I have met Bala for knee pain after wasting my 2 months in another Physio nearby Tambaram.. He is taking care of sports physio manual therapy near CTO colony which is awesome and treatment will be taken more than 30 mins to 1 hr... Like pain release.. But next day onwards he wants us to do exercise regularly and also checking in person whether we r doing correct... Way he explains problem is quite understandable... Now i feel ok with my knee pain and also parallelly done for my shoulder problem as well.. Well recommended place.... 5 out 5 is my opinion.
