First timer . Good shop. Liked the varieties of sporting goods and quick access to everything . Conveniently located inside vivira mall. Google maps has to be updated to its newest location. They have good selection of products for cycling, soccer, swimming , running , trails etc . Not much for cricket . Very basic stuff. Kids roller skates and other products are good. Got some track pants and T-shirt’s on offer. Customer service could be better.. parking was free when we went .. paisa vasool . Overall a good experience.

The best place to go to get whatever items you want for any type is physical sport. Products available for every kind of sport including boxing, golf, cycling, rowing, swimming, mountain climbing and so many more. I found the perfect high waisted yoga pants that I had been looking for a long time in many brands. High waisted yoga pants that are loose and not tight as leggings are available in many colours for Rs 599. Also a lot of other good yoga products such as knee pad, yoga block, and different grades of yoga mats. Parking facility available with clean restrooms. The trial room is functional but can be much better.

Poor customer handling. No proper response from the store executives. Executives don't explain about the cycles or their features. Very lethargic. Such a big store but poor customer handling. Never had this problem with other branches in Chennai. Also, trial cycles are not available for test ride. Happened three or four times during the visit.

Rollerskating event conducted by Sandhiya was an absolute blast! From start to finish, there was never a dull moment. Sandhiya was an incredibly enthusiastic instructor who really went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the event was having a great time. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she was always on hand to offer tips and advice to those who needed it. Overall, I had an amazing time at Sandhiya's rollerskating session and I would highly recommend Sandhiya to conduct more event. Thank you, Sandhiya!

Shopping experience was good, however it seems they are running a card scam. I forgot my ATM card while processing my bill. And they have kept it aside and i collected it 2-3 hours later. And I was astonished to find multiple customers cards with them. As per my understanding they register all customers in their system while billing, so it's their responsibility to call and return the card immediately. Is it such a big task to accomplish?

Decathlon - Vivira mall Exactly located in First and second floor of vivira mall. It contains all equipments and accessories related to gym and fitness. Good service is provided. Many people are preferring decathlon for buying their equipments. Sports related accessories were there , Cricket related accessories, volleyball ball , football , swimming related stuff. Surfing 🏄‍♀️ related items. Can visit this store for buying reasonable and worth products for usage.

Very bad experience in terms of missing to fit the accessories by team. Shop is very small to check cycles and no option to test ride them.

My friend ordered a cycle on 25-Jul-21 by mobile App and after confirmation by phone we traveled 40 km to collect to it. On reaching there we were told that cycle is not available. Very much disappointed. Mr. X of Decathlon agreed their mistake, said he will give free delivery within a week. Lets wait and see. Appended below review on 31/07/2021 Finally we went again to collect the cycle with assured compliment and to receive cycle with alignment at their shop. This chaos could have been avoided. Half the mall is empty shops are closed by 9:30 pm. Floating is for the mall. It's filled in only for movies mostly. Okay for quick drop. Not a place for hanouts.

Very easy and convenient place to find almost all sports' related equipment. Very comfortable check out and payment using mobile application. Staff is very friendly and clears almost all your questions. They also have loaders who help to load the cycles or other equipment into your cars. A small fee is charged in case you need the goods to be delivered.

I have bought one Adult Mountain bike Rockrider ST20 for my daughter. Within 2 months it’s handle became loose. I have given the same for service here. They have asked to me collect the same on 2nd day. I have gone on 3rd day but they have told that it will take one more day. 5 days to get ur cycle serviced is too much!! I have taken back the cycle. Worst customer service and unprofessional behavior.

TRIBAN RC 100 FLAT BAR I've brought my bike for rear wheel spokes repair. Mechanic was pretty uninterested the whole time and i had to wait 2-3 hrs for 5-10 min job. Also after taking the bike back, it started picking up gear change issues. It will just go free in 6th gear. AND MOST OF ALL, THEY RARELY PICK THEIR CALL. if you want worst post sales service, feel free to go there.

