Be careful from the lady sitting on the Front desk/ Cash counter!!! I repeatedly told her the diagnosis I wanted to do and she ended up giving extra things that I didn't require at all....and once the bill is printed you must have to pay the entire amount no changes can be done...really?? Cheating lady & cheating center...Very bad experience.

The receptionist lady was very rude. She doesn’t even know how to talk with the customer. If this is the scenario for everyone it’s will be very difficult for people to visit your lab. Really she is very rude. The way she spoke was very bad. I just requested whether I can get my report early. For that she yelled at me. You need to have a polite receptionist who can handle the customers in good way. Please teach your receptionist to have respect for customers. People come to you for medical emergencies. Dealing with people like this can make things worse. I won’t visit your lab again. I am not happy with your service. I would give zero stars but that I don’t have an option.

Thanks to christy mam who guide us via phone and help to get the reports on time and thanks for Manikandan sir who collect the samples at home. Great support both of you.

The worst experience a person can endure for scans.I recommend the people who are reading this review to not visit this Pathetic centre. The staffs are worst and the way they respond to any of your questions is irritating and they do not want to indulge in any sorts of interaction.

Here rtpcr tests cost 700rs where as private labs will charge 300rs..instead of government regulations..

Worst experience with this scan centre. Poor queue management. They people not following covid protocol too. Made me wait with full bladder since 1 hour. Irresponsible staffs. Bad treatment towards patients. Never understand patients situation and emergency. There is no wheel chair to transfer paralysis patients too. Very bad experience. Never suggests this center to anyone. Totally fed up.

Home collection technician was ok although he did not wear protective gear. After taking the test, we expected a receipt for claims purposes. But inspite of following for 15 times, they did not send the bill/receipt soft copy (matter of 5 minutes to send the soft copy to a mail id). Extremely disappointed.

Once of the worst medical assisting from the service provider. Very bad home collection experience and the same we communicated to the staff, they not even care about our issues. Friendly staff and vendors. Excellent radiologists,consultants and Doctors.great follow up calls. I am not complaining but I would love to see a wider space for the entrance and a better waiting area it feels bit congested when there is too much crowd. But I will not reduce the rating for that . Service and diagnostics wise this is an excellent place . Thank you Medilabs

Excellent job good services from medilabs very friendly and helpful. The report was same day on time, their call center people Christy explained details about their procedure.thanks to the Christy . The collection boy came in time and got us informed about the test and explained our queries calmly. Also 100% I will recommend this lab to all my colleagues and friends which is very reasonable in price compared to other labs.

In medlilab xray, scan,blood test, ultra sound are taken from morning 7.00 night 9.00pm........ also Medilabs offers clinical biochemistry,hematology, clinical pathology, serology, microbiology,Histopathology and cytopathology.

When compared to other reputable labs, they provided us with blood test results quickly and at a reasonable rate, Thanks to Selva Blood Test for treating the patients who come here for blood test in the best way.

Excellent service from Ms. Christy from call center is very helpful. Turnaround time exceeded expectations. stayed in contact before and after the analysis and helped a lot in getting reports on time. Thanks to Christy and collection executives. The executive came in time, informed about the test, and calmly explained our queries. The reports were perfect it is very reasonable in price compared to other labs.

Don't go to this medilab . We have asked for home blood test for my pregnant wife and they sent fresher guy to take blood . he was a calm and good guy . He couldn't find the vein to take blood so he tried in both hand which was really painful in the end he said try it in lab and he didn't charge us also..it is not the fresher lab guys mistake. Medi lab should have sent a experienced person but they didn't so its their mistake. They should only sent experienced person for home blood test or atleast they must have send a experienced person along with the fresher guy to supervise. Really irresponsible behaviour from the medilab. How come they sent a inexperienced person to take blood from a pregnant women. ??? Again im telling the guy who came here to take blood was good guy he is really very calm and caring. If something goes wrong he can't handle it. all i can say is Careless management and dont go for this lab.

Covid sample collection staff used cloth mask and single mask. pls use n95 mask in all medi lab staff in guduvacherry medi lab

One of the worst lab i have ever contacted.. No proper response and customer visit after commitment. I booked multiple times and they confirmed surely we will come. but they will never visit..

Poor communication. Waited for 2days to get home covid test but they failed to communicate and did not arrange after giving false commitment
