Ok. Located on GST road not so busy and good area but limited display of items

Unprofessional and cheating: I ordered a top panel for my Inspiron 5570 by paying an advance of ₹500, after 3 days I had to followup and they informed it will come tomorrow, later they said the part had arrived but the technician is not available. After a week's time of making my advance payment I went directly to check the status and they had the part. But I found it to be an used one probably taken from a dead laptop, it had lot of scratches. They said they will order it once again. Thats when I decided to get my advance back and not to deal with them anymore.

Worst showroom I have ever seen I gave my dell laptop to them for service they said ic is falut so we have to change that I said ok after 3days they ic of ur laptop is not inthe market you have to wait till it comes I said return my laptop they said we gave that to pallavaram service center so we will return it to you tomorrow ....on the next day I went to get my laptop they gave my laptop when I checked my laptop keyboard key set is missing in my laptop I asked where is my keyboard .....very carelessly they said it think it was forgeted to fix you give us we will again send there and fix the keyboard ...... Very very careless showroom they not even opened my laptop to check very worst response.....

Very very worst in responding for customers. They are not giving proper response for customers. Selling second quality products. Kindly replace the workers if possible.

The salesman was busy checking his phone and taking his selfish. He was chatting on his phone, while I was there. Indiffetent and unprofessional.

The Dell Representative Mr. Ashokan is really down to earth and renders great customer service with satisfaction. Mr. Swaminathan along with Ashokan are really running the Dell store with more efficiency.

A small showroom having few models of Dell. It's very next to postoffice of guduvancherry on the service of GST.

Worst dell service centre. The service person is very rude and pathetic. They harassed me.for 4 days for one small issue in laptop and even after that they din't fix it but claimed that it was fixed but when I went there again it was not.fixed. I am going to.file.a complaint in consumer court for.the harrasment , fooling customer and wasting my time which was wanted and don't get the service.
