We are extremely grateful to Dr Binu (obstetrician-gynecologist) who has brought immense pleasure in our life. I have delivered our first baby normally in the care of Dr. Binu & her team. She has capability to turn odds in the favour of patients. In our case, although fluid level was slightly less but due to her smart & quick decision we got our baby delivered normally. She is always available even in very odd hours for the convenience of patient’s delivery time by sacrificing her own personal time. She has indomitable spirit, devotion, patience, professional knowledge & skill to handle any complications faced by her patients. She is extremely confident in her treatments which generates faith and courage in the patients resulting in smooth cooperation by patients during delivery. In my opinion, I strongly recommend for consultation & treatment with Dr Binu & her team for people who really want to try for normal delivery. I am also grateful to Dr. Mohanram (Paediatrician) & his team for handling our first baby with utmost care and teaching us even minute details of all necessary required procedures & methods to take care of our new born baby in elaborated manner. His team is also full of extremely knowledgeable professionals and available at all time to help mother and new born baby with utmost care in comfortable & amicable manner. We are thankful to all nurses and staffs of our ward who have been with us and helped us during our stay in the hospital. Whole staff is very cordial, polite & helpful.

If you need a proper patient care, proper hassle free treatment then stay away from this hospital. This hospital deserves not even a ZERO star. I admitted my father in law here and they have tested my patience in all aspects right from admission to discharge. You have to run behind the nurses and doctor's for each anf every thing. Attenders need to have full energy to manage all this. If a test is taken today they will not add the report hard copy in file. If you ask they will say after 24 hrs they will give or.add. No one knows anything, no proper medical records, case sheet management.. Never and ever visit this hospital for any sort of issues. Just STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOU , YOUR FAMILY.

i had a ENT Problem in last 3 to 5 years. finally i came for treatment in this hospital under doctor Shayamala madam. she suggested surgery so i did. now feel too good. my nose blocking all clear.i very satisfied this doctor and hospital environment. thank u.

Chettinad Super Specialty Hospital: Neither Super, Nor Special. This is the second time, I'm writing this review, they've deleted my earlier review and showing only high stars. Money Money Money is the motto. Money extraction is the only job done right from Parking Entry --> Emergency --> Admission --> Discharge --> Parking Exit. Doctors in Emergency were horrible, that they will always asks you to go for admission. My father was admitted here for 4 days due to UTI and got discharged. Even after discharge, the symptoms were there, Took him again to Emergency, they say admit again in ICU. When Enquired, why admission again within a day, Doctor just rudely told, "I'm Emergency specialist, admit him, Insurance patient only right, Treatment will be explained by ICU Doctors". Whereas in ICU, Doctors will not even speak with you for few minutes. ICU Reception / Manager was rude and was yelling at the attenders. No room for ICU attenders stay, They all have to wait in Verandah near ICU whole night under mosquito bite. If something is questioned, they will ask to reach the Admin In-Charge. Even with complaint, he'll take action, sometimes will sit on reception and will say I'm not admin, I'm just for fee collection. Every workers there are very poor in communication and has no empathy towards patients / attenders. It was supposed to be one of the good hospital in that area, due to Infra space available and no other big hospitals in that region, but it is not the case. No proper Ventilation in the reception or any other area, No proper waiting area for OP Patients / Dialysis attenders, No Portico in the Super Specialty Entrance, During rain, either the ambulance / auto, you got to reach doctor drenched. This Hospital is mere money monger. Even the wheel chair attendant demands money every time. Parking is a chaos as well, No proper management except collecting money. No one takes responsibility. I won't recommend this hospital, As it is the only available option in the area, people are going to it. If feasible, Please go to some other good hospital. My son was suffering frequent Urinary infection and a surgery “Circumcision” was done by a doctor 2 years before but the surgery was not done properly the skin was not fully removed. My son was keep complaining and we found needs correction, we visited few doctors all were said it is fine, leave it, then only we found the corrective surgery is difficult job they are not ready to spend time for that. We met Dr.Sandeep, he made it clear it need to be corrected, and he will take care. The surgery is done this week and it was very professional work, smooth finish, he feels very comfortable, the 3 day itself he was normal. Thanks for Dr. Sandeep and his team for all the support.

From Mar'22 onwards we are receiving Binu mam and her team's services. We have satisfied with their services. Mam thank you so much for your guidance, care and love for my entire pregnancy. We gonna miss you... And Mr. Mohanram sir and his team gave a best care to my baby. Had a good time with them. Once again thank you very much to the entire team for the best care.

I underwent valve surgery here on 19/07/2021. Dr.Sanjay Theodore and team helped me recover fast and I'm getting discharged today in normal condition. All staff nurses took care of was kind, soft and didn't show faces. Thanks a lot all for their care. I will surely recommend this hospital for others.

Chettinad has the best team to take care of patients. The Doctors, nurses, admin staff, housekeeping...the entire team is the best. During Covid times when relatives are unable to attend to the patient they take care like family members. I am giving 5 star for Dr. Binu. She is very caring in nature. She handled all the issues and complications of my wife during her pregnancy and infect, she has done the delivery. I think, she is one of the best Gynecologists in Chennai.

The hospital is very tidy and clean. The doctors are very knowledgeable and analytical. Also they are good in diagnosis. The staff are very friendly and the behaviour is very good. Particularly Ms Priya and Mr Vishnu are very helpful. Overall the hospital is very good

I have had my Cataract surgery done here earlier. Opthalmology Dept- Excellent Sr Doctors ably assisted by juniors and they do not allow any patient to wait to ask assistance. They intercept at the OP hall and extend help. The consultation is Free and they charge Rs 5/- per visit as registration charges. The investigation( Laboratory tests including ) charges are very nominal. Since this Institution is attached to medical College there is lot of help from the students. All said and done, the rooms could be maintained better. Poor A.C ( old and needs technician visit to activate ) Broken chair. Shelves are damaged and needs upkeep. Buildings exteriors need better maintenance. No Basic Kits ( soap, Towel Dental kit ) in AC Rooms itself.

