Story - It was almost 10pm and I was super tired and hungry. Ordered Plain biryani & Mutton chukka as take away since it was closing time. Paid the bill and they asked me to wait in car, it was great that they take effort to drop the parcel to the car. Food - Biryani was outstating, tasted really good and portion size was good enough for me. Chicken chukka was great too.Yes I paid and ordered for mutton chukka and they gave chicken chukka instead. Not sure if it is deliberate done or mistake but I can't have chicken due to some issues thats the reason I ordered mutton and plain biryani specifically. So am giving 1 star for negligence.

Almost 6 to 8 hours they cut current, without notice or anything. When a drop of rain and or a small breeze comes they cut the electricity. Are we so under developed? That we can't handle this too. ? The electricity rates are so much higher even though half of the time the current is gone. They are charging and cheating us, not able to work from home also. Very bad service. Very bad experience, Biriyani was not fresh and felt it like a reheated one and got foul smell. Most important toilets are very unhygienic. When we compliant about the food to staff he ignored and smiled. Never visit this place they are spoiling the brand of Buhari

Located before Vandalur, ample parking space. Food is little expensive but good taste. Had tried fried rice, kothu parotta and kal dosa all was good taste. Inside ambiance of the hotel is not that much as expected like the other Buhari hotels. If you pass by Vandalur you can have this as one of the option.

They never pick calls.. And they immediately cut the power even when it starts drizzling and takes more than an hour to put the power back even when the rain stops

First it has easy access and ample parking. Lots of seating area . Mutton biryani was above good and less oily. Fish fry was Surmai (king fish) very well done. Mutton pieces were succulent and melt in the mouth type side dish of brinjal curry was a let down and so was the raita. Rates were a tad bit on the higher side.

Definitely not the Buhari standard that we expect, for those who have eaten in Buhari mount road , don’t go to Buhari in GST expecting the same. The floor was littered with old bills , The soup was served cold (sweet corn chicken soup )( I’m definitely not exaggerating). The quality of food , overall experience is definitely not worth recommending But Buhari hotel in mount road is good

If you want to see all lazy people in one place . Please do visit this place. No one will be in their desk. No one knows who is in charge of a particular area. Regularly they will cut the electricity during night hours. No one answers the landline phone. Each one will blame other. Pathetic service I have ever seen.

Worst experience twice. Went for briyani at 12.30 afternoon. Ordered a mutton and a chicken briyani. Both were served with half boiled rice. Requested server for full boiled briyani. He changed rice but brought with half boiled mutton pieces this time. I requested him to bring full boiled pieces without hesitation as we don't dine for free. Rather they should feel embarrassed to receive 700 rupees for serving such delicious dishes.

Very crowded place after 1pm. I was lucky to be there with family before 12:30. Service was good only when not crowded. Mutton biryani and chicken biryani was good but Chinese and other dishes were not very impressive. It's a family restaurant and good for only South Indian biryani, chicken tandoori and Paratha kurma.

Worst customer service. We were waiting for more than 30 mins to receive the soup. We ordered a mutton soup they served the soup was mixed with mutton pieces in chicken creamy soup even it is not hot. We raised a concern but no proper response from them. Simply waste they are cheating with the brand name. We just walked away without having the soup and paid the bill also.

Firstly we had to wait a while for a table. But that's not surprising given it was Sunday and buhari is pretty popular and crowded any day. But everything went downhill from there. Though the menu card had a good variety of dishes, anything other than biryani was prevented from being ordered by saying that it will take time. When we said we are fine with waiting and ordered, after 45 min they returned saying the item is not available anymore. This branch spoils the buhari Brand name. Horrible experience in Urappakkam buhari. There was actually a cockroach in the fried rice which I ordered. I gave it back to them politely without making any issue. They worst part is they didn’t even try to apologise or anything. I still cannot believe buhari did that.

Excellent food destination for Non-vegetarian people. We got range of varieties and quick service. To say that, not good for vegetarians. They still have veg menu but not quite tasty as NV. Better veggies stay away. Staffs are polite and all payments methods are acceptable. Online food delivery is also available at this location. This place has car parking (service road), restrooms, etc.

For delivery, the packaging is awesome. But when will realise that the cost for it is added in our bill, I feel the boxes are unnecessary. The side dish was very average. Tried their biriyani and grill chicken. Biriyani is ok. Grill chicken not spicy. But it was fresh and finely cooked. Problem is lack of masala.

How are these guys even open? Everything about this hotel warns about dining here. Our order was taken after we had to request for it multiple times. They served water in a paper cup which is not typical for a restaurant. The food was stale and flavourless. We had to convince ourselves that what we were eating was what we had ordered. The washroom was worse than a public restroom. Waiters acted like it was their first day and no one had instructed them on what to do. Overall it was a very bad experience. And especially in the recent days, my friends and colleagues who have had food from here suffered from severe food poisoning and had taken days to recover. Few of them even made official complaints against this restaurant. Again, how are these guys even open?

Buhari hotel - had the worst experience here , though the service and atmosphere was quite good , but the food was not up to the mark , i ordered chicken Biryani 2010 special chicken Garden chicken Ceylon chicken parotta Biryani was not properly cooked 2010 chicken was just chicken deep fried with chilli powder and salt Garden chicken they used the same 2010 chicke and made it semi gravy Ceylon parotta was okay-ish . Though the prices were high food was not upto the mark .

Except for the fish finger nothing was tasty. Mutton biriyani is not worth for 400. Hand wash liquid was also not present in the handwash area. The total bill amount was 1740 and a waste of money. They proved it's a highway hotel not a restaurant.
