    Unskilled Technicians , Not at all recommend for anyone, Even though they don't know to change the spare parts properly but they are always recommend to change the spares , Not capable for Royal Enfield dealership.I don't know how the RE allowing such a dealers. They are expert in convincing the customers instead of troubleshooting. I would like to tell that all above good reviews are posted by their employees , i met everyone at the service centre.

    I would give a negative star, since it is not available I m giving 1 star. Worst service centre I’ve ever seen Please all don’t go there, service person and service manager are worst’s. Bullet service is taking more than a week and even after the service completion and bill generation, due to lack of workers and responsibility towards the customer they are denying to deliver the vehicle even if we are visiting the centre. They also do not attend the call even . They are also stealing the petrol from the bike. Not sure if they are having other plans like making use of these bikes for their personal / rental purpose.

    Worst service centre don't service your bike I have service by electra 350 before 2 weeks ago and my bike was in problem near 500metres of show room sreehitha auto zone Pvt Ltd guduvancheery but asking for help they have not responding and there is not machanic and call tomorrow and two days they have same reply and I have call for local machanic for help

    Had to wait 40 minutes even to drop off my vehicle for service. Totally understaffed, which brings the question 'Is the service really completed'

    Came to the service center for my Meteor 350 first service. Workshop was supposed to be open by 9 AM. And I was waiting from 8.45AM( 2nd person in queue). The shutters were opened only at 9.20 AM and later the service advisor came to my vehicle as he did not take any permission and attended the vehicle which came later than me. and immediately the advisor said the vehicle will be delivered only next day as they are understaffed. I asked him, its only first service and except for Oil change, and minor checkups, not much is there to be inspected and why the delay, He answerd rudely saying vehicles which were taken on Saturday will be delivered today and so vehicles taken today shall be delivered only tomorrow no matter what. The way he responded was highly unacceptable as there were only 2 more vehicles behind me and there was no reason for him being uncool that time. I would not step in or recommend this service center to any of my friends until I hear back from you

    One of the worst service centre I’ve seen. Today I’ve booked an appointment on last Tuesday through royal Enfield app, but no use of it. After reaching service centre they’re telling like not possible do the service, I’ve travelled 30kms. My time totally waste. I’ve never seen such a irresponsible staffs and branch.

    I was skeptical about all the bad reviews I saw and decided to give them a try anyway. I was not disappointed. They did a great job servicing my bike and it's smoother than ever. Good experience overall⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Worst place to give bike for service, they happily send away customers denying service and refuse to work.. every time you visit.. they say come back next week or the general service will take one week.. horrible place.. its better they shut it down

    Service is good(i think so) But customer service is bad, treating customer not in a better way. They won't answer for much questions if we ask. Even waterwash after service is too bad.

    Did 3rd free service here, service was good, they addressed all my concerns. Only issue is lot of customers in this branch, so service centre took 2 days to return my vehicle If it was any major issues in vehicle then it might take more time to deliver

    This store have sales and service. All spares are available. I called this service centre for my Meteor first service and they gave service quote of 1350 only. Which is cheap and best. I've visited this store many times for test ride, for buying some RE accessories. Last week I bought chain cleaner and lube combo, they explained me how to use it clearly and that was really helpful. Always it is the best customer service from this store. Highest level of support I always like it. RE is always best at customer service.

    It was a very good experience. The service executives spent ampel amount of time on analysing the issue by doing a test drive. I really like doing service with sreehitha auto zone

    I have done my vehicle service recently at the Sreehitha Royal Enfield Guduvancherry. They have done the service very well and the response is so good and the persons are so listening to me and after they cross check the complaint I have told and they done my complaints and some more complaints but I can't identify the problem and they rectify that problem too they have done well.
