Visited two times Le palace . First time I booked single bed AC room then second time Single bed Non-AC room , both AC and Non AC rooms were kept clean and hygienic . But I found some dirt in bedspread and Room looks small . Cost of room seems high . Customer service is okay not excellent . Free Breakfast available as the compliment . 👍🏻

Better to sleep in koyambedu bustand compare to this hotel and rooms . Unlimited gift of Mosquitoes, noise, etc.. Sh*** le palace

For emergency you can stay here . Dont go with Oyo. Contact the hotel directly n check the fare. Which ever is cheap go with that. Food in the restaurant was very worst ,don't eat there.

Fraud hotel booked in oyo then they told no oyo is there and asked 1000 per day dirty rooms dont ever think to stay here waste bathroom and food you will vomit for sure.Also not returned my advance 500 rs completely fraud.

Please don't book and go they are fraud... Keeping the hotel only for money... No proper behaviour.. no couples allowed is ok but they don't allow any men even they are our parents... No online booking is allowed only offline moves...

Very bad experience and cheating. We booked room in LE Palace through OYO. When we asked about check in details booking is not accepted but deducted money. When we enquired about refund of money they are saying payment not possible because night 9 pm to morning 6 am checkin not possible in LE Palace you have to read the terms and conditions of the hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good service. Quality of complimentary breakfast could be better. Not the best hotel at its price range, but still pretty decent. It's close to SRM so that's a plus point.

Very Small Rooms and it's too much for the pay. The information provided in the reception is good. Complementary Breakfast Arranged in the near by restaurant and it is good. Very small toilets looks congested. Old television with poor connection. Can't even see any channels clearly. It won't be much clean and evening times will be the room for mosquitoes. Water facility is good. Recommended for people to stay for a Day and it won't worth more than that.
