Worst ever experience from this service centre!.My New phone used only for 1year and 2months exactly.Suddenly my mobile became dead just showing samsung in display.Then i took my phone to this service centre first they said it will be a software issue then they asked me to change my board.How cruel it is? No compensation is given no warranty is given.How could a samsung mother board will last only for 1year and 2months.?And they overheated my back panel and peeled my brand new colour.They told me that "this is normal you can complaint in samsung too". And finally my display too not working now. Im suspecting that they changed my display too.Worst ever experience.They started by saying a software issue and ended my mobile with these problems.

worst service my phone battery just got bulge ,i just gave to them without enquiring properly they just made the phone into two parts and they said everything is gone except camera , for fixing it they are charging around 12k,the worst part is i just gave the phone in working condition to them they returned back with pieces of the phone now i can't use the phone , for that they didn't respond properly they simply say it didn't works after we gave ,she didn't even checked the phone for a minute before checking properly she just parted into parts,they didn't respond to us properly we are waiting for longtime she was totally on her phone with some other call. Just tell the problem clearly before giving the phone to them otherwise you won't get your phone on working condition Enquired in the local shop they said battery is the problem cost around 750 as showroom people torn the back part now we have to change the display also more over it cost around 3200 way too lower than the showroom we can tolerate the irresponsive service and cost for service but the problem is they return back the working phone in dead mode that is we cant use it anymore.

Very worst services center fully money mind people ....my mobile not getting charge so i hand over the mobile service center. Service center person told to me its motherboard problem approximately 5000 ...Then i submit mobile for service local shop. They serviced oly 350rs now my mobile working fine. Pls don't cheat customers

Clever service center, they make sure that each claim will get declined. Not even worth for single star but google map does not allow for negative review. When I gave my phone the service engineer opened the back case that too not even in the ESD room but outside. Next day I got call from service center that my phone did not passed the water resistance test (my phone S20plus was waterproof). Then as per procedure the service engineer should performed the water resistance test in the condition I gave my phone which he did not. Purpose was clear that is to reject the claim. In this area this was the only service center so I went but completely disappointed he not even fixed the back case while returning Henceforth I will never buy a Samsung phone even their flagship phone S20 having design issue..

Very poor service & they are cheating to customers ...I replaced M32 display with charge of 5k but i faced issue within a week . I raised complaint & they replaced display once again with their scope . 3rd time also faced same issue & I raised complaint but this time they not supported to service .They told water marks on chips & blamed to me since I asked CCTV footage for 2nd time display change but they not showed me any evidence .They simply said "We cant support " If you want raise complaint to this center with rude manner . Very very disappointed henceforth I never plan to buying Samsung phones since this phone are my 7th Samsung phone .

They are day light robbers You cannot claim warranty from them whatsoever. They quoted a price of 1700 rupees for my Samsung A52s Charging problem which is under warranty. Finally I repaired in local shop for just 500 rupees.

Changed my mobile display within 30min, good response and best service.

This service man is cheating us he is not returning my phone back he daily saying some reasons for the phone he didnt show the phone on my hand today is the fourth day we are asking for our phone but didnt give it today also we paid money for the phone before itself he is a cheater because we gave the phone before 4 months but due to money issue we came late to collet the phone that is our mistake but he is also saying come tomorrow to get your phone daily he is saying this only Hey man when are you gonna return my phone or should i take any action.

Worst service. Reception lady don't know how to respect customers. Totally irresponsible. Most of the customers given only one star. But average is 4.2 stars ? How is it possible.

No issues with servicing done. They told their system was down and couldn't enter job sheet on day 1 when i went for servicing the mobile. This is understandable. They open early in morning but they asked to come next day at 11 AM stating they need to login, as if login will take 2-3 hours and a mammoth task.

It's a clean and genuine service center in the center of Guduvanchery. Service persons are polite and responsive over the issues. But as its branded the cost of the service also little expensive. And I learnt that 40% of phone will be the cost for display issue and 60% of the phone cost is for Mother board problems. So this is the reason for the high cost... But work wise it's good waited 1 hour to get my phone ready.

Speedy service and spares are available. I changed M31 display Rs.4660 came with tax. Within 30 min work is done.

Very prompt and courteous staff. My Samsung M31 display was damaged. Called Samsung customer care and within 30mins got call back from S K info systems. They initiated pickup and drop. Delivered the mobile the very same day. Thank you providing such a good customer experience
