When we are selecting dress, shop closing time crossed (after 8pm) shop securities shutdown the Air conditions systems and half of lights, That time more then 25-30 customers in shop for waiting in front of Bill selection. When we asking to counter staff’s they says this our regular procedures. My suggestion please avoid those shutdowns when customers in the shops.

Worst service, visited store today to purchase kids dress no one in store room to guide. No collection. No sales person turned on and requested the customer requirements. Then visited nearest show room and got got good response from them. This store room need to improve customer service.

Lifestyle's cheaper version is Max. Nothing much in this shop. They have very limited collection. If your budget is for 5000 INR, you can buy for a entire nuclear family. But surely you can wear once, if you are planning for any special occasion. But after wash, the dress will lose its charm. So it's good to wear once, next time you can wear for casual purpose. If you are planning for a bigger budget, you can hardly find collections. Overall this showroom is ideal for casual wear. If you are planning for ethnic wear, better prefer some other shop.

A dedicated Max showroom with 3 floors having collections for Men, Women and Kids. The collections are good compared to the shops in the mall. There's a dedicated parking space available. The shop is easily accessible and right on the GST road.

Very clean. All the sections are separate (men's, women and kids. sections). The clothes are displayed in a very professional manner. The staffs are cordial and are always ready to help. Billing process was also very smooth. Overall a good experience.

The place is OK. We'll ventilated and organize.. staff are nice also... but it's just so annoying that you have to pay extra for a bag.. I bought a significant amount and yet they can't provide me a bag unless I pay...

It has good variety modern tops and office wear woman clothes, but felt kids dress dont have much collection.

Not the right place for a middle class person like me... Quality and variety of the dresses are not equivalent to the price tag...

Has some good collections but they just don't have them in all sizes. If you ask for the size you need they just ask you to order online l. So it is better we order online without visiting them i think

Good collections for all categories but worst in customer service... vouchers and offers should be little bit fare.... got a voucher "purchase more than 3000 get 300 cashback" we got a damaged piece, while exchanging the same shirt they ask me to pay 100 more rs, amount doesn't matter... question is why I should?? The explanation they gave is cash back will be done by discounting the products...what about the discounts ?? Plus more than 4500 purchase get boat airpods... apart from the shirt we exchanged, purchasing amount is nearly rs 5000 but if exchanging is there this airpods offer is not applicable... what the hell is this??? We paid extra amount but it is not applicable...its completely unfair and response they give is worst to the core... employees are extremely good with their own attitude😝...

Poor customer service. No one found interested to guide us for getting our requirements. No visuals to find what you need. The worst part was, on the billing counter the person was speaking in local language. We informed that we are tourist and can't understand what he is speaking, but he was not able to understand and kept on speaking in local language. I insisted him for Hindi or English but he prefered for speaking the local language. It's not an good experience.

Especially Parveena in jwellery collection, she helped me for a long time without any hesitation in getting good collection of earrings as well as kurtas and baby collection ..Need more collection of kurtas with collar type ,very less collection...

Am purchasing Your store on 23.08.2022 and am getting Boat Airdopes as a offer price of Rs.499. Am giving this to my fiancee for that Boat Airdopes. But after two days the left side airdope not working. Am totally disappointed because of MAX showroom. Because you were accompanying with Boat and selling poor quality Airdopes products. STOP the Boat Airdopes offer. Don't cheat the customers by offers. This is my personal experience guys. Don't purchasing the Urapakkam MAX showroom.

Very bad customer service. Gift card coupon not applied (buddy coupon). Vijay T (manager) and his billing team is absolutely careless. Didn't bother about the loss of the customer. Totally a worst service among all the max branches.

Max billing staffs have arrogant attitude ..one dark stout fellow.. he shows his frustration to the customer.. becoz of these kind of staffs Max will loose the customers. What so ever the discount or best offers they provide doesnt matter. Eventually you dont even get a carry bag or paper bag from them. This is a big question haunts my mind. It costs 2 to 3 rupees.. Cant they give one. ? I am not satisfied with this.. Sorry to say this..

I shop at max for last 4 years!!!! Great that they have 7 billing counters but only ONE works !! The billing staff have their own conversations and customers wait for the billing people to finish conversation!!!!! Awful billing experience !!!! The store had collection of few brands . The cloth material was ok though it was not that good. Also the price rate was high .I went there during covid .People were pushing in the queue .No covid precautions maintained. There was no big offers during Diwali . The offers were like 500rs off on purchase of 2 shirts where each shirt cost more than 2500rs . People get offers like more than 30% over the same product in online shopping. So why would people prefer to buy here . Suggestion to Max : Include more cheaper brands since the cloths being sold at present may not be affordable by everyone . Add more offers & discounts to attract the customers. To increase Covid Precautions measure . Note: Though the cost is high , its worth buying since it lasts long 😅

Customer service is not good..I have to share about the trail room experience here.. every time after using the trail room for the next 2 to 3 I used to suffer throat infection..so much of dust is inside the room area..friends please don’t remove the mask while trailing the dress.. take care of the kids also..it is happening in all the trial rooms there..thank you
