The LK Team is good. But Symbo insurance is a total scam. Please don't buy insurance. If really needed you are only wasting your time and money. The insurance says "Accidental damage to frame, accidental Damage to lenses" as general coverage. But the following are not covered - Cracks in the lenses - Chipping in the lenses - Bending of the frame or lens But when an accidental damage happen most probably the lens will crack or chip or the frame will bend and become unusable. Which simply means your are not covered in the policy and need to buy a new specs from your pocket.

Firstly, why do I go to store. So that can get a human experience. Unfortunately, my experience was far from it. I went in being sure I am going to buy anything regardless of budget. The salesman and manager have no interest in suggesting what would be best. I finally thought a wayfarer was good to buy. Except that it was crooked. He said he will service it. Brings back after 5 minutes and says its correct now. He places it on the table and one side is lifted again. I asked him is it ok and he said yes. The frames don’t even fold properly. That was it, I was out of the place immediately. When someone tries to sell something defective whats the point. I should add that there was another lady in the showroom who was doing a great job explaining stuff and helping someone else.

I got my spectacles from here. The staffs are friendly and know their stuffs. Eyes were thoroughly checked and frames were satisfactory. Glasses were ready in 2-3 days. What I liked the most was they didn't pressure on buying something that we don't want.
