Worst area ever.. Saying that is a developing area. But there is no proper water facility.. Power cuts are lot. Not a single good hotel to eat. Worst ever.. Very disappointed.

Over all good All local unit train stop this station Singaperual koil to chennai beach *15rs Singaperual koil to Chengelpet Junction *5rs Some Express train also stop this station like pondicherry,tindivanam,melmaruvathur trains

traffic area. Roads connecting this station is in poor condition.. Need to be developed on the perimeter side of station. Inside station is OK OK condition.

It's small railway station in between Tambaram and Chengalpattu

It's a little town with basic amenities. For rent purpose plenty of house are available here at not so exorbitant rates. Basically many including me are here for apprenticeship and jobs in the Industrial Corridor Oragadam. Even though it's 56km from here to Chennai City, A ₹15 ticket in local train will get you there.

Lovely place, Lakeside, fort's and forest everything in this place. Beautiful natural place.

Singaperumal koil is called as spkoil mainly along with old residence and old and famous one of its kind lot of devotees to come to visit since its near Mahindra city lot of working young guys are there staying here from all parts of country main problem is traffic in peak hours but well connected to city by train,bus and own vechicles

One of tbe place to catch chennai busses and sub urban train to chennai. Currently SO koil railway crossing bridge construction is underway.

Could have managed better can see advertisement pasted on station signboard, should not encourage. Also last minute paltfotm change which is causing difficulty to students and elder people to cross and board.. pls take care

There is a growing station,Now there is 5 platform here. Only local train stops here. not any express train stops now. From here you get local train to Chennai Central which is Tambaram Mambalam. chennai park, chennai beach.
