branch, I would strongly recommend "Mr.Vijay" was extremely good and talented. Was very comfortable in his service. Good stylists ,studies our hair texture and gave good suggestions. Good thing was they never tried to dump any Shampoos etc ,unlike other places.Thank you so much...

I have been going here for haircut almost 5 years now. Everytime I play with different hairstyles and I have never been disappointed. This time there was a new specialist, Vijay who joined 20 days ago and I was skeptical if he would meet my requirements. But he did a tremendous job with my hair. I absolutely love it. Did hair cut and Hair coloring last week. Did hair coloring for the first time with Stylist VIJAY. Its very rare to find a stylist who understand curls. He understood my curl pattern and gave me suggestion accordingly. Kudos to his efforts, super happy with the results

Excellent service by Mr. Vijay. May be a late post though, the efforts need to be appreciated. He was able to provide good suggestions during the consultation. The entire spa session was very informative and he was patient enough to explain the variations among different products, the ways it can be utilized and the products which would suit my hair type. I had wonderful experience with Toni & Guy today. The creative director, Vijay has done a great job and made my first haircut experience a pleasant one. His suggestions about maintaining hair hygiene and health was awesome. If you wanna have a great look u can approach Vijay undoubtedly. All the staffs were great. Hair stylist Kim listened to my requirements and suggested a hair cut accordingly. He also explained how he’s going to cut and shared his thoughts every now and then. I needed someone who would suggest me ideas and Kim did that. Apart from haircut and beard shaping, I also took the hair spa to make my hair more soft and shining. The stylist also gave me a head massage which was very relaxing. Everything is great about this place.

Had a terrible experience today !! Myself & my son went for haircut to this branch around 2 PM. One staff serviced my son and the other staff asked me to wait for 5 min as staff to service me is having lunch. I waited for 20 minutes. Then the same staff who informed me came and asked me to come. I politely refused and said that I have some self-respect. I told him that I pay for the service and the attitude shown is not appropriate. This branch charged Rs 650/- for my son's hair cut. If you cannot respect your customer and provide good service, what for so much amount is collected. There were 2 managers who allowed a customer to wait while all their staff can have lunch together. I asked them if there is a dedicated lunch time, please announce so that customers will not come during lunch time. I was informed there is nothing like lunch time. Then why I was made to wait, I have no clues. Whoever is in-charge of this branch, talk to your staff and teach them managerial and leadership skills. Please educate them on quality customer service if you want to survive in this domain.

It was my first time at Toni & Guy...I was suffering from dryness and hairfall...and Mr.Saravanan did a great job by analyzing my hair and treated my hair...also he suggested some products for me...overall was very happy with the service.

This salon is kept up with absolutely highly skilled workers. If our skin or hair aren't strong enough for it, they won't recommend unnecessary treatments. Mrs. Aarthini performed the facial on me, and the manner she managed the procedure demonstrates how much knowledge she has in this area. She was also incredibly kind and modest toward me. I wholeheartedly urge everyone to try this salon out for themselves.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received for my facial appointment on Tony & Guy, Jothi was the staff. she welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Jothi is truly Great! I took the facial package which includes detan. Every week she used call me to get the appointment fixed by herself. That was a sweet gesture. And guess what! she used to follow me regularly to make sure I follow and apply the packs. she motivates and encourage regularly to apply the packs to get the best result. Just follow her guidelines and patiently wait, you will see the results in 2 months. Nothing happens over a night. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. she even tests the products in her face. I was so hesitant to try the packs, but she showed me the before/after pictures. Then I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. Hi, I regularly go to this saloon and on October 31 I had my hair cut and trimming here. Post haircut the Senior beautician Ms. JOTHI did me D-TAN and facials, she was so polite and friendly. Stayed humble and 2 hours of this facial process seemed to be like 15 minutes because of her. Nice service throught the day. Thank you!
