Worst Experience, cockroaches, dust, unclean bedsheet, unhygienic and pathetic service. A big COCKROACH almost gave heartattack at 1 am while I was in sleep. There was one which bite on my neck and another on the floor. There was dust on tea table which looked like it was not cleaned for atleast a month. There was foul smell from the bathroom. FOOD: Order simple egg curry and rice and it took more than 1 hour to get the order in my room. TASTE was horrible. I could see dust accumulated on plates and crockery.

The rooms were poorly maintained with stingy smell. For the price paid for the AC room, you would still get a better room in some other hotel. Please don't opt for this hotel. The breakfast here is poor and they claim it as complementary. But if you ask for something.. They tell only this much is available. No buffet breakfast. Only fixed menu and quantity. The hotel is poorly managed.

I booked a deluxe room for 2 days based on the 4 star reviews, paid for the 2 days in advance. Once we reached the hotel, realized that most of the reviews are fake ones. 1) Was allocated a room where the AC was not working. When I complained about it, I was told that that's the only room remaining !! I asked for a refund or another room. 2) Was told in the evening that I need to move to another hotel which is 25 Kms. away !! When I refused, they asked another guest to move to the other hotel !! 3) Breakfast is served only after shouting at the staff, not just me, all the guests were frustrated 4) Food is not available; if they make it available, its not eatable. 5) Shower didn't work, we had to use bucket for taking bath 6) Toilet Flush didn't work, we were told to use bucket to pour water after use 7) Staff members keep shouting at each other since they are short-staffed. In Summary, Please DO NOT go to this hotel ever !!

It's an upgraded lodge, not maintained properly, no full fledged resturant available, its little interior so you will not find any other resturants near by. Highly priced and poor service. There is no comparison with the picture you see in the app or site and actual. Don't go by the edited hotel pictures.

Room is good . even space is also too good . But problem is that they don't provide food . Customer support is good . Cleaning is good . Sometimes ac not working and some time they don't provide soap and Oyo shampoo . After reading this review you will do some good work .food cost increased

Ambience is good but very poor service. For 3k rent you don’t get coffee to the room. Need to use stairs to get breakfast in 4th floor. They said lift not working.... when I asked for coffee after breakfast on 4th floor (after reaching 4th floor via stairs) - one fellow replied - NO DOODH(milk)😇😇 During checkout he did not give me bill also.. workers attitudes is the worst ...

Yes, it's worst to core. Rooms were pathetic, bathroom not at all neat. Food was below average and overall the hotel was at a remote place. Seems to be haunted. Most of the labourers don't know english and was very difficult in communicating with us. Though booked for 3 days, shifted to another hotel within three hours staying at at this hotel.

Food was more expensive, no washing machine provided for long stay guests, overall nice experience even staff also very helpful all the time. If you are a chai lover Chai was free all the time.

The rooms were not checked for cleanliness before we checked in. The sink was dirty, bathroom was choking. Secondly, no one in reception picked up the phone ever and everytime we need to go to the reception. The Breakfast was nice.

Mu stay was pleasant and the workers was very helpful and available at all time. All the requirements were taken . clean and safe stay

We had a wonderful experience in the hotel ,place had a quiet homely atmosphere,friendly service,well maintained ,mountains to look at outside the window,reasonable price.We are looking forward to have a pleasant stay in the future since it had impressed us beyond our expectations ..i would recommend to people who wish to have the similar experience like all of us ...

When I booked the room that checked in one room where the fan makes loud noise and when I ask the hotel service people they simply replied that just use AC. Peoples in services are all only Hindi speaking person when I tried to ask for something and get return with some other things I just gave up in the first day itself I'm sure not return back to hotel.

Okay, level hotel, but too costly. Interiors are very old, so I need to update them. Location is not easily accessible. No nearby shoppings.

Good rooms. But the location is bit hard to find as its located in the interior of the highway. The charge they paid for the rooms was too high coz it won't be fixed. They do have tariff but it may vary according to the season. The breakfast they provide is good and delicious.

Nice place but rooms are too expensive. Need to improve a lot in service especially breakfast. Even they did not have a printer to take the bill's printout. But the good thing is rooftop dining.

The rooms are not that luxurious but are good enough. The service is not upto the mark. Won't recommend as it is far from the main city.

We have stayed on 13.03.19 full day in 2 rooms. First receptionist new guy does not know about my room rent. Does not know about MAP meal plan. In room AC remote not working in both the rooms. Mobile charging points not there. We hv to disconnect light point near bed and do charging. Some light points bulbs are not there. We cannot recommend this hotel for others.

This almost 5 km away from srm campus. Staff is good cooperative. But they have their limitation. Hot water was not available. Rooms are small and poor lighting. Charges are high as compared to room quality. Good thing ola uber is available. Worst part drivers do not know hindi or even english. Parking is only for two cars. Food is good. Needs to improve services and amenities.
