This is not official service centre of MI I gave my phone to repair charging port and the guy there replaced the port but afterwards, signal was not coming in my phone. After two days, the guy told its motherboard issue and can't be repaired and didn't even refund the money saying he took phone to repair charging port and its working fine. Finally I took the phone to official service centre and there they repaired it in 5 min without any charge.

I even not okay to give single rating... Worst behavior and worst customer handling... Just 500 worth of service they asked me 2000 and simply saying board issue... It actually was not an issue with the board... Initially they said can't repair within the day... And I asked to checked them pack again and five it to me... After 15 mins the person came and saying that mobile is ready and working... It is simply scam and not worth for trusted customer... It is not Authorize service center...

Beware of this store guys. This is not a official MI store. Gave my mi phone for screen replacement. They replaced duplicate screen for same cost as mi service center. This store need to be reported. Pls go to mi store located in velachery or perungudi.

Went for charging port issue in redmi note 4 . First they told it will cost 600 and asked me to wait and they opened my phone did something .after some 30 mins they said the boards are not matching so can't repair.. I'm like., How come . If you're replacing charging port if redmi note 4 with its repective spare why would it not match. I suspect theyre using some local spares.

Worst place to give your mobile. They don't know anything. Actually I would have given (-5) stars negative stars if possible They don't know anything Don't waste your money They don't care about phone. They just need money. They will ask your phone and keep it for one day and they won't do anything. I am very serious don't go there Don't make the mistake I made Those 5 stars are also not true