Had surgery for my uncle Rajagopal 58 years last week in Chettinad super speciality Hospital. The overall experience was too good here. The support from doctors nurse and everyone in the hospital was really helpful. Dr Sanjay Theodore is the surgeon who was too supportive in this entire period.

My mother Ramammal(47) had stomach pain for past 3 months and she is having fever in night time and feels something bulge at her right side stomach because of this she never slept for past 3months properly and became worried about her health condition. As a son we take her to treatment for more than 2 gynecologist but they won't give any proper explanations and medicines. Finally we decided to took treatment in Chettinad hospital, There we met Dr. Binu. On first she suggested to take some tests and scan and then she explained clearly to us about my mother health status like she had cyst in her right side ovary of uterus and few fibroid in her uterus. We have asked lot of questions to her about the hysterectomy and life after this operations. Dr. Binu had explained well with lots of patient, From my own experience I never met a doctor with this much of patience and knowledge. By her hope and guidance we accepted for the operation. On 22 Aug they had removed the organ. After operation all the doctors( Dr. Binu and her juniors), nurse(Nirosha and duty nurse) and cleaning staffs(Anjali and others) were taken care my mother in excellent manner and they treated us so kind. I never seen this much of service in any other hospitals. After surgery my mother had pain for 3 days and continuous fever, on 4th day she walked normally. Finally my mother is recovering now. Thanks to Dr. Binu for proper guidance and giving hope and thanks to Chettinad hospital. Will pray for all your(doctors, nurse and cleaning staffs) good health and wealth. Thank you🙏

Went here for Master Health Check up. The whole process was seamless and very nice. Hats off to PRO Priya who was there to guide us through the whole process right from billing in the start till doctor consultation in evening. If you are coming for first time then you might face difficulties in finding the department and waiting in long queue. Staff were there to help and the whole experience was very nice. Rates are also reasonable as compared to other hospitals. Recommended!!

The Laparoscopic surgery on fibroid Uterus removal treatment provided by Dr. Binu was good. She gave full confidence during the treatment and I got recovered with in a short span of time, also the staff nurses were so kind and gentle to me. I have been visiting frequently this hospital for the past 2 years for my mother's treatment. One of the best multi speciality hospitals in Chennai in means of best doctors and supporting staffs who treat their patients with deep care and in such a kind way. My mother is a cardiac patient lives with support of artificial mitral valve since 2018. Last week, She undergone an open hysterectomy surgery by well experienced Sr. Gynaecologist Dr. Binu. The procedure went very well & smooth and we were so confident and fearless because of the way she treated and encouraged my mother for this high risk surgery. Myself and my family are very grateful and thankful to Dr. Binu and her juniors especially Dr. Sharmili, Dr. Akshaya, Dr. Vandhana & Dr. Keerthana and all nurses & staffs for their patience and special care. Please spend few minutes and get to know my experience with Chettinad Hospital and the Great Dr. Sanjay Theodre. My Brother In-Law was suffered by Chest Pain. After couple of round of observation, Doctors suggested to go for CABG. We approached many hospitals, and few doctors suggested not going for an operation. Few hospitals requested us to wait for 30 days (don't want to disclose those). After that, i came to know from one of my cousin about Chettinad Hospital and I visited Chettinad Hospital with all the reports and met Dr. Sanjay Theodre. You believe me or not, the minute I met him, my confidence level was increased like anything. He told me "Not to worry and as per the reports, it’s not that complicated and I will do CABG and he will be completely alright". That was happened and my brother in-law surgery was success and he completely fine with the help of Dr. Sanjay Theodre. Doctors are living god and Dr. Sanjay Theodre is one other god of my sister's family now. Other Doctors and Duty Nurses are very pleasing (sorry I don’t know their names) and very very helpful from Day 1 till discharge. About Chettinad Super Speciality Hospital, The way Chettinad Hospital treats the patients are amazing. I worried about the medical expenses and luckily I met “Ms. Gomathi” and she introduced “Mr. Prabhu – Operations Manager”. After I met Prabhu, my worries were completely vanished. Whenever I met him and asked about the billing estimates etc, he told me that it will be less than whatever in your mind. And that was completely true and the charges are very less compare to other hospitals. From Day 1 till discharge one other from his team member used to visit the ward/room and check the status of the patient. I observed that this is not for any specific patient, management team used to follow this for across all the patients. Chettinad Super Speciality Hospital is one of the best hospital in Chennai and I personally experienced and wanted to share with you all.

Hospital facilities were comfortable such as about the food, cleanliness of the room and they took care perfectly. The hospital staffs were kind and helped us in all ways upto the time of discharge. Overall Hospital service was perfect. Especially Dr. Binu who gave a motherly care and confidence to undergo surgery.

I went for Master health check-up and below is my honest feedback. Dr. Ganesh(Cardiologist) - Doctor with high work ethics and responsible. Very patience and provided extended support. Help desk and Support staffs - Very impressive. Ultra-sound scan - I never seen a doctor hearing songs and singing while diagnosing. ECG - Not reliable equipment and staffs. Took ECG for a shake. Staff not fit for the work they do. Overall - Not satisfied

I visited the hospital on 11-12-2023 for diabetes master health check up. Service was good. As per their policy, they provide breakfast and lunch to the patients. But the food is being distributed from the blood testing lab, which is unacceptable. Kindly treat everyone properly and respect patients
