Very very poor food testy for good but quantity not satisfya 2 kal dosa 60rs I'm very sad

They prepared dosa in fresh batter which is not yet fermented. When asked, waiter was literally shouting "you asked dosa, what should I do?" Horrible experience. If food is not available, politely say not available. Don't bring something which cannot be eaten.

worst hotel, stupidity that in vegitable briyani ordered. They supplied rice and mixed with Soya Punnaku/புண்ணாக்கு. Very bad and bitter experience. And has to say sorry to the guest. Avoid this hotel. Unfit to be named as Madurai Sri new Balaji bhavan. Please remove the sign board. And name it as cheating bhavan.

Very worst place I ever seen... Yesterday we went there at 10.00 pm we ordered idly and dosa while waiting for our order one of the waiter (worst worker) brought 3 cups of chutneys in a plate and kept on our table we saw that those chutneys were tasted by someone but they are placing the same plate again we asked them to change it but that waiter was shouting like all the tables are like that only go and see every table...we replied we came only for eating not to see other's table just change our plate but that worst waiter was continusly shouting like anything so we conveyed the same to the person who is sitting on bill counter the man there was simply saying if your ok with us u can eat or else ur wish like that... What a shama behavior of a hotel owner is that the way he will reply towards their customer? We 10 members immediately came out from the hotel and had our dinner Peacefully at sangeetha veg hotel near by there my question to the owner is are you serving your customer with free of cost? Or do you think people coming to your hotel are for begging you for food? So friends if you want to want good service on hotel you are going please dont ever visit this madurai balajee bhavan in urapakkam. We 12 ladies yesterday after completing our temple trip came over here for eating and faced such a worst experience at 10.00 pm.

food is average... spacious hotel. you can get enough two wheeler parking outside the hotel. best for quick food while traveling...

Ordered meals for 150 people and paid the amount. But recieved rice for 100 nos only. Very poor quality. Rude behaviour from hotel. Please don't buy anything from this fraud hotel.

Mini meals was OK. Idly was Ok quality. Coffee was good. Not a high end restaurant, but OK for the level of people come there.

A decent restaurant on the highway. Food tastes good and service is ok. You have to get a token for full meals. Ordered tomato rice but received something like sambar rice. If you travel and are looking for a vegetarian restaurant at a reasonable price. You can opt for this place.

Worst in terms of quality and the place. We had dosa yesterday which is over fermented, they could have said as that Dosa was not available, but with greedy mindset, they served that to us. Don’t try here.

Went on An Election date 06 04 2021. No restaurants were open Except this one on this day. So unusual crowd and extreme Takeaway customers. Staff were too good in handling the critical situation. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Full marks to the Staff who handled with patience.

We were returning from weekend vacation. We went for a dinner, late night around 11 pm. Service was very good considering the time and occupancy. The restaurant was packed. Quality, Taste and price matches well. Thanks to the restaurant.

Loved the food. The ghee dosas were bang on. Chole Puri was too good. All the chutneys and sambhars were too good too. We walked out of 3 restaurants in that bypass due to an over crowd and this place was not crowded. Also the food was served very fast. Overall a great place.

Dosa was ok. Methu vada was good. Coconut chutney was good. Sambar and other chutney was not good taste must improve. Customer handling was ok. Customer handling must prove. Waiting time is too much.

The supplier there is not that active you should say him 5-6 times for even bringing water . Water is simple thing that should be on table if it is empty they should fill it but not appreciatable.Food there is ok, quantity will be less not worth for price .

I have been there for a dinner. Served Sambar was not cooked fully. Chilly powder smell was there in the sambar. It was like an Instant sambar. Kindly avoid !

Taste is good for all the menu. Especially their chilli mushroom. I like to order for that frequently. Chola Puri is also famous. Decent and suits for all types of people.