Worst Experience 😡 No body helped to choose right cycle 😡 Nobody cares about customer, everybody in the store looks busy, but dont know what they actually do😡 The cycle i ordered supposed to be ready for pickup, but after i visit only they started to assemble.. They took 2+ hours to assemble it, i was the last customer to exit from the store on that day

As their motto says " sports for all- all for sport" decathlon has maintained its standards. There are a variety for sports equipments, gym equipments and camping equipments which are open to tryouts by the customers. All age groups of people were present there. There were lesser choices when we went probably due to the covid season. Hoping to see more varieties during the next visit especially cycles.

I had a great experience with customer service executive Mr. Vinoth Kumar at the hiking/trekking aisle. I was shopping for a hiking shoe; he was knowledgeable, answered all my questions patiently and best of all juggled attending to multiple customers at the same time. He was very courteous, demonstrated the willingness to help and most of all cared about the customer. I don't write that many reviews but boy did he impress me. A spacious and excellent showroom for all sports equipments at OMR road. Polite and supportive staff who are ready to serve its customers. Mr.Sanju George, a very nice and polite marketing guy who is ready to help the customers with patience. Ample parking space is available. Easy to notify the store as it has huge frontage.

A very small store, people won't even attend you if you go there to buy a cycle, not many varieties and overall experience will make you leave the store, try the perungudi branch if you are looking to buy a cycle

Their staff is very knowledgeable and give void recommendations about the sports equipments that a customer would like to buy. They help you when required in deciding a product but don't push the customer to buy . Which is a good way of gaining customer trust. 👍

Got my road bike a year back, I have done all my bicycle checks and full services here ,never had any issues. pedal to fit and cycling team does a great job, very friendly staffs. They have enough space for test rides ,adequate trial cycles for rides and all spares and gears. pedal to fit team encourages all riders to ride their bikes and take part in events. The right place to buy and service your bike

Earlier the price in Decathlon was cheap but today when I want to the showroom , the price was increased 100 to 200 rs 🤕 I felt very bad 🥲

Good sports collections. No complaints on apparel (dress, shoes, etc) but needs to improve the quality of sports equipment such as racquet, bat, etc.

Who can’t like this shop? It’s got great staff and the products are thought through to suit the local market needs. We are fortunate to have such megastores with the drive to be patient and friendly with (sometimes hostile) all customers no questions asked. To have a business model to support all this is just genius. On another note, they visited our community for promoting fitness and sports. And should I say, they did a great job in engaging all of us with various activities. We love you Decathalon, your product and your staff!

Bought a cricket kit bag(Adult). Which cost me around 1800. But got it for 1548 because of the offer from my bank. Actual MRP is 2399.

I went there to drop my cycle for service. I booked it on a Sunday morning 10am. Myself and my son cycled to that place and we were pleasantly surprised to see a decathlon employee helping us out in keeping the cycle inside the lift. Not it's a service lift not the regular lift. Once we entered the place the workshop staff took the cycle and responded to all our questions.

Decathlon does not belong inside a storeyed mall.. felt the place is cramped and options limited. Felt more of a pop up store.. waiting to see it open wide across

Almost all items related to all sports are available here. This decathlon is smaller compared to other branches. But still it has all the items in an organised way. Staffs are good.

We have been to the previous one at Padur and this new one inside Vivira Mall. The one at Padur was really a big one with a lots of space and play areas and trial areas. This one inside Vivira Mall is little cramped. Can't hold the same capacity as the old building. Parking wise it is again mall parking and not separate one. Decathlon always provides quality products. Recently bought a scooter for my 2 year old son in August. Felt the build quality is good and he is loving it. So bought another for his cousin. But products are limited compared to other Decathlon centers.

It's one store for every sports person. The collections are enormous for every game, trekking and fit wear are worth it for the money. Few items are costly and the trail room is very small and not comfortable.
